Read Exodus litteraly. What is the actual story line saying? Is it saying that God had those Jews take gold, silver, brass, jewels, furs, linen and all the materials needed to build His inter dimensional device( tabernacle) out into the desert where the did build it and He did beam into it.
  • Gene Browne Sr. on Exodus 1 - 10 years ago
The 15 pages of Exodus pp 67 thru 96 contain the most important info of the entire book. It describes Gods plan and execution of His device (tabernacle) and equipment (furniture). He beams into it to Earth from Heaven,, (apparently another dimension). We as humans have difficulty taking that for real and so cannot understand. Read it again (only 15 pages) with an inter dimensional slant!
  • Richard on Psalms 23 - 10 years ago
The first verse really says all I need. He is my shepherd. His is the bread that sustains my spirit and my mortal flesh. His rod and staff are a resting place that gives the comfort of direction and protection against all that would do harm. It is fulfillment of all promises and a statement of love. In His name and by His Son( Acts 17:31).
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.

  • Michael C. on Judges 8 - 10 years ago
Some cannot find the glory in victories for themselves, and fall to quarreling and accusing those who have done them no harm. These are the kind that love you when things go well, but forget you quickly, and all you did for them, when you're gone. Jesus said,"No man uses a part of a new cloth to repair an old garment;" and you can't expect hypocrites to show any better in them, than stage-playing.
  • Michael C. on Jeremiah 21 - 10 years ago
Many look for help and pray to God, when fear of judgment and punishment for their sins comes upon them; but inwardly they have no heart for actually being converted, or doing Jesus' commandments. It is today like in Genesis 6: it was because of apostasy, and that the "sons of God" would no longer obey the conviction of the Spirit; that the whole of mankind was ruined beyond remedy, and destroyed.
  • Vena on Psalms 46 - 10 years ago

I will his name and his name shall continue to be in my mouth.
  • Stan on Psalms 125 - 10 years ago
If you trust in Jesus to save you , then you will live forever, just as God's kingdom (mount Zion) will last forever. Then He will surround you with a force field of protection and keep you safe all of your life and throughout eternity. And He won't even allow the wicked to punish you for things you do wrong, because his love and forgiveness will over rule the condemnation of the evil one. Amen
  • Stan on Psalms 127 - 10 years ago
The Lord takes pleasure in those who trust in Him and His mercy and forgiveness to save them. Not in their own righteous ability to do good and be good. Believe in Jesus to receive mercy and forgiveness for your sins and be saved.
  • Tracy Thompson on Psalms 62 - 10 years ago
I am keeping on trusting in the Lord.
The struggle gets harder and harder when things are crashing all around you. But I can't stop, because I know deep down inside of me, I can't ever as long as I am breathing stop trusting the Lord. I can't go back. So what do I do. I just keep pushing forward.
  • Stephen F. Zielski on Matthew 12 - 10 years ago

they walked up and down in the midst, supported and encouraged by the presence of the Son of God. How could Nebuchadnezzer identify the Son of God, when this was before Jesus's time?
  • Norm on Proverbs 3 - 10 years ago
And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing. And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where. Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Turn again to the most High, and turn away from iniquity: for he will lead thee out of darkness into the light of health, and hate thou abomination vehemently. For the eyes of the Lord are upon them that love him, he is their mighty protection and strong stay, a defence from heat, and a cover from the sun at noon, a preservation from stumbling, and an help from falling. He raiseth up the soul, and lighteneth the eyes: he giveth health, life, and blessing.
  • Norm on Proverbs 3 - 10 years ago
He will swallow up death in victory and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it. Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. For he created all things, that they might have their being: and the generations of the world were healthful and there is no poison of destruction in them, nor the kingdom of death upon the earth: For it was neither herb, nor mollifying plaister, that restored them to health: but thy word, O Lord, which healeth all things. For of the most High cometh healing, and he shall receive honour of the king. That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
