When we read about Gods Judgement and Wrath we must remember that our God is a God of LOVE BUT OUR GOD IS ALSO A CONSUMING FIRE THUS HIS JUDGEMENT IS HIS BAPTISM of FIRE, In the natural we chastise our kids simple we love em.Remember the potter saw the vessel was so marred he had to make a NEW VESSEL Gods wants to make NEW CREATURE outta us thus his Baptism of fire,(conversion) by his LOVE/FIRE.

  • Alex on Ezekiel 22 - 8 years ago
Disciple his judgement is his BAPTISM OF FIRE, He only wants to destroy our old evil Adamic nature.Satans seat, Our carnal minds is his ONLY ENEMY. When he rebuked peter refering to him as Satan he was rebuking PETER'S CARNAL MIND HIS ENEMY, THUS THE NEED FOR HIS BAPTISM,ITS JUST AS MALACHI SAYS WHO SHALL ABIDE THE DAY OF HIS COMING WHO SHALL STAND WHEN HE APEARS HE SHALL BE AS A REFINERS FIRE ETC
  • Obbie Beal on Ezekiel 31 - 8 years ago

  • Mild Bill on Psalms 18 - 8 years ago
Instead of seeing the sorrows, look to the strong and victorious Lord. The only God of salvation, everlasting life and love towards us.Affliction may be with us,but we are not in darkness. We will have deliverance for he has promised,to those who trust in him.Cry unto God,not the cry of those who have no hope, but those who know their creator. Our thanksgivings and praises are to him,the Lord Jesus.
  • Wayne on 1 John 3 - 8 years ago
    V. 9, whosoever is born of God sinneth not, for His seed remaineth in him and he cannot sin because he is born of God.
  • A disciple on Hebrews 12 - 8 years ago
"Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin." When Paul wrote this Epistle to the Hebrew Believers; he very much had to address the indolence and apostasy that they had succumbed to, and took great pains to thoroughly convict them by expounding the deep things of the Scriptures. While most are so uncircumcised in heart to endure any correction, how can they expect victory over sin?
  • James on Romans 10 - 8 years ago
Romans 11:33-36 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
  • A disciple on Ezekiel 22 - 8 years ago
Alex; "He that commits sin IS OF THE DEVIL!" The Lord Jesus Christ is coming with vengeance in His heart to utterly destroy and take away from the earth all the wicked, and all causes of sin. If we still sin every day, then any day we die, we die a sinner; and we will go where sinners go!
  • A disciple on Ezekiel 22 - 8 years ago
Alex; "ITS SOMETHING HE HAS DONE AT CALVARY BY HIS BLOOD" unto what? I've said it so many times before, and will say it one more time: Unto what are we even being saved, if not to show forth the good works and GLORIFY OUR FATHER? THESE ARE THE WORDS which He spoke through His Prophets from the beginning of the world, and the grace wrought in us!
  • E.m on Micah 7 - 8 years ago
In these last days we must put our trust only in the Lord and not fellow human beings. Even our our children, parents and direct relations have disappointed us because the devil is so clever to use them as his agents. However we should keep praying for our families so that we don't fall prey of the devil. Our total trust should be in the Lord and He will see us thru these difficult moments.
  • Jeff Berry on Genesis 1 - 8 years ago
M.King, please expound using Scripture to support your belief. Also, why is it important to you to believe what you have stated? Blessings!
  • Mandisi on Matthew 18 - 8 years ago
    about forgiveness
  • Servant of God on Hebrews 12 - 8 years ago
Disciple, You are flesh and blood which decays and dies if you doubt the Spirit is the life whom God is the Father of. Jesus was a beacon who realized that the Kingdom is within and we can only serve the Father and hope in his salvation. GOD-SPIRIT
  • Dixie Ludwig on Matthew 26 - 8 years ago
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
  • Tamara gaines on Philippians 4 - 8 years ago

Doug (cont.) Although it is true, and we do thank the Lord, for the quiet times and happy days of prosperity in the ways of the Lord; we know too that it is the Lord's gentleness and skill in being our Good Shepherd, and His guidance in our growth. But WHEN the days come when we are called upon to walk the way of the cross AS OUR MASTER AND LEADER before us; then God give us grace and courage!
  • A disciple on 1 Thessalonians 1 - 8 years ago
Doug; You are absolutely right! And anyone who wishes to follow Jesus in this world ALREADY KNOWS that we are set to encounter tribulation and opposition and persecution! The more we become transformed and sanctified, the more we amend our ways and our doings to be REALLY men and women after God's own heart,: the world and the wicked are NOT going to congratulate us and leave us alone!
  • A disciple on Hosea 6 - 8 years ago
Doug; the saying about "a day is as a thousand years" is for us to understand that there is a day of eternity, and that from the place of God's habitation (in eternity) He beholds all the inhabitants of the earth. We can only begin to see these things in the most obscure and shaded forms in our minds by faith; and they are not to be approved or understood by things which do just for now appear.
  • A disciple on Matthew 6 - 8 years ago
Dear Sister Thelma; It is a comfort like healing balm to read good words like yours! While so many times I am compelled to answer, reprove, rebuke and correct, many misled and obstinate who have set themselves to oppose and contradict the truth of the Glad Tidings; the good and wholesome words of the Saints are like cold waters to a thirsty soul, and so timely! The LORD bless and keep you!
  • Alex on Ezekiel 22 - 8 years ago
Hiya Disciple GBU..But I disagree, All of our works are filthy rags, the scripture is very CLEAR neither circumcision nor uncircumcision BUT A NEW CREATURE MEANING NOTHIN WE CAN DO OR NOT DO,ITS SOMETHING HE HAS DONE AT CALVARY BY HIS BLOOD,We have to birth this new creature via his seed, his word planted in our hearts,We cannot Excercise ourselves into righteousness,ITS A GIFT VIA HEAING HIS WORD
  • A disciple on Hebrews 12 - 8 years ago
There is no wavering or uncertainty with the Apostle; and there is to be no wavering nor uncertainty with ANY of the Saints! Who is a liar, but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ! If someone contradicts the truth of the Glad Tidings, he opposes the good and perfect completion of Christ's work, which the Father sent Him to do; which is to SAVE US FROM OUR SINS and create us anew for signs!
  • A disciple on 2 Chronicles 20 - 8 years ago
"And they came to Jerusalem with psalteries and harps and trumpets unto the house of the Lord. And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries, when they had heard that the Lord fought against the enemies of Israel." There have been very grave warnings from God at certain times, that are for signs and instruction for all ages: God will avenge His People and WILL subdue the heathen!
  • A disciple on 2 Chronicles 20 - 8 years ago
"It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle." 2 Chronicles 20:1 It should not surprise us how good is always and so immediately rewarded by evil from the world. Here was a good king who feared God and sought Him with a perfect heart; and is hated by the International community!
  • Rayshersd on Psalms 88 - 8 years ago
Dont live that and if you do something wrong god to forgive you but you have to mean it sincerely from the heart and go to church after this youll see a change
  • A disciple on 2 Chronicles 19 - 8 years ago
"Deal courageously, and the LORD shall be with the good." 2 Chronicles 19:11 The king's commandment to the Judges was that they judge righteously according to the LORD's judgments, and NOT man's. The king, in an honest heart having received the Word of God in the Prophet's rebuke; and so applying it first to himself, in turn as Captain and Shepherd of the people, taught them likewise how to walk.
  • Asha on Psalms 91 - 8 years ago
Psalms 91, always bring strength in me whenever I fell too lonely... God is great.. His love towards us never ends.....
  • Ike Obi on Matthew 18 - 8 years ago
This is a message about forgiveness, based on our fellowship with God and fellowship with others. Are there unforgiveness in my heart; are there areas of unforgiveness that I need to forgive? What do others see when they see me?
