God's plan is perfect. The birth of Jesus show that He is 100% God and 100% man. That is why sin was never found on HIM. Jesus Christ is purely legit to believe on. Everything that refer to the genealogies, represent that Jesus is savior, our Lord. For instance, Ruth is mentioned in the genealogy because she was a gentile, but she decide to follow God, which represent redemption of the sinners.

He came as governor over Israel, to redeem their souls, that the sacrifices had provided temporary relief, Jesus being the permanent relief from sin. And to make a way for the whole world to be reconciled.

I think Matthew 1 is talking about Jesus Christ the Son of the living God. He is the promised Messiah, He came to redeem us back to God.

Isaiah 7 verse 14 Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. Note. Immanuel means God with us! Yes, When you have seen the Son you have seen the Father. Always Pray in Christ name to the Father God always for Jesus told us to do so.
