it is a great psalm against enemies and evils.

They did have the promise of the things to come but they did not yet obtain them while they were yet here in a foreign land but looked to the future to recieve the things promised.if we long for the kingdom of god and his promises of the future we will live and die by faith.if we have ni desire for them then how can it he by faith

A vine springs from one root source out into many opposite directions. Verse 6 shows this symbolism of a vine tree to be the inhabitants of Jerusalem of the future. Ezekiel is shown visions of the future WW3. This is more than one religion springing from a common source and living in the same city which is Jerusalem. The wood of this vine tree is fuel for fire or destruction of the vine itself. The wood is the structure of doctrine that holds a religion together. The differences of doctrine cause rejection of people that do not believe the same way and cause the vine to go into different directions. All want the love of God but do not want to have compassion for men that do not think as they do. When the vine which is a group of opposing religions are together they do not prosper but are in a state of contention. Nothing prospers with hatred and rejection. Verse 7 shows that unless love for all men prevails regardless of differences, then there will always be a consuming fire of war to face. Verse 8, Perhaps the trespass is jealousy and hatred. Love God and love every man as you love yourself. That is the teaching of Jesus. God is perfect, man is not. It is easy to love what is perfect but may be difficult to have love, compassion and mercy for the imperfect.

Love this verse... I use to not understand the bible because it is hard to. But, after you start to read it more and think about what you are reading it helps and you learn so much.

I love this part of the bible. Expecially how the miracle happened, from the source went forth the healing of the waters. I love the way God works.

God always keeps his promises. He will never change no matter the situation,he remains God. Just believe all things all possible.

Genesis 4 17, Adam and Eve are the only human beings created by God . and they had the children of Cain and Abel , Because of the Jealous feeling about the offering of the Abel , Cain murdered Abel . and if there is no generations born in the creation except Adam and Eve , then how can he is having a wife and children? And after so many years they had the children of Seth and ENOS . AND THERE ARE NO GIRLS AT ALL . Then how can Cain is having wife and children? PLEASE eXPLAIN

Motduggrqnd you should also tell them that to be SEALED they have to go to Revelation chapter 6 and learn the seals from 2 Thessalonians 2 plus Mark 13, Matt. 24, Luke 21. In 2nd Thess 2 Paul tells us exactly how we gather back to Christ. Paul tells us first Satan comes claiming to be God and Daniel tells us Satan comes in peace, taking over in peace. Revelation tells us Satan will look like the Lamb and have power to bring lightning from the sky in front of man but he speaks like the dragon and that's because he is the dragon and lies, cheats, and steals, and he won't stop twisting scriptures deceiving people. Satan comes to deceive the whole world to get them to worship him not to kill your flesh but to steal your soul from you. 3 months no buying or selling so when you see him come claiming he is Jesus and performing tricks that man can't do know it's not our Christ because as Paul says AND THEN you will see the Son of God and He will crush Satans head in.

G d showed mercy and comfort by giving another son to Adam after the death of Abel. He also showed mercy to Cain by not allowing him to be killed by anyone else. Cain committed the first murder. Adam and Eve broke the first commandment which was obedience.

One has to look at the entire chapter of Colossians 2 and what it is saying to the Spiritual person, having been completed in him and dwelling all the fullness of the Godhead bodily in putting off the body of sin of the flesh by circumcision of Christ, being buried with him in baptism, risen with him thru faith, having being forgiven of all trespasses, blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary against us, nailing it to the cross, he triumphed over them in it, then he said let no man judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a holyday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath, which is a shadow of things to come, just as Christ healed on the Sabbath, and did things contrary to the Pharisees understanding Paul is saying we too must operate not in the flesh but in the spirit putting away the ordinances and moving on.

the chapter 12 of Exodus tells us of the people of Israel strength, that Moses was a man of God with Faith. without faith he could not do it. and the people had to have someone with faith so they can be strong.

The great and terrible God such statements of profound reverence and faith are all but forgotten in this generation where it seems man is control via technology, smarts, and strength. We so easily forget how great and how terrible our God really is. Let us guard this faith and press forward with the hope of the gospel.
