Jeremiah 36:27

¶ Then the word of the Lord came to Ieremiah (after that the king had burnt the roule and the words which Baruch wrote at the mouth of Ieremiah) saying;

Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah after the king had burned the scroll and the words which Baruch had written at the dictation of Jeremiah, saying,

36:25 Elnathan - These princes seemed to have had a greater dread of God upon their hearts than the rest.

36:26 Hid them - God by his providence kept them both out of their hands; directing them to find such a place of recess as the kings messengers could not find out.
