Here Jesus is speaking to the Apostle John in Revelation 22:13

There are three (3) entities in the Godhead. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Many people struggle with trying to understand this unique and very special relationship.

I believe you helped break down the biggest most divisive issue, when there is hypocrisy with abuses & blatant unrepented sins, there is accountability. Is there scripture outside Revelation that confirms an exact 1000 years? The answer is no. Are there false teachers out there? The answer is yes, there are many, 1 John 4:1. Are there scriptures that say the Son of God will reign on earth? The answer is yes. Psalm 2:6-9 Psalm 22:27-31 Isaiah 2:1-4 Isaiah 9:6-7 Isaiah 24:21-23 Jeremiah 23:5 Ezekiel 20:33-44 Ezekiel 39:21-29 Zechariah 2:10-13 Zechariah 8:2-3 Zechariah 14:1-9 Matthew 19:28 Revelation 11:15 Revelation 20:4 and more.

Is there any scripture that says people will go to or reign in heaven? The answer is no. Are there scriptures that say the elect will reign with Jesus on earth? The answer is yes. Daniel 7:27 2 Timothy 2:11-13 Revelation 5:10. Are there scriptures that describe how things change after Jesus returns? The answer is yes. Zechariah 8:4 Isaiah 11 Isaiah 60:15 Isaiah 65:18-25. These people will be alive on the second coming of Jesus, they will have the opportunity to live longer if they choose to obey God.

Are there things that have not been revealed to us? The answer is, yes? Jesus will return and set up the kingdom here on earth and He will put all enemies under His feet, 1 Corinthians 15:25. Will death still be during the time Jesus is ruling? The answer is yes. The purpose is to fulfill the rest of the scriptures with Jesus, Israel, the Gentiles, and creation that has not yet been fulfilled.

The only scripture that gives us 1000 years is Revelation, but many scriptures tell us the kingdom will be set up on earth. We have these, Numbers 14:21 Psalms 115:16 Micah 4:1-3 Matthew 5:5 Matthew 6:10. Not to debate, with the time it will take I cannot say the 1000 years are false.

9-11 has nothing to do with the bible, the Samaritan, or the philistines. Our policies in the world and the destruction and its refugees, are the consequences of escalation and in most cases false pretenses.

It is, as if our Father of the nation has left, unable to attend to the upbringing of a Nation of its own!

The law is no longer a useful tool. Just ask the Mothers who bury their children before they arrive home from school! No longer these lawyers deciding on a Childs future, but how much should the Childs Mother get to bury Him or Her!

The destruction you seemed to be so worried about is everywhere , not only in the homeland. Sin is the problem! Looking for and asking for forgiveness though right in front us, we repel!

Apparently the attitude of the Samarians and Ephriam's descendants in verse 9 and 10 was something repeated in this nation after the destruction of the Twin Towers after 9/11. Pride of man is a very dangerous thing. We see the enemies of the Syrians followed by the Philistines (today's Palestinians are now mainly in that coastal region west of Jerusalem today). Hence what happened then will happen again; it would appear in some phase of Revelation (perhaps illustrated in the league of nations in Psalm 83 occuring BEFORE the outside perimeter of Iran; Russia and Libya; Ethiopia and Turkey attack in the Ezekiel 38 conflict). Verse 13 shows how Israel has rebelled against God and perhaps eventually against Antichrist himself "the one who smiteth them". The false prophets and final False Prophet will cause deception; hence the dread judgments of the rest of the chapter of fires; and people eating their own flesh (verse 20). Even the widows and fatherless won't be spared (verse 17). Again; the state of the people's hearts following false predictions will lead to these horrible judgments. There is always the consolation that a remnant will be saved; as some will flee to safety during the Tribulation judgments; and even a few will live physically to repopulate the earth after that time into the Millennium.

I have heard all my life that there is only one God, several places in Isaiah will prove that. Why if there is one God do preachers baptise in the "titles" of Father, Son, and Holyghost. Isaiah 9:6 states that For unto us a child is born unto us a son is given and the government shall be on his shoulders, his name shall be called wonderful, counselor, the mighty god, the everlasting father and the prince of peace. Matthew states that Mary had conceived of the Holyghost. So correct me if I am wrong - the baby in the manger Jesus is God in the Flesh, the Father, the Son, and the Holyghost. So why don't they cut the chase and make it simple and baptise in JESUS Name?

Clearly a millennium Psalm; God's glory is to be declared "among the heathen.." (v. 3) Offering is said to be brought to Him in verse 8. His rule over the earth will be with a rod of iron ( Psalm 2:8-9; Rev. 2:27). Justice will reign supreme; as He is to be "..wonderful; counselor; Almighty God; the Everlasting Father; the Prince of Peace." ( Isaiah 9:6). Again the fear of the Lord (v.4) is an important thing to remember for all of us. The new song (v. 1) could be an extension of the song the 144,000 sing at the throne; perhaps when they rule and reign with Christ later on in the 1000 year dispensation ( Rev. 14:3).

The fact that the sea is roaring (v. 11) indicates that it is before there is "no more sea" in Revelation 21:1. There will be no more sin or death in the new heaven and earth in eternity. Sadly; many will follow Satan's last rebellion at the end of the Millennial period despite such wonderful living conditions on the earth. It takes a supernatural change to man's heart to be saved; sadly the failures of man have been evident from the beginning.

Who is the ONLY beast of the field that is subtil, can lust, can BELIEVE and can buy and sell. Why of course, it's MAN, THE PRINCE(S) OF THIS WORLD.

You BELIEVE, long before you are BORN AGAIN. Terrestrial FLESH, the carnal mind, has to BE DESTROYED (it's the process of light replacing darkness).

1 Corinthians 5:5 To deliver such a one (terrestrial flesh) to Satan (terrestrial flesh) for the DESTRUCTION of the Flesh, that the Spirit might be SAVED in the day of the Lord.

Hi Dan, thanks for your comments. Please know that my response is given in love with my only intention to glorify the Lord.

I understand what you are saying about not turning down service providers based on if they are believers or not, I certainly would not turn down bypass surgery or roof repair because the provider was not a believer; however, those services are quite different than "spiritual" or "mind" service providers. Heart surgery or roof repair is not doctrine or the word of God and has nothing to do with salvation or living a Godly life or solving behavioral (heart) problems ( Jeremiah 17:9, Mark 7:20-23).

When it comes to obeying the Lord and following His word, psychology just seems to be a secular (and ungodly) look at behavior. It is an attempt to explain why we do things and what the solution is without referring to God and His word. Psychology is an invention from worldly men who denied Jesus Christ (people like Freud, Wundt, Jung, Skinner, etc). Some psychologists even merge the word of God and secular theory which seems unbiblical to me (we are to be set apart from this world - John 15:19, Romans 12:1-3, 1 John 2:15-17).

I guess what I am really asking is - to put it how you were phrasing it - if someone was 'sick' (spiritually) why would they go to a secular physician (psychologist) and not a spiritual physician (Jesus)? We even have a behavioral manual (the Word). The bible seems to continually say that the Lord and His word are sufficient, exactly what we need and that we should avoid the wisdom of men ( 2 Timothy 2:15-16, 2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Peter 2:25, Hebrews 4:14-16, Isaiah 55:7-9). 1 Corinthians 2:11-16. When we become a Christian, we have the mind of Christ, which is spiritual - not worldly. Jesus is our counselor ( Isaiah 9:6) and he knows us ( John 2:25).

It seems that as a Christian we either believe that the word of God is sufficient for all spiritual problems or we don't.

Brother Glenn, you are right, in this flesh NO ONE is equal to God; but when we depart this flesh the ONLY thing that remains is SPIRIT.

Hello Eric. We're so pleased to see the progress you're making with your systematic Bible reading. And you've now reached this great portion of Scripture in Isaiah.

Isaiah 7:14: "Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel." It is true, that Immanuel is a Proper Name, but as I understand the significance of this prophecy, it was given as a sign to King Ahaz of Judah that before this Child (Immanuel) would be a little boy, the land & people who conspired to attack Judah would be made desolate & destroyed.

So the impact of this sign to Ahaz was that firstly, God would enable a virgin to conceive, & secondly, that the Child's Name would signify that this was no ordinary babe that has arrived by no ordinary birth. His coming would be that 'God is now with us', or in the Hebrew, "with us, is God". So, I don't believe that the name Immanuel was to become Jesus' Name, but that by inference, the Name would signify the Presence of God now with His people. For example, one could exclaim: this is Jesus Christ, our Immanuel!

In Matthew 1:21-25, we see the fulfillment of this prophecy, as the angel proclaimed to Joseph that this Babe will be named Jesus, fulfilling the prophecy of Isaiah of Immanuel's coming, i.e. the arrival of God in human form. To give this meaning further support, we could consider Isaiah 9:6, where we read that this coming One would be called, "Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace". See also Jeremiah 23:5,6 (a righteous Branch, The Lord our Righteousness). In very Truth, Jesus was the embodiment of all these Divine attributes, but no one in Israel ever called Him by any of those names. So these names, as also Immanuel, can be understood to be representative of Who this Jesus is: truly God & now called Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God in His incarnation. Before we are with Jesus Christ, who is God Almighty! We must go threw tribulation. Antichrist will deceive many for a short period of time. Tribulation against Gods chosen! He will put some of us to death. Then God will return, and then we will be caught up with him in the air. Not before! It isn't that we won't, but the fact he releases Luciefer as a test of time.
