    So when Jesus came down from heaven , could some one explain what did they do with his body ?

    Why not just come down with it ?

    So know Jesus has 2 bodies ?

    Sorry there but you're off on an incorrect line of thinking. Cain was still Adam's son. Cain's murder of his brother was a manifestation of his carnal heart that he inherited from daddy, that is Adam. Carnality is why you parents do not spend time teaching your children to misbehave but to correct wrong behavior. Yet they still learn to lie, steal, hate, and etc. Typically children just naturally know how to be dishonest. They were born that way because they were born carnal.

    There is a cure for that carnal heart. Step 1 is to be saved from committed sin through the prayer of repentance. Step 2 is to offer yourself to God by being sanctified, assuming you've not sinned since repentance, which is required of all to cease the sinning now on Earth. You'll need to ask Him to remove the carnal nature and to fill you with the Holy Ghost. That is the cure, how to stop sinning. Each person needs to be saved from committed and inherited sins, or you die lost.

    Jeremiah 15-18 Prophesy

    Matthew 2:13-18; the event as foretold by Jeremiah:

    13 And when they (the 3 Kings) were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.

    14 When he arose, he took the young child (Jesus) and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:

    15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, Jeremiah saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

    16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.

    Comment: it was a prophesy foretold hundreds of years prior. All of Gods prophesies will be fulfilled; if He tells it to a prophet. Note: the slain children went to heaven that day.

    God who is the God head over all , is fully within Jesus as a man . And we are in Christ .

    So God is head over Christ in the flesh , and Christ in the flesh is head over his body those who are in him .

    Or you are saying Jesus is GOD ?

    Homosexuality is one result of the darkness that comes on people that reject God and follow their own imaginations (See Romans chapter 1).

    Repentance and faith in Jesus Christ is the remedy :

    Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.     The LORD calls such practices abomination, which means disgusting. ( Leviticus 18:22)

    In Genesis 18 and 19, the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were judged to be so wicked that the LORD rained brimstone and fire upon them, utterly destroying them. The name sodomite comes from their example. Their destruction is an example to any that would consider living ungodly ( 2 Peter 2:6).

    No matter how hard we try we can never stop sinning even as Christians we still have our old nature to deal with but with Christ's help we can overcome sin.

The true heart should echo the will of God as the rocks among the Alps repeat in sweetest music the notes of the peasant's horn. Observe, that the command was in the plural, to all the saints, Seek ye; but the man of God turned it into the singular by a personal application, Thy face, Lord, will I seek. The voice of the Lord is very effectual where all other voices fail. When thou saidst, then my heart, my inmost nature was moved to an obedient reply. Note the promptness of the response -- no sooner said than done; as soon as God said "seek," the heart said, "I will seek." Oh, for more of this holy readiness! Would to God that we were more plastic to the divine hand, more sensitive of the touch of God's Spirit.

    Just wondering if anybody has seen the video on youtube on Truteevee about Ron Wyatt and his sons finding the Ark of the Covenant in Jerusalem in 1982. It was located directly underneath the place where Jesus was crucified.

    The Godhead speaking to each other, in Scripture:

    Genesis 1:26, Genesis 3:22, Genesis 11:7

    1 John 5:7, Book of John 10:30

    Acts 17:27-30

    The Godhead represents The Father, The Son of God, the Holy Spirit.

    Comment: many people argue on this and this is a case of: Let God be true and every man a liar. Don't twist scriptures to validate your theories.

    Jesus left heaven to come to earth and His name was the Son of man: fully God and fully human. He set aside his power to begin life as a baby, child and at age 30 he began his mission: to teach, make disciples, heal the sick, cleanse the leper's, cast out demons, doing good.

    He was put on trial for blasphemy: saying he and His Father are ONE. He was judged and ordered to be crucified. He even saved one of the thieves he was crucified next to. Buried 3 days and then He walked out of the tomb! Many people went on record having seen him walking around after resurrection. It's recorded in the Bible and human history books. His ascension back into heaven was eye witnessed. Later, Jesus knocked Paul off his horse, blinded him but other people there HEARD an audible voice speak to Paul. It was Jesus!

    Flash back to Pentecost: the Holy Spirit of God appears in the Upper Room as a roaring Wind and everyone receives His Baptism! It spills out into the street and everyone is hearing their own languages spoken! Many people were saved that day. He is spirit, so he is invisible; but unmistakably present in our world. He reveals Jesus to common people every day.

    Life is EXCITING! Why would anyone turn down so great a salvation? Copy this down & preach it to family and friends.

    Stop procrastinating!

    Thank you very much for that warm reply. I really appreciate it. Yea, I really don't even like bringing up the whole "shape of earth" thing. As it really just brings quarrel between people. Sometimes even between two believers and this is not good. The most important thing is the Lord Jesus Christ. As He is the way, the truth, and the life and the only way to our Perfect Father in Heaven.

    I am very thankful knowing you took the time to read my Testimony. As the only other person who has listened to me, and believed me, about all the things I've experienced with the Lord, in the last year, is my mother. As I give credit to the Holy Spirit wanting me to type my Testimony up a few months back. Then leading me here where I could post it. Also it is such a Blessing to have yourself, and all others, on here spending time conversing about the Lord. Trying to help one another in any way we can.

    Guessing I can say there will always be points that people may feel different about. The most important thing is giving ourselves to Jesus Christ. Trusting in the Lord. Trying our best to stay away from the evil and sin in this world by satan. Following in the foot steps of the Lord. Staying Holy. Reading our Bibles, praying, praising and thanking, and acknowledging Him in all ways. He will direct our paths.

    Romans 3:23, FOR ALL have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.

    There is none righteous; no not one.

    Everyone in here is a sinner saved by GRACE.

    You need to ask God to wipe all those memories from your brain. Finally you will have rest from Satans accusations.

    I have a testimony as you will have; but I do not experience daily shame for things I did. I thought satan was a guy in a red rented costume. I was the big astrologer! Who took drugs and enough alcohol to float a ship. I didn't know how close to hell I was.

    My Past is hid in Christ now. It has no more power over me. Only Peace.

    Just ask Jesus to deliver you from those memories, fully. Then give your testimony to Jesus to use as He Wills.

    You will be free finally and forever. Everything on your account ledger in Gods Book will only show your name next to Jesus's Blood.

    Do it today.

    Deuteronomy 33:12 This Scripture verse is a blessing, The Lord is saying that he Loves us it and that he will keep us safe where ever we are at all times. to be shielded by the almighty God and rest in his arms. it is a scripture but also has a prayer verse.?

    How do you distinguish your "choice" to not sin as different from you're having a hand in salvation? You are in essence able to take credit for your salvation because you have a power to obey or not! Yes or no?

    I feel like you're taking alot of liberty with the tenses of the word, specifically with Paul in Romans.

    Let me be clear I do not condone a life of sin and if a professing believer is walking in a way that is in contradiction to The Way, then they ought be cognizant of their potential jeopardy and proving themselves deceived.

    A few thougts,

    The Just Judge will judge rightly.

    Whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

    If a person walks away from their active relationship with The Lord because they do not want to be luke warm, is that not an act of faith?

    I walked away in accordance with our Lord's imperative to rather be "hot or cold" and not lukewarm.

    What pain. What sorrow I have caused in the 24 some years since I first "walked away" from my faith.

    Today I have been through alot. Too much tbh. But His Grace is sufficient for me. I have strong desire to walk in righteousness and please The Master Potter. To allow Him to work out the Christian life through me.

    But my journey (which included learning of the "doctrine of eternal security" in my 20's via Calvary Chapel and Fundamental Baptist circles, and especially the Gospel of John) has not been so neat and tidy. I am struggling with methamphetamine addiction and the guilt of two failed marriages. I trust Christ.

    What would you say to me or someone like me David Black? Not that I put my trust in a mans words these days, but I'm greatly interested in your take on a testimony like mine because you speak of a life that has stopped sinning.

    How would you comfort or tell someone to abandon all hope in a situation such as this? I'm interested because while I do not trust in man's words I love the Brethren and enjoy fellowship. (Just a few of what I perceive as evidence's of God's saving grace in my life)

    Hi David.

    When a person quotes scripture I will never disagree. It's when we start with our exegesis that I am very very particular in agreeing or taking an opinion.

    You speak of full sanctification of the spirit. Agreed.

    So what would you say to a person who has had a muddied testimony or one who is struggling to stop sinning? How can a person repent and still have confidence in Jesus if they keep stumbling. Where does the will stop and start? Where / how does your take on faith and The Word account for the distinction of the flesh and the spirit?

    A bit of my testimony if I may. Raised by an Orthodox Jewish father and a converted from Protestant Christianity to the aforementioned mother I was taught both The Torah and about a man named Jesus who was the true Messiah respectively. My mom never gave up her faith in Jesus, on her death bed when the wrong flavor of minister came to her bed side she scolded him and said, "WE DON'T PRAY TO MARY". lol, but I digress.

    At the age of 13 I experienced an overwhelming up-springing of the aforementioned influences and felt a great hunger for the things of Faith. Now divorced my mom and my new step dad had a handful of Bibles around the house. I grabbed the first one I found, a NKJV "translation". I devoured the Gospel of Matthew. I said, "THIS IS IT! I must have Jesus!" I called on the Lord for salvation and asked mom if we could start going to church. She took me to a local Assembly of God church that her dad enjoyed here in the Valley of The Sun (PHX AZ) when he had visited. I don't know if you're familiar with AoG doctrines but they're essentially Arminian. I began to flourish until my victimization as a small child combined with the hormones of middle teen years and what I attribute to my own pride prevented me from seeking help and instead of struggling with "losing my salvation" every time a pretty girl passed in front of me in the class halls I did what little I knew from Matthew and Revelation. I walked away.

    This is literally mansions the Lord Jesus is talking about. Jesus is talking here. He even said "if it were not so, I would have told you." God is always true with His word and God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfil? - Number 23:19

    When the Lord says I am free then I am free. For He says, "So if the Son sets you free you will be free indeed." - John 8:36

    That's why Paul says, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace." - Ephesians 1:7

    Why can't we believe a God who chose to die for the sins of many so we can attain the life everlasting? It could have been us who should be on that cross but no. Because of His richness in grace and mercy "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us". - Romans 5:8

    For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord - Romans 6:23

    For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him - 2 Corinthians 5:21

    God chose to love us even we are unlovable. We are wretched people and we need a saviour cause there is no good in us; No one is righteous, no! not one. - Romans 3:10

    What shall it profit me if I gained the whole world and lose my own soul? - Mark 8:36

    It is better for me to be in His courts than a thousand anywhere else! I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked - Psalms 84:10

    For it is appointed for men, us, to die once but after this is judgment.

    Death is real. Hell is real.

    That's why God sent Jesus once and for all to die for many once. He is not going to do it again.

    That is why we need a Saviour. We can only be saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
