Matthew 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: Matthew 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Matthew 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

I have always wondered why light was the second thing created yet the sun, moon and stars were created later down. He created light without the sun. The Psalmist said "the darkness and light are both alike to thee. God is very comfortable in darkness but he prepared Jesus before anything else as "I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

I recently started a new job. My second day I encountered a lot of unexpected unpleasantness as well as hostility from a person over me. It was totally undeserved!! I am taking encouragement from this scripture. I return to work today so I will keep this scripture in my heart :

Mike Kim, that is a very interesting subject. Rev. 21:7 indicates exactly what you said. I have often considered and wondered the answer to the gender question as it will be in heaven. I tend to think there will be no gender difference between us as spiritual beings but still wonder. We will be like him!

Was this an event in history, or a prophecy for today?Muslims are known for digging up remains of kings and leaders. It refers to it being in the sight of the hosts of heaven, and their flag is moon and star.Invasion from far North would be Turkey. So many Jews are so by heritage only, and they did refuse to accept the Messiah when He came. As with Isaiah,it's taking me quite awhile to get thru Jeremiah.I want to be careful and distinguish between what prophecies are fulfilled as opposed to those that are for today's time. It's bogging me down in my studies. Some commentaries seem to discount history in favor of most or all prophecies for today. This time through the prophets I don't want to just put things on the shelf. Lot of prayer

It does mean that along with us, our line "MAY" accept the Lord, as it says. We will teach them of Him. They will have free choice, of course.

  • Jacqueline on Matthew 24 - 10 years ago
I think this scripture gives proof of who God really is because if we take a look at the word of God, you can't doubt it's truth for example: Jesus said in his name we are going to cast out demons Mark 16 vs 17 and conquer things like fear and diseases and we've seen concrete physical proof of this word come alive. So to sum it all up, the word of Jesus about him being Almighty and king forever and the promise of the saints that they will rule as kings forever in eternity can be trusted too based on the above stated example.
