Makes references to the creation of the world whilst illustrating the creation of the new man in Christ v6 , emboldens us to get through unfavourable circumstances v9-10 sets the course of the faith life in Christ v13 by which we have the assurance of the eternal weight of glory v17 !!!

Yes, I think in this generation we're living in, submitting, or showing respect to elders, or people that are older is no longer part of the make-up of children, young adults and even adults. It is a sad sight-where the morality of people has decayed.
