If you fall get back up again, this is a battle and you will get knocked down sometimes but don't stay down. His mercy is brand new every single morning so hit your Heavenly Father up first thing in the morning as soon as you open your eyes.Go and find a Bible teaching preaching church. James 5:16. Call on God,call on Jesus!

My friend, have you been born again?

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Paul and Silas's jailer asked them in ACTS 16:30 ..."Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" Their answer was as simple as this in ACTS 16:31 ..."Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved..." Simple as that.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.- Romans 10:9-13.

Jesus will help you through all your problems. Psalms 34:4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

If you have broken the law, you may have to face those charges, but Jesus will be there with you. The verdict may not be what you want, but it will be God's will, and that is the best way, for He knows what benefits us more than we do.

    God Bless!

Kimberly Renee Lampkin, but maybe you need to go to hospital. My mother was a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic who heard voices. These voices sometimes ordered her to do things that would have resulted in her imprisonment.

Let me back up. Many Christians believe that mental illness is nothing more than demonic possession, and that could very well be, but not all. What you need to do is differentiate between the two--find out if you are being influenced by demons or have schizophrenia or some other mental illness.

    Have you been born again?

Hi Marty ...Tell your friend that Jesus has died for him at Calvary making a new covenant in his blood for all men....I was found of them that sought me not and made manifest unto them that asked not after me.... Romans 10:20...And this Jesus wants to know him, sowing a good seed in his heart...That is gonna result in a birth of a Baby Christ in him...which is the Child of Promise the H.G...Thats y he has to know us, even in the spiritual realm a birth requires a spritual seed....An intimacy

......Thats y Peter said being bornagain of an incorruptible seed even by the word of God that liveth and abideth forever...The living word which is spirit and life...Thus there is a new heart and a new spirit in our near future...Which is true Holiness....Thats y the woman in Rev 12 :5...is giving birth to the manchild the H.G. that Child of Promise...Which is the regeneration and multiplication of Christ Jesus via his seed the word...ok....That was the great Promise when God swore by himself Gen 22:17...That Christ wd be multiplied as the stars of heaven....Thus the sower and his precious seed...An Israel of God... Gal 6:16....And the Children of PROMISE....The Kingdom....Unless you receive the Kingdom as a lil Child impling that new birth you will in no wise enter there in...There is not a day that goes by that i don't thank GOD for what he did at Calvary...That N.C. by his blood....That all inclusive Covenant....I will know them all from the least to the greatest....And they shall all be taught of God... Jeremiah 31:34....If i be lifted up i will draw all men unto me...Even as Moses lifted up a serpent in the wilderness even so must the Son of man be lifted up... John 3 :14....Every one who beheld that bronze Serpent lived, their snake bite was not fatal...The spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death... Romans 8 :2....sometimes we get bit but our snake bite is not fatal if we behold the lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world. gb

    Romans 10:8-12

Thinking these thoughts that sometimes come because we live in the last times.

Dear God, Father in Heaven, You who know about all things small and great. You who do not change. Earlier in the same chapter 10, we can read about Paul's concern that Israel cannot yet see Jesus. . Some can now Amen Hallelujah we got to experience Him. We thank You God for all that You have given us, also the important one the Holy Spirit who has deposited in our hearts. Amen! We pray that we may still be living Christians, so that those outside may be converted from darkness to light. May Your Light shine in us Lord Jesus Christ in Your name we pray, Amen. By the will of God the Father, Amen

Stay strong in the word of God, remember me in your pray, love u in Christ.

Actually the bible does teach that all will be saved in Jeremiah 31:34....This New Covenant is all inclusive....Not like the old covenant ...I will KNOW them all from the least to the greatest...This KNOW them all is an intimacy with humanity resulting in a birth of Christ in everyone....And Isaiah saw this intimacy this KNOWLEDGE with humanity as the waters of God covering the earth as the waters covering the seas....The seas imply humanity thats everybody....If i be lifted up (The blood) of that NEW COVENANT I will draw ALL men unto me.... 1st Cor 15:28...All thing are gonna be subject to Christ and God will be ALL in ALL

...And this is the reason that Jeremiah saw ALL men in travail and birth pains Jeremiah 30:6...Everybody is gonna be bornagain in the end....27 times the prophets saw this world in travail and birth pains....Thus the whole creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God....The Children of Promise... the remnant of his brethren...an Israel of God...The babes and sucklings that are gonna be born to humanity via his precious seed ...Simply b/c that GREAT PROMISE was that Christ wd be multiplied as the stars of Heaven...This New Covenant is All inclusive...Thats y John saw a number that no man cd number standing b/f the throne of God...clothed with white raiment...They were all washed in the blood of the lamb....

......When he fed the multitudes he didn't cull not 1 single one of them...he fed them all with a childs lunch the Child being symblolic of the H.G....The manchild that is gona rule ALL NATIONS with his rod of iron....Not only did Moses rule all Israel but he fed all Israel with his glorious Rod...We gotta keep in mind that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us...Thats indicative of everybody... Romans 10:20 And i was found of them that sought me NOT and made manifest unto them that asked NOT after me...Thats indicative of everybody...If i be lifted up I will draw all men unto me...The lords arm is not too short to save ALL

    David:

Are you going to judge the world with Christ?

Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousand saints.

Jude 1:15 To EXECUTE JUDGEMENT ON ALL ----is this ALL creation or not ---- and to CONVINCE ALL ---is this ALL creation or not ---- that are ungodly among them of ALL ---is the all or just part ---- their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

Do you think when this JUDGEMENT is EXECUTED against them it will CONVINCE them to TURN from their ways and bow and confess Christ as LORD.

Everyone (ALL) is either going to be a JUDGE or be JUDGED.

All this happens when Christ resurrects the ungodly back to their flesh and blood bodies.

Isaiah 29:9 ....when thy JUDGEMENTS are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Every knee will BOW and every tongue will CONFESS: CHRIST IS LORD.

    Romans 14:11

    Isaiah 45:23

    Philippians 2:10

Romans 10:10 ....and with the mouth confession is made unto SALVATION.

    God Bless YOU!

    Dear MJ, Greetings...

The truth is, MJ, it is impossible for anything to prevent you from living a victorious life in Christ, but you. Read what Paul says:

    Romans 8

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    Have you been saved?

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.- Romans 10:9-13.

If you have been saved, If you are saved, form the habit of daily devotions--praying and reading the Bible, including studying the Gospel of John which teaches Jesus's deity, and what the Apostles Peter and Paul wrote about growing strong in our walk with Christ Hebrews 5:11-6:12, 1 Cor. 3:1-4, 10-15, Eph 4:11-16, 1 Pet. 2:1-3, 2 Pet.1:3-10. When you sin, ask forgiveness and repent from ever doing it again. Jesus's blood is sufficient to cover all your sins. 1John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Ask Him to search your heart, know your thoughts to see if there be any wickedness in you, and show you the way to walk. Psalms 139:23, 24 "Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." And your sins will be blotted out.

    God Bless!

A very telling verse is Romans 10:9: "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." In this chapter the apostle writes about the weakness & finality of the Old Law & the righteousness of the Law that becomes us by the working of the Spirit ( Romans 10:4). If re-birth occurs at the resurrection or later, then there is no Holy Spirit given to indwell believers - it can't be as we're still unregenerate. If no Holy Spirit, we are then subject to the Law or laws we wish to obey, to obtain our righteousness. The Jews tried to obey the Commandments - they failed - the Law was given to show them their sin & need of a Savior ( Romans 3:20; Galatians 3:19).

Every other religion of the world teaches that man has to do his best to please his god, & even after all that, there's no certainty of a 'happy future'. I know this more certainly of Islam, where a Muslim can never know if God has been pleased with his life. He might have all the boxes ticked in accepting & applying the six Articles of his faith & five Pillars of Islam, even going on Hajj (pilgrimage to Mecca), but that dreaded angel overlooking his left shoulder weighing up his bad deeds, being more than the good ones weighed over the other shoulder. The concerned Muslim must dread the day of his death because he doesn't know which way his path to eternity will go. Now is that any different from the Christian who says that only at death can there be any certainty? We might have the worth of Jesus' Sacrifice & the true justice of God in our minds, but have we done enough, obeyed enough, to know an abundant entrance. The message of the Cross is one that's wholly based on God's Grace through Faith in Christ's Work & nothing of our efforts. For if we applied our works, even obedience to the Laws, to guarantee acceptability, then it is no more of Grace, but of our efforts ( Romans 11:6). See Page 3.

    Hello

    how many Christians will be saved during the rapture ? Read Revelation 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

how do u turn ur life to Jesus? By acknowledging and confessing to the Lord that we are sinners in need of his salvation. Inviting him into our lives asking him to take over Nothing fancy nothing complicated

    1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Romans 10:9 if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved

BUT KNOW THIS once you make that confession of repentance there's a great celebration in heaven

Jesus said, "I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents" ( Luke 15:10)

Praise the Lord I pray the Lord your strength and guidance that he bless you and bring people around you that are after his own heart. God bless

    Rick Paulette,

I believe the LORD is working in your soul. You're feeling the need to ask help for the injuries of others, you're acknowledging you've caused. That's turning you're heart to repentance. That's a good step in the right direction. I referenced the scripture Matthew 25:31-46. However today I felt led to lead you towards salvation. The justification you've given doesn't fix the guilt, nor pain. Deuteronomy 23:18,

The scripture says 1John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." reading in context, please read 1John 1, 1John 2, whole chapters. It starts with acknowledging Jesus came in the flesh, as the Christ, (Messiah, promised redeemer) savior John 3:16-21, speaking to GOD yourself, in prayer. Matthew 6, Matthew 26:41, Luke 18:9-14,

    Luke 19:1-10, Proverbs 16:8, Psalms 37:16, notice Psalms 37 entire chapter. Proverbs 15:16, Luke 17:1,2, James 4, Romans 10:17,

Hopefully you will ask for a better way of life, Paul once named Saul had a mighty calling after Jesus encountered him. Acts 22,

Hopefully these help for new decisions 2Corinthians 5:17

Fourthly, the Ten Commandments were given to Israel & were binding upon them. Some of their objectives were:

    a. to reveal the Holiness of the Eternal God to His people, Israel: Leviticus 19:2; Leviticus 20:7-8.

    b. to set Israel apart as distinct from all the other nations: Exodus 19:5.

    c. to reveal man's sinfulness: Galatians 3:19. Although the Law is "holy, just & good ( Romans 7:12), it did not provide salvation for the nation of Israel; and it cannot provide salvation to anyone who wants to or tries to keep the Law. No one will be declared righteous in God's sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin ( Romans 3:20; Acts 13:38-39).

    d. to show to humanity that not one person can fully keep the Law but everyone falls short of God's Standard of Holiness. Realizing that, should cause us to cast ourselves upon a Merciful God for His Forgiveness. When Jesus came, He fulfilled the requirements of the Law completely and by His death fully paid the penalty for their breaking it ( Galatians 3:24; Romans 10:4). Therefore, by His Obedience, He was qualified to be the accepted Sacrifice for all mankind, for all of our sins ( Hebrews 10:10-12). If Jesus failed in fully keeping the Law, He would have been disqualified as a Savior - all mankind would be forever stuck in the quagmire of their sins & hell would be the destiny. But He was raised from the dead to show His Father's acceptance, our justification & deliverance ( Romans 4:23-25).

I hope you can see Ani, that even though there was nothing wrong with the Law, even keeping the Sabbath by Israel, anyone who puts themselves under the Law (i.e. to find forgiveness or acceptance by God by it), is doomed to fail. Our Rest - continual rest (Sabbath) is now found in Jesus & not in Law-keeping & we can only be subject now to the Holy Spirit who enables us to fulfil both the spirit of the Law & finding the true rest in Christ Jesus ( 2 Corinthians 3:6-9; Romans 8:1-4).

    Matthew 13:47-48

[47]Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:

[48]Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.

Confession comes after the net has been cast into the sea 'that is the preaching of the gospel Romans 10:14-15,17

[14]How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

[15]And how shall they preach,(casting of the net) except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

[17]So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Why is Romans 10:9 not a salvation message to the world? Christ, at some point in time, is going to raise all unbelievers back to their flesh.

Romans 10:9 If thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, THOU SHALL BE SAVED.

There is no time line defined in this verse ,as in this age we are now in, the feast of first fruits, there is still the age of the ingathering, the feast of tabernacles, yet to come.

No one is saved until they depart this body of mortal flesh, no one is born again until they depart this body of mortal flesh.

I Timothy 6:16 Who (Christ) ONLY hath IMMORTALITY, dwelling in the LIGHT which no man can approach unto ......

1 Corinthians 15:53 ....this mortal (at the death of this body) SHALL PUT ON IMMORTALITY ......

1 Corinthians 15:49 A we bear have borne the image of the earthly (mortal), we shall also SHALL bear the image of the heavenly --- IMMORTALITY --- Christ ONLY hath immortality ----

But God giveth IT (the new creation, born a second time) a BODY as it has pleased him, and to ever SEED his OWN BODY ----Christ is the BODY of the FATHER ----

Psalms 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they ARE CREATED (the second birth, upon the death of this mortal body): and thou renewest the face of the earth ---- Revelations 21:5 ....I make all things new .....

Isaiah 45:23 ....every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess ....

Romans 14:11 ....every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess ....

Romans 10:9 That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the grave, THOU SHALL BE SAVE.

Romans 10:10 ..... and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

1 Timothy 4:10 .....who is SAVIOUR OF ALL MEN, specially those that believe.

1 Corinthians 10:11 Now all these thing happen FOR ENSAMPLES; and they are written for OUR ADMONITION .....

God Bless You as we come to TRUTH

Dear Ajay, greetings. The best way to gain joy is to serve God and do for other good toward other people.

That said, are you positive that you are saved?

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

    Simple as that.

I am putting dangers of scripture used with lethal additives. I subdivided 3 categories; with the first primarily focused on a correct reading of scripture but lack of belief in reality. The tares may or may not add heresy but as I stated previously it seems most are unaware of their desperate state but are content in themselves because they are "covered in the blood" somehow.

Those who are justifying sin may or may not be believers (such as "hyper-grace" people who somehow deny that sin still is sin after they are "saved"; or those who choose to ignore certain passages or hope God will forgive them somehow for continuing in sin.

The third part is what I called "confessional regeneration"; I meant "decisional regeneration". Again as in the first two examples of the first error the Bible is used in proclaiming the truth in question (in this case the way to salvation) correctly although it is not APPLIED properly. Perhaps if it truly IS confessional which involves the "believing in your heart" part of Romans 10:9; then a verbal affirmation has more hope of being genuine.

Sadly enough; in my own experience I know of someone who hands out a rather large sum of money for those who can correctly pass a Bile trivia question. I suppose that would save "rain man" from having to have a career loading decks of cards to make money at the casino who is quite a savant person to make a living. There are articles describing some of the sickening methods used at "altar calls" such as money for those who can invite the most people so as to obtain the most "conversions".

Sounds like a great way to promote the "Judas's" in the midst waiting to take over as the new kid in town if you get my drift..

Ignoring those gross offenses; there are some as myself who didn't understand the doctrines of election; or how God has to grant repentance and change someone for genuine conversion. I'm sure there are others who made a confession as I did and are truly saved. But many aren't

    Hey Patrick42

My understanding is the arm of the LORD revealed was for Israel and Jesus came for the lost sheep of Israel Matt. 15:24 and fulfill the law and the prophets, Matt. 26:54.

John 12:37-41 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: 38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed 39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, 40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. 41 These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.

Also, there is Matthew 8:14-17 Luke 22:35-38 Acts 8:26-35 Romans 10:11-21.

    God bless,

How to present the Gospel properly (part 2).

In my previous post I started to get into discipleship; and how exhortation and rebuke as well as challenging statements by elders wasn't "politically correct" today; and consequently how the typical layperson isn't given a healthy environment for growth and to help build new disciples themselves. These are drifting into side issues here; nonetheless in terms of proper explanation of the message of salvation we cannot ignore those things left unsaid but observed by onlookers when they view how the Body of Christ interacts. Further details may be given on this subject in another post.

For the time being; I would like to point out that ANY discipleship today has been a weak follow up process in general since the time of the Billy Graham and other big crusades in the US in particular when it comes to altar calls and resulting mass "conversions" if that is truly what they are. I am careful here naming names; there are no specific issues therefore that I am emphasizing as to the mention of one of several well known evangelists on this post other than stating that in general follow up was usually a one time or short lived event. If we go to a couple years in the future these type of evangelistic outreaches tend to have only a small percent of these "converts" continuing to grow in their faith; if even remaining a confessing Christian at all.

Okay; to the meat of the issue. Here are several points I deem necessary when presenting someone with the Gospel in the fullest sense.

    1. Explaining properly that all good gifts come from above ( James 1:17) and assuming a proper message related to our total helplessness and hopelessness apart from Christ; repentance; and calling on Christ to save us through verbal and as best as we can tell believing in the heart ( Romans 10:9). This first step; of course can't be deficient with a person somehow thinking they have any way they can save themselves.

One of my favorite passages in the Bible.

Acts 1:11"...this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all on this platform.

The LORD bless you and keep you. The LORD make HIS face to shine upon you and be gracious to you.

Though it may seem bleak and overpowering, the LORD promised us peace in and through the name of HIS SON, the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

    Romans 10: 9-12; 2 Peter 3:9; 1 Timothy 2:1-3; Colossians 3: 1-2

    Predestination part 4

What about those who have never heard?

I may have said a lot of this stuff before; hopefully there are a few nuances of difference. The scripture is always the best guide to answering tough questions. We have examples of Abraham called out of Ur of Chaldee; for example who was the father of all those of Monotheistic faith today. He was called in a foreign land; and given a future promise of a Promised Land as well as offspring who would inherit it ( Genesis 17:2 and repeated in Hebrews). He never got to dwell permanently anywhere but was a nomad in the desert and through miraculous means his wife of 90 conceived when he was 100.

When we look at the story of Sodom and Gomorrah; we could say that Abraham was having a sort of contest with God on a similar theme; His preservation of the city if a small number of righteous men lived there; he started with 50 men and ended at 10. This shows a theme which also was repeated with God waiting for a certain period until transgressions were full to judge in Genesis 15:16. Sodom was ripe for judgment as were the Amorites; but in their case it wasn't until four generations later and THAT along with Egypt being judged for their fullness of iniquity that finally bought the descendants to conquer the Promised Land. So God calls out His people wherever they are if they are chosen (predestined) to be His children. He will send angels or whatever means to reach the lost; and we see this happening again in the Book of Revelation. If we seek the God of the Bible then we have to believe His Word on our spiritual condition (as sinners) and we need to have it revealed to us (i.e. granted repentance as shown in Acts 11:18 and elsewhere.

The confession of our mouth and believe in our heart ( Romans 10:19) it is a RESULT of His Spirit working in us to convict of sin; righteousness and judgment to come ( John 16:8-11).

Conversion of course involves interaction and our choice to verbally repent.

Dear Mario, Have you taken Jesus as your personal savior?

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.-- Romans 10:9-13.

If you have been saved, dig deeper into God. Study His Word, pray without ceasing, serve others, continue to take your medication, and have faith. No force on earth or hell can keep you from God.

ROMANS 8:34-35, 38-39 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    Romans 10:13-15

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed?

and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard?

and how shall they hear without a preacher?

And how shall they preach, except they be sent?

as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!"

More on this important topic concerning our works ans righteousness.

Romans 10:10. Says 'For with the heart man believeth UNTO "righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Ephesians 2:10 (KJV) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus UNTO 'good works", which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

The righteousness is not of the law as mentioned and the works is not the working of the law. 2 Corinthians 3:3-4. Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:

This is performed by Christ being in you and he will abide in you until the end.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it UNTIL THE DAY OF JESUS CHRIST:

1 John 5:10-12. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

AND THIS IS THE RECORD, THAT GOD HATH GIVEN TO US ETERNAL LIFE, AND THIS LIFE IS IN HIS SON.

He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

We either have Jesus or ww don't!

If we have Jesus we have life and that life is sealed and eternal.

I love the way the scripture plainly put it. "GOD HATH GIVEN TO US ETERNAL LIFE, AND THIS LIFE IS IN HIS SON.

    God bless.

    Amen David.

Gigi this is the example I have given when one trample over the blood of Christ. Hebrews 10:29.

Romans 10:4-11. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.

But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

    But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

( If you claim you don't know that you are saved until you die and is judged how do you confess it?

WITH THE MOUTH CONFESSION IS MADE UNTO SALVATION IS TO LATE IF YOU ARE DEAD!

( Here's one of many verses that speaks on eternal security)

FOR THE SCRIPTURE SAITH, WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON HIM SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED.

Was not Christ judged on the cross taking the penalty of our sins? Yes.

Was he not the Lamb of God? Yes.

    Was it sufficient? Isaiah 53:7-10.

How many of those sins was future?

If you can earn it you can loose it.

But if it is a gift and you didn't earn it, how could you loose it?

    We are saved by GRACE.

For by grace are ye saved "THROUGH FAITH; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10.

    Grace can't be taken away.

    God bless.
