So, you want us to stop posting our message of Repentance, which is according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( John 14:17). The emphasis on the word 'cannot'. Legion also wanted to be left alone ( Mark 5:9; Luke 8:30). In summary our message remains the same: Ye must repent.

The Baptism of Repentance is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God ( Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9) and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( Matthew 7:7; John 14:17). The emphasis again on the word 'cannot'.

You need not that any man teach you ( Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), as mankind follows after an image of a false god and a false Christ ( Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; 2 Cor. 11:13-15; Rev. 12:9).

It is only by revelation of God that people will come to know the true Christ ( Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Gal. 1:16; Eph. 3:3,5; Rev. 1:1), and only then will you be able to overcome the spirit of this world ( 1 John 5:4; Rev. 3:21) and learn what 'True Repentance' means, and how this whole world has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9). It should also be remembered that it is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it ( Matthew 7:14).

The Word of God is God ( John 1:1) and not for any private interpretation ( 2 Peter 1:20). If it records in Rev. 12:9 that this whole world has been deceived, it did not speak of a particular country, group of people, person or religion, it meant the whole world.

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom ( 2 Cor. 11:13-15) this whole world has been deceived and what mankind must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( Matthew 7:7; John 14:17).

The word 'Repent' in different forms (repent, repentance, repented, repentest, repenteth, repenting), is mentioned 110 times in the KJV, and there seems to be a great misconception what the true 'spiritual' meaning of the word is. The word 'repent' used in the New Testament was translated from the Greek word "metanoeo", and means to change, transform, to think differently or reconsider.

Only through Repentance will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters ( Rom. 8:15,23; 2 Cor.6:18; Gal. 4:5; Eph. 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1) and reveal to you how this whole world has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9) and overcome this world ( 1 John 5:4).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. How to understand " the law of liberty."

Well...yes we should accept them since we have applied for the grant or entered the competition to gain the prize. If there is any doubt or fear about this matter, one would just turn away from such offerings or provisions.

Revelations clearly states those who call themselves Jews are not why is this overlooked.

Give her a little packet of index cards so she can write the information down and pass it to whom she's speaking to. Mention that identity thieves are everywhere.

Let us pray

Lord Jesus Christ we ask that you help everyone who is suicidal.

Guide them so they may receive the help that they need.

Protect them.

Prevent them from dying by suicide.

We need them. We love them.

Let them feel our love, and your love, Lord Jesus.

Lord, we ask that you comfort the suicide survivors.

Remind them that they are very special people.

Remind them that they are loved.

Fill their minds with beautiful memories of their angels.

Provide them with everything that they need Lord.

Ease their pain.

Give them hope.

Give them comfort.

Give them guidance.

Help them heal.

And help them in every way possible.

Let them feel our love, and your love, Lord Jesus.

And let their angels carry them on their wings when they are weary.

Lord, we pray for the angels to minister life to the heirs of salvation.

They are with you now, Lord, in Paradise.

These angels are among the highest angels in Heaven.

Their wings are magnificent and their beauty is beyond imagination.

Their love shines bright.

Embrace this child, Lord Jesus, with your love.

And let their love continue to shine down upon us.

This wasn't a prophesy. It's a word of knowledge; like when he spoke to the woman at the well.

I believe Jesus because of what he said in Matthew 3:15-17. "That all righteousness must be fulfilled."

Even John the Baptist was born to fulfill prophesy. A voice crying in the wilderness.

It was even a prophesy as to where the donkey and colt was that He would ride into Jerusalem on.

I have this great chart of all the prophesies that would be fulfilled in Jesus ministry, right up to the Cross.

The one thing that made Him stay awake all evening when He was going to be betrayed and arrested, was when he would be separated from His Father while on the Cross: taking upon himself the sins of all the world, for all time.

All you can say, truly He is the Son of God.

All things were provided, so I know a basket of bread and some bottles of wine were a small detail. Let's search for Bread. Maybe it's on that list, I hope. Or in Isaiah? Joseph of Aramatheia (who provided the tomb) ?

The odds of all the prophesies being fulfilled have to be more than all the stars in our galaxy. How really can anyone doubt He is who he said He is.

I know it's natural to want to prove everything; but I believe what Jesus said: unless we become as this little child...in our faith; we cannot please God.

When we are caught up in the clouds to Jesus, the election will return the Jews again. Romans 11: 25-27

Scales will fall from eyes; ears will open!

The Dispersed Jews are returning by plane loads, every day. The Land is blooming, producing. Someone said there are wheat fields in Israel; water, oil. The Jews love for their land abounds. But they must turn their LOVE on the Lord, Messiah; who loves them again.

Don't doubt. Keep your full expectation on God to fulfill every thing that has been written and recorded. Ignore the NAYSAYERS. Jesus is impressed with our faith in Him. Preach that. Like John the Baptist.

This is amazing that God filled Jesus with the Holy Spirit, with power...This is so powerful to me!!

Reuben, the matter of one contemplating suicide is a very serious yet sensitive issue. I don't think that anyone who is found in that awful state of mind would be considering it lightly. And to add, no one could ever stand in judgement of that person as that alone is God's domain.

I had a friend that went that route as his suffering as a Multiple Sclerosis patient for ten years became far too much to bear. He saw only his pain, no remedy forthcoming & therefore no hope for living. He died rejecting God & His Gospel, preferring to end his pain & disappear into the earth, as he believed. He died rejecting & cursing God so his final state seemed quite evident, but for those who have God's Love in their hearts, yet are found in this very sad situation, everything must be done to help & comfort that one from taking a path that compromises his position before the Lord. Our governments also provide a Help Line & counsel as well, so that such a tragedy doesn't occur.

The bottom line is that suicide is self-murder - it is one's personal decision to end life, a determination & prerogative only reserved to the Lord God Who gives life & has the right to take it. I don't believe that suicide can ever be approved by God but as said earlier, we are not in God's position to judge or condemn. If you know of someone in that position, please take speedy action to direct him/her for counsel & help, whether a Church Pastor, doctor or a government agency.

So in Luke 16:17 & Matthew 5:17, Jesus was making it clear that the Law could never fail - what God had given stands true & firm in its purity & application for every life for every age. And indeed, Jesus' coming was to fulfil that Law (& the prophecies about Him). I see no problem here as all that He said did happen. Then back to my question: why then did Jesus have to die? Could not that Perfect Law have saved us, with maybe a touch of extra grace from God to carry us over the line? After all, we do love God with all our hearts & want to observe all that He has directed us to do; we just need a little more of His understanding & resulting pardon to give us the needed assurance & comfort. But if we have His pardon based only on His Son's death, what then could that Law given do for us? Could it have given us "Life"? No, it only brought condemnation & death. "Is the Law then against the Promises of God"? No, "for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law." Gal 3:21.

As believers, saved by grace through faith, we can never resort to the Law, whether for some merit or to add to the saving work of Christ on the Cross. Jesus' death & resurrection cancelled out any claims or adherence to the Law, for "the Law is not of faith". Gal 3:12. Yes, the Law is good & perfect, but "the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did". And that hope was only Jesus Who was "made a surety of a better testament."

Bro. Dan. I understand what you're saying & it is true that Jesus did not speak about the cancellation of the given Law because of His (future) death & resurrection. The Law given then, as it is now, "is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good." Rom 7:12.

The problem with properly arguing such an important matter is that all Scripture has to be considered in its proper manner & not a dependence on just a few portions. Had the matter ended with Jesus' Words in the Gospels, then we would indeed be content with that & both Jew & Gentile converts would maintain strict observance of the Law & somehow after Christ's death, still rigidly attend to both it & Christ's Sacrifice as equally necessary to be acceptable to God. Is this how you understand the Scripture? Do you make any differentiation between the purpose of the Law & the need of God's Grace through His Son? If we had only the O.T. & the Gospels to show us how to live properly under the Law, then that is how we would be judged; and by all accounts, we would fail.

Since you quote solely from the Gospels to present your position, considering them is necessary. As stated earlier, Jesus did not speak about the annulling of the Law in the future but He did direct his hearers to what was correct & appropriate for that time. The Jews, still under the Law, were not obeying it as God purposed; Jesus had to give them the proper meaning, viz, the condition of the heart, relationship to non-Jews, money, divorce, Sabbath, justice, etc. etc. Jesus only spoke clearly to His disciples of his eventual sacrificial death, that which they hardly believed & accepted ( Mt 16:20-22), how much less trying to get them to understand the matter we are discussing now (of the New Covenant resulting from His Sacrifice); though He did refer to it in the Upper Room ( Luke 22:20).

Study to be quiet and mind our own business. A mother and 8 year old boy in a public place and the mother is publicly anouncing personal info on child to the reception, if I find it inappropriate do I tell her that in hopes to help the child or do I mind my own business and pray to have opportunity to preach the gospel to her.

I very much wasn't being critical of Jesus, but of how people precieve him. This was very much rhetorical. My point being that he didn't do the thing people often claim, it goes against his character. The last supper couldn't have been the passover Seder. Jesus was the Passover, he would have died on the day before The Festival of Unleavened Bread. God often gives exception to rules. We're not a religion of legalism, but he does set things in place as guidelines. If you're looking for scripture on healing on the Sabbath, that's Lev 18:5 live by the law (meaning don't die by it). Ez 20 something as well. Preservation of life, even animal life (donkey in the ditch) is sacred. My point was also that in a Jewish city Judas couldn't buy if he wanted to, the rabbis we're ruthless on Sabbath breakers. There's also the issue of Deut 13, if a prophet says anything contrary to Moses they are not a prophet of God. Lev 18 covers healing on Sabbath, and the law isn't a legalistic barrier of absolutes, but if Jesus taught against certain things he would be suspect. I believe with every fiber of my being that he is Messiah, Lord, redeemer, restitution, and equal sacrefice. My point isn't to actually ask, but to get people to look into the word. The main reason I even responded to this is because you seemed strong in scripture and I didn't want you thinking less of me because of a misunderstanding. But unfortunately, I apparently am not as strong in teaching as I would like or Paul would require.

Because these are the last days, we who love God are all being tested and burdened to the very limit. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. You have his life in you. That life will never fail you . it's not an easy fix. The days are evil. Always stay in the light, and be a light to others. Peace

He knew things were going to get really bad. in 70, the siege of Jerusalem, 100-300 the age of martyrs. 330-600 the age of the emperor's control on the church. If you were a follower of anything deemed "Jewish like" that includes praying, tithing to your pastor and not the empire, keeping Sabbath on a day not set by the Romans, refusing to fight in expansionist wars, reading the old testament, etc... you could be put to death, and it happened often. Then came 600-700, the age of the schism. People know about Greece and Rome, orthodox vs catholic, but they don't know about Bulgaria and Maphyiastite. Bulgaria kept a 7th day sabbath and Kosher, Maphyiastite didn't believe in trinity or state control of the church. they were hunted as heretics. 700-900, the Muslim invasion of Europe and Rome, as well as the "heathen invasion of Rome proper". Then came 900-1000 vikings, then 1000-1400 Crusades, where the name of God was vilified even more. Then came the "renaissance" when they started saying, "well, God didn't mean that." Not to mention Dante's inferno and that heretical piece of garbage that was used to scare people away from hell and into "heaven". Then there was the age of discovery and the "evangelizing" of America. Again, God's name was vilified and tarnished by people claiming to love him. Then the reformation happened and a huge war that claimed a million Christians on both sides. Then the Cossacks eradicated the Jews and Gypsies from Russia in "God's name". Then WW1, then WW2. Christians have been through a lot, and a lot of it was because of wolves and anti-christs that rose up within the midst.

Jesus frequently healed people on Sabbath.

He healed the Roman Centurions slave. He healed Gentiles & the Samaritan woman, plus everyone in her town.

I don't think that we should be critical of anything Jesus did. He had his reasons.

Let's not suffer loss of rewards at the Bema Seat Judgment of Christ; for teaching something that's contrary to what Jesus did.

Are you telling Judy May to keep silent concerning the word of God and not offer help or understanding to those that are confused or have never heard?

Why would it matter that Deborah was a Jew?

Does a prophet not teach?

If you are only speaking "expressly of Christian matters," then what do you do with Acts 2:17 or Acts 21:8-9?

How do you explain Luke 2:36 or 1 Corinthians 11:5?

I'll give you one better, why don't people follow his commandment to "call none father except our father in heaven?" Or one better still, why was the martyr Antipas( rev 2) called that? his name literally means anti-pater, or father. But he was very obviously godly. So what father was he being "anti" to? Then, when did Pastors start being called Father's? We are called to be Judges, and that isn't only as in law judges, but like the book. In Judges they're called Deliverers of the people. But there's an issue with it, in Judges things get really bad really quick. Judges is summed up by the last verse, "in those days there was no king in Israel, every man did what was right in their own eyes." Many Christians have no king, so they do what is right in their own eyes. So, that is the answer to your question.

So question to get people thinking. "My God, My God why have you forsaken me"? Did God actually forsake Jesus? If so, does that make God a liar? Because He says in Deuteronomy 31:6 "...the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." He even repeats it in Hebrews 13:5. So does that mean that God loves us more than Jesus? His perfect son? The son who delighted in him? Well Psalm 147:11 disagrees with that. "the LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love." So why did he forsake him? Is God a liar? Did he change his mind? no and no! "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine..." 2 Tim 3:16 and Hebrews 13:8, "Same yesterday, today, and forever."

So we have a problem, either the bible is wrong or we're wrong. The common argument to this is that, "God's wrath was so much, because sin was so bad." To which I reply, is God a god of wrath? or of Mercy? "The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love," Psalm 103:8. They say, well it was a long time, but time is nothing to God, "With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day." 2 Pet 3:8. No, God wasn't so angry. There's something else here. When Jews memorized the bible, they didn't have verses, they memorized the first sentence in a chapter as it's name. And guess where that first sentence appears? Psalm 22, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Read the Psalm, whether Jesus said the whole psalm and it was recorded as just the title or not, doesn't matter, that is what he meant, and his disciples new it. This isn't a psalm of poor me, but of love, mercy and restitution! Jesus's last words were, "They will proclaim His righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn: He has done it!" HE IS PRAISING GOD! Not crying out! He just recited the prophesy of his death, bones out of joint, pierced hands, flogging to show bones! God didn't forsake Jesus, Jesus praised God!

Even Old Testament people's married people of lighter or darker skin shades. Moses and Abraham did. Moses when he was soon to die, sent his wife back to her fathers home.

Moses's sister Miriam, protested his wife's color. God gave her a dose of leprosy. He took it off later.

I'm sure Joseph's wife, who was Egyptian may have had darker skin because of the brutal sun there.

2 CORINTHIANS 6:4

Comment: Clearly God does not want Believers to marry Unbelievers.

All through the Old Testament (read in Joshua)... God told them to go in the Promised Land and run off or kill the idol worshippers. We see in Nehemiah, the Israelites sent their idol worshipping wives and the children away.

What God cares about is Believers being prevented by the Unbelieving, to attend Church and Worship God; raise their children to believe in God too. Read through Deuteronomy: the blessings and the curses.

NOTHING is said about race or color. You'd be wise to discover what prospective spouses believe. It is very difficult and naive to teach your kids: do as I say, not as you see me do. As soon as they're old enough, they'll do what they've learned in the home.

God is only trying to save us from heartache and confused kids by going against that scripture.

Unbelievers can be many things: mixed religions, mixed up morals, lax attitude about drugs, alcohol, yelling, physical or mental abuse to impose "obedience" on the Christian, refusal to pray at meals, etc.

Our current culture has crossed over into something that is beyond God to fix. We know what is right; we just don't do it. He's going to let us reap the whirlwind.

Repent means to change your mind and walk with God. Vote for chaos or vote for God. He'll get us through. I'm sure. Are you?
