In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."
There are orders in resurrection. The dead shall hear the trumpet, "But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming."(1 Cor.15.23) "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first."(1 Thess.4.16)
The Lord shall descend not to the earth but in mid-air. "Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."(1 Thes.4.17) This occurs at the end of the hour, the same hour which was qualified for the nation of Israel as your hour, the hour of darkness. And this hour is, now is cannot have two meanings." Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.". This hearing is what makes the difference in the order of resurrection. Once saved is always saved shall be among the dust for a long haul.
"For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;" (Jn.5.26) This life is none other but having, "I am the life." Heresies keep dragging the lost souls with their own deadweight containing Millennial reign and Rapture. They either saw the light in him or not. This eye seen through Jesus Christ is the eye of faith.
