Please pray for my twin sister and I, we are working through suppressed memories that are very dark and traumatic. These days are hard and please pray for my whole family too. Thank you God bless you all.

It is a difficult thing to deal with past trauma. I do pray that the Lord will not only comfort both of you but also bring you to the place of truly overcoming the effects of this trauma and have it no longer affect your lives.
Please remember that you have been buried with Christ and are now alive in Him. Likewise, your sins ad also your troubles are also buried with Him and cannot get the best of you. Jesus is your shield and hedge of protection. Although things that occur in our present lives can hurt us and enwrap us in the repercussions of such , but these things do not follow us into the life to come. And in the mean time as we await the fullness of our redemption, we keep our eyes upon Jesus, who suffered so greatly for us but emerged from all the evil that He endured victorious forever. He did this all for us and His victory is ours, too.
May you both be strengthened with faith that prevails through trials, peace that surpasses all that unsettles us and grieves us, hope for an end to our suffering, an attitude of forgiveness towards those who harm us, and joy in the Lord through the dificult times as well as in good times.
