I think it a lesson to learn an I also believe a lot of person can change their ways from this. It only for us not only to read but to acknowledge it
  • Bryan McCloud on Psalms 78 - 10 years ago
This chapter teaches me that know matter how much God does for us; we are still ungrateful. We are just like the Isarealites who murmur and complain against God after all he has done for us. Like Proverbs 27:30 states, "hell and destruction are never full, and so the eyes of men are never satisfied."
  • Bernice on Psalms 71 - 10 years ago

  • Makafui on Revelation 20 - 10 years ago
The bible did not mention any group of people that will eter heaven. What John apostles was saying is any one that is not found in the book of life will be cast into lake of fire
  • MockingBird on Psalms 71 - 10 years ago
Confusion is not of God : When confusion comes to you , you are not able to make wise decisions and therefore the decision that is made will bring shame : It is best to wait before making a answer or decision to wait till you know what God says to do. Jesus did that when the religious people demanded of Him to stone the woman caught in adultery : Jesus did not go with their demand but waited on God !!! In thee O Lord do I put my Trust !!!
  • Charlene on Psalms 71 - 10 years ago
sometimes when we put our trust in God...he doesn't always come through for us. it always seems like the deceiver prevails. it may not be the case but that's how it looks in man eyes.
  • John madden on Psalms 71 - 10 years ago
The rotten devil is behind it all.with his doctrines of demons..and his fake ministers
  • Fields on Psalms 5 - 10 years ago
This verse is very comforting in the fact that we have such a loving and forgiving God there's no other like Him
  • June Payton on Matthew 16 - 10 years ago
Matthew 16 teaches us love, trust and obedience. Self must be completely sacrificed as we give of ourselves as God leads us through His love, the guidance and love of Jesus Christ.
  • Olabode on Psalms 71:1 - 10 years ago
This particular verse is a lesson for us. If we put our trust and confidence in God, we will never be put to shame and confusion.
  • Godfrey Odobi on Genesis 24 - 10 years ago
That Abraham return to his kindred to take a wife for his son, the lesson for me here is that as Christians we should strive to marry fellow Christians especially that cousin marriage is no longer tenable in our world today more so, the simplicity of the union at the time cannot be compared to the complicated world of today. God therefore is key in the union of two people now than ever before.
  • Rinda Hurt on Psalms 71 - 10 years ago
We can put our trust in the Lord everything else is going down but the word of God He is a man that can not lie.
  • Lilian on Psalms 1 - 10 years ago

  • EMMANUEL BWALYA on Revelation 20 - 10 years ago
Yes, the 144,000 which were sealed from the twelve tribes of Israel will be with Him together with them the shall believe on His name ( from the Gentile age - John 1:10 - 13). We became children of God before we were fleshly born here on earth but by predestination. ( Romans 9:23 - 25 says He shall call us His people who were not His - not in 144,000)
  • Ivy on Psalms 71 - 10 years ago
I believe that sometimes ,due to lack of contentment we turn to believe that there is no God or the God we serve is not a faithful one. We sometimes get drawn to a state of confusion when answers are not provided to our worries and it makes us doubt the power of God. But, if we stand firm and know that He,Alpha, is able, all will work for our good.
  • Chris on 2 Corinthians 13 - 10 years ago
Your comment sounds dangerously close to a "works for salvation" message. God saves those who trust in His Son to the uttermost. We may wander off the heavenly path, but our faithful Father will seek us out, and never forsake us.
  • Chris on Revelation 20 - 10 years ago
No, the 144,000 (12,000 from each of the 12 tribes of Israel) sealed, virgin, Jewish men who will preach the gospel during the first three and a half years of the "Great Tribulation," will either endure, and go into the earthly Kingdom of Jesus Christ, or be slain and resurrected, to also go into the Kingdom. That's an errant teaching of JWs, that they think it's them. It's not.
  • Patricia on James 1 - 10 years ago

Thank you for this reading, it has reanfource my deep love for my father God in heaven, and the love of our loud Jesus Christ, our lord and savior, and Prince of peace. At this time my wife Sonia is in surgery for ovarian cancer, she has bine a strong prayer warior, and somtimes she dose ask our God in heaven the big question " WHY" when she is confronted with all the caose that's going on in the world, and somtimes even close to home, I am not perfect, but I catch myself, reminding her to read the book of Jobs, so that she would give our father God the Glory, and thank him for all the little blessings which he has Bless us with. Please join me in prayer for her healing, she loves our Lord Jesus Christ, and our Father God so very much. Thank You so much, your Brother in Christ Jesus, Raymond, Marrero,..... P. T. L.
  • Janel bucsko on Revelation 20 - 10 years ago
So only 144,000 only go to heaven? Where do the rest of us go?
  • Dejvi Kadivnik on 2 Thessalonians 1:3 - 10 years ago
We can prosper from those that are growing in faith and love. They can provide support to us who are still stumbling and give us hope. We should always be thankfull to God through Jesus Christ for giving us support and help from others, eventhough it might be in different manner that we would expect. Let's be thankfull for others that can help us and give us examples of proper and true christian life to emulate.
  • Valerie santos on Psalms 15 - 10 years ago
wow as i continually reading the word an also look upon the commentary i gets the fullness in understanding what the word really means. how are we surppose to treat our neighbors. anything that comes out our mouth against our neighbor can not only hurt them but ourselves as well. i would like to think that there is a calling on everyones life, we just have to trust in our savior to cleanse us.
  • David on Revelation 10 - 10 years ago
This Angel that comes from Heaven, He is a Man, rather his foot is on Earth. The sea are the people He speaks to. His feet are fire, rather the things He speaks of will burn in the hearts of these people. He will reveal the Thunders. He will tell you when the end of the earth will be rather time no longer. With all His words John the revelator will return in spirit and take it to the Nations.
