This psalm gives me so much comfort and peace of mind every day,Lord I thank you.

We are always busy in this life, and there seems to be a time for all affairs, they come and go with seasons. As surely as we will return to dust-so to the seasons with their seemingly deep ties to our lives, all affairs really held little meaning, in comparison to where we are going and where we belong.

Verse 43~The wise person takes what they learn about God in the Bible and puts it into practice in his or her life.

Verse 34~Jesus showed that not only was it important for him to teach and preach but he said that he wanted and needed to do the will of his father Jehovah God. We must make sure that we practice what we preach just as Jesus did.

Verse 1~We are warned here not to become envious of the evildoers. It can be easy to become envious because they seem to get away with things and seem to enjoy a carefree life, but we must remember that they are having their time right now and soon Jehovah God will put an end to all wickedness.

Verse 23~Our word can have a powerful effect on others. It is very important to choose the right words so that we can be up building to others.

Man is limited in his power and ability to do things. Jehovah God is almighty and has the power and ability to do the things that men can not do.

'To obey is better than sacrifice and to harken than to the fat of rams' ( 1 Sam. 15:22). A lesson here is that we must first learn to obey and follow orders before we can lead others.

What man will hold the name of JESUS, even the Christ child, in all unrighteousness? And what will he gain? Do not all of GOD'S chosen elect receive the truth in their hearts?

Is not the name of the Son of God, even the Christ child, now remembered? Were not all your devices devised in vain?

Why does a man, here at the last, refuse to show the name of the Son of God, even the Christ child?What can you gain or profit? Or, what do you fear you will lose?

People need to understand that Peter fell into a trance vision, and not reality. In v17, he was trying to figure what the vision meant. v28 was the answer to the vision because now we shouldn't call any man common or unclean. It has nothing to do with eating unclean animals. It was about the Most High accepting gentiles by giving them the Holy Spirit. Eating unclean animals is still an abomination

My pastor spoke on this chapter in service yesterday. It blessed me, so I thought I'd share it. He said Aaron (being a priest) represented the Word of God, and Hur represented praise. That is what held Moses up on both sides when he was weary! Jehovah-nissi ... my banner! He encouraged us to stay under the banner and to hold up the blood stained banner of Christ!

The Trinity is one of those things that we have to accept, whether it makes sense to us or not. I'm not a Pastor, yet I have not found one who can adequately explain the Trinity to me. Yet, I believe that all Three are ONE God. But Jesus puts it best to Nicodemus this way, that if we don't believe earthly things, how shall we believe heavenly things? ( John 3:12)

No. We are to Help Each Other with Any Need when Possible. Money, Job, Food, Car, clothes, Whatever. Just Needs, Not Wants. And The Most Important Bible Studies, Fellowship. We are to Do The Same with The Lost, Telling Them How to Be Saved by The Blood of The Lamb. If We have a Big House Maybe We Can Downsize. Eternity is More Valuable than Our Stuff.
