Please check back in an hour or more. Thank you for your patience!
I pray the Lord help and heals you in what ever you are going through.
I'm sure there's many here that will love to pray for you.
May the Lord bring you peace.
God bless.
Very well spoken!
Glad you're doing better and glad to have you back
And Hebrews 10:12 reminds us that after the Work of Redemption was completed, Jesus was raised from the grave to be seated at His Father's right Hand. It speaks to us not only of the finality of that great Work, but as Jesus' Rest & restored position with the Father was a glorious reality, so too that Work has assured us of a present eternal rest & restoration with our loving and merciful Father.
With such confidence & hope, why should the enemy of our souls find any intrusion into our lives tempting us to sin or lose our confidence, joy and peace in the One Who accomplished all for us and even given us His Spirit that we may live above every circumstance we face in this life? May we all daily live in His Resurrection Victory, continually praising the One Who made it all possible for us, we who had no redeemable powers or qualities of our own.
Psalms 112:1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
Blessings
The Word of God is clear, as you shared from it, that we are truly forgiven of past and present sins, with Jesus' Blood availing to cover future sins as well. The verse you shared ( Hebrews 10:12) impressed me. Actually, going back a couple of verses, we read, "By the which will (i.e. Jesus' Will to proceed to the Cross) we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God" ( Hebrews 10:10-12).
The comparison is given here: that of the continual monotonous offering of sacrifices by the high priest which could do no more than stay the Wrath of God from a sinful obstinate people; compared to the Sacrifice of His only Begotten Son Whose sacrifice was not only perfect and sufficient to deal with the sin that separates us from God, but that there was no need for any further form of redemptive work & recovery that could possibly add to it or be any better. In demonstration of God accepting such a Sacrifice, He raised His Son from the dead thus justifying those who are trusting Him for salvation ( Romans 4:24,25; 1 Corinthians 15:17), declaring us 'no longer guilty' nor worthy of eternal punishment. Onto Page 2.
"To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." 2nd Cor. 5:19
2 Corinthians 5:19 teaches that in Christ, God reconciled the world to Himself, not imputing (counting) people's sins against them. This reconciliation is complete, covering sins of the past, the present, and even those of the future, because Christ's sacrifice was once for all.
Past Sins: The believer's past life of sin has been fully forgiven through Christ's blood. "And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses" ( Colossians 2:13). God does not hold a believer's former life of sin against them: "And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus" ( 1 Corinthians 6:11).
Present Sins: As believers still live in the flesh, we sometimes stumble, yet Christ's sacrifice continually avails for us. "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous" ( 1 John 2:1). His righteousness is always applied to us: "Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin" ( Romans 4:8).
Future Sins: Because Christ's sacrifice was once for all, even future sins are covered. "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God" ( Hebrews 10:12). This does not encourage sin but assures us that no sin can separate us from God's love. "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life nor things present, nor things to come shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" ( Romans 8:38-39).
Any thoughts?
"evening and the morning were the first day.
I and my Father are one' declared Jesus on the basis of the Day; and of Night in which no man can work. Does it not indicate it is the God's rest for a believer who received the word? It is the fulness of the Law set in motion by the decree. Thus the bread is cast into the waters and light giives every vapour a certain weight. It is called partiality for light. The litmus test of faith is in this: " But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." ( Jn 3,21)That defines the generation oof Jesus Christ throughout the day decreed for the Son. By the same token those who hate the light stays under the cover of darkness.
In as much the on day one, the light was established as good by the Law God present the waters above with a face: the firmament. He calls it heaven. He sanctifies with the name and it to which God has preserved His sanctified ones when He sent the word. His Will is complet so it is as good as what the final form shall be. He sent his begotten Son in whom he is much pleased, 'This is my beloved Son'
"And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters."(v.6) The heaven declares the glory of God. His Son as a sign shows the handiwork of his father. As the Day God has set the sigan as the tabernacle for the Son. Of this sign we shall come across the greater light later.Upon this hangs the face indicating the world of the body. In short heaven is the mediator between two faces. "The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun." (Eccle.1.9) In one day we have a kangaroo word so all other days to all intent and purpose, the full force of the Law.
Yes i agree that the rapture itself is imminent, meaning it could happen at any moment-before these signs even fully unfold. Unlike the Second Coming, the rapture has no prophesied events that must precede it. Paul calls it our "blessed hope" ( Titus 2:13), meant to encourage and comfort believers rather than create fear. NOT THAT YOU'RE DOING THAT AT ALL!
So, could the rapture be near? Yes-it has always been "at hand" since Paul's day, and the alignment of current events makes many believers sense its nearness even more strongly. But the exact time is God's secret ( Acts 1:7), so our focus should be readiness: living in Christ, walking in grace, and sharing the gospel while there is still time.
Grace and Peace
Hope you are fully recovered!

Word is 'circular' in the same sense as there are four states for water. It is solid as ice; it is liquid and it is in gaseous state, vapour. Fourth state is the law of nature that states two atoms of hydrogen when combined with one atom of oxygen is water. It is wisdom and power as one. Word was God; word was with God , the Man in the Fellowship with God explains the Father Son relationship. If Word becomes flesh, it can have a body which shall have its own existence. It is thus God gave power to his Son to have life in himself. By death and resurrection we have the verse JN.1.2 'The same was with God from the beginning. Fourth state same as with the law of nature, Jesus dies no more. The Law of the Spirit establishes the Christ as fulfilment of the Law.
By faith man can have access to the relation of Father to the Son. This explains the abiding presence of Christ.
"And the evening and the morning were the first day."
Morning was when the sons of God shouted for joy."When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?"( Job 38.7) And the evening indicates the light was separated from darkness. The evening therefore declares therefore the Night is nigh. It warns the lions,"When they couch in their dens, and abide in the covert to lie in wait"(Job38.40) The same serves as a warning to man for some other reason, " I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work."(Jn.9.4)
The word sent forth by God shall not return to him in void or fall by the wayside. The dayspring knows its way home.(38.20) The word of God is like a shepherd leading His flock to their pen. Each day at the end for the believer is set closer for his rest. Entering into the God's rest faith is being carried under the shepherd's crook beyond the gate."And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. ( Jn 10.28-29)
All evidences seem to indicate that the current talks going on with our President and Israel and plans for oversight by a "board" as it were of many Muslim nations indicates that the time of the 10 Kings ruling with the Beast is indeed near; as well as the increasing number of nations that are going to be signing onto the current Abraham accords as a framework for something bigger.
Things are going on in secret as it were; I would think the Rapture would occur first then the revealing of this covenant being confirmed ( Dan. 9:27). This seems more likely than ever after the failed rapture date of late that has focused much attention away from the reality of just how close that day actually is.
Our small group tonight is studying Revelation 6. We should keep in mind that these events precede the Mark of the Beast; although some argue of concurrent events and against a strictly chronological view; the structure of the book indicates the breaking of the seals of the scroll before all the woes therein (as referenced to in the later trumpet judgments).
It is pretty clear what the enemy's tactics are and have been in recent years and decades; the Lord decides the timing of the initiation of this event where the Antichrist is allowed to rise up and Satan is given a limited and specific time frame to wreak one more hour as it were of havoc before Christ returns.
I hold to the scriptures that refer to the Son of Man coming at a time like the days of Noah and Lot as to there being relative "normalcy" of existence. I see several scenarios coming dependent of course on His timing. First what seems most likely that indeed we are weeks or only a few months away from the Rapture and Tribulation beginning; second there will continue to be relative calm in order for peace to actually be "taken away" from the earth that happens PRIOR to the Rapture; or third this is NOT the final push toward peace and we will go back into worse wars until the end.
"And God said, Let there be light: and there was light."
The Word by naming light gives it a body so light is defined as the absence of darkness. It is in the sense God tells Job of causing the dayspring to know his place"And from the wicked their light is withholden."( Job 38.12-15) God weighed the waters by measure by his word so believing Jesus showed they were children of light. "As he spake these words, many believed on him./ Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;/And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."( Jn 8.30-32) By the same token light is withheld from those who refuse to obey the word of God. " Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word." and " He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God."(8.43. 47) The wicked refuse to be corrected so darkness covered the deep meaning they were sons of perdition.
"And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness./And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night"(vv.4-5) God sanctifies light so the decree is enlarging the worlds made to appear in the image, so the earth is acquiring a form. No longer shall it be void but inheritance of the children in light makes the sanctified ones as witnesses before darkness. It is what St Paul refers where we have the world of the Spirit and of the body. We are surrounded by cloud of witnesses, "That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world."(Phili.2.15)
The Word sanctifies the decree so this day becomes holy and capitalised as Day, leading day of the Lord and day of the Lamb. On this selfsame decree we have the day of regeneration. Day in short consist of Jesus Christ.
"and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."
God is holy and mercy is divine nature so God bestows on his Son who is begotten of the word, the very decree is sound and also a sign as well is sanctified by 'thy truth'( Jn 17.17;5.20-21) and "For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth:" He giveh him the power to have life in himself and give life to whomsoever he will. So what does darkness mean to God? " If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me./Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee"(Ps.139.11-12) Man is given a free will so whosoever believes in the Son whom he sent is in the light and has life as well. It is circular as the Word. Word is God and is with God 'and the same was with God in the beginning. It is thus a believer by his faith is presumed was within the will of God from the beginning.
The Spirit of God moving upon the face means two things. One is " He setteth an end to darkness, and searcheth out all perfection: the stones of darkness, and the shadow of death." (Job.28.2) second is the word settles the question ehat every man really is. " For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;/To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure" ( Job 28.24-25) It is the basis we have two generations on having weight of the decree so he seeks out light and the other does not want to come light because his works are evil..
In short there are two faces where the sanctified ones are preserved and another face which is synonymous with the deep.
" In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." The Holy Spirit refers to the beginning of the Fellowship of God with Man.Wisdom a feminine principle."The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.."(Prov.8.22) Power and Wisdom in the godhead makes it Trinity. Symbolism "And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.Three stones radiation the glory of God in the form of a rainbow.(Rev.4.3)
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
The earth without form refers to the divine Will of the Father. The word spoken by the Father, This day I have begotten thee' sets the rainbow as emblem of the Law. Seven colours radiating from the godhead is holy. What does the decree translates into? Be ye holy for I am holy. This fellowship with Man when translated into the world made to appear has ony one quality: it is holy. Thus the earth when fulfilled is holy. It is what we haven in Rev.21 holy city of God. It is formed in heaven. (21.30
