It must hurt God's heart to give life and have it taken away so young as babies in there mother's womb. Proverbs teaching is regarding behavior, what we should and should not be doing. All of this takes practice. Once you come into the Knowledge of things, then we're held responsible for our actions. Eventually these teachings will be a part of who we are, and we will find it difficult not to comply.
