I know it's hard at times to draw away all these unwanted thoughts but I found ways to avoid acting on these unwanted thoughts, always put your mind focus on the things of GOD by surrounding yourself with good Christian songs, and choose your favorite verse from the bible and say them when these thoughts come to mind. talk to GOD in prayer instead and ask him to draw them away as a.s.a.p. and last very important read your bible ask Jesus for understanding if you do not understand for he is are instructor. Here are a couple of Verses that will help you to avoid into any unwanted temptation. Philippians 4:6-8 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 Colossians 3:5 Romans 12:2. Any born again saint who truly has any accurate knowledge of Gods Holy Word knows that its IMPOSSIBLE for thE antichrist to show up in this day and time because the HOLY SPIRIT TONGUES a.k.a. Matt Satan is death when mother father sister brother turn to take their loved ones to death because that member of the family does not except the fake Christ "because that person is Elect" but the family believes so much in this first Jesus with all his power who brought unity that they deliver them up to death to be save there by their sweet Jesus who pays all their bills. In v 5, Nehemiah uses 7 definitives for the One he addresses:
1) LORD
2) the God
3) of heaven
4) the great
5) and terrible God
6) that keepeth covenant
7) and mercy

Then he is explicit about the character of those God shows mercy:
--for them that love him
--and observe his commandments

We must be faithful in obeying His commands, and He will ALWAYS hear and answer our prayers.

The hardness referred to in this verse is one to sharpen. Remember even Jesus before he started his ministry had to go through the hardness in the desert when fasting.
The good news is that we our already conquerors because the bible says there is no temptation that has taken you which is not common to man, but God is very faithful that He will not let you be tempted beyond your capacity.
