The church is you the Spirit is God and the Star is Christ in you which should be shining at all times day or night. Lord Jesus come quickly...

John, was the Apostle, that Jesus loved. He loved the others as well, but there was something special about John. In this Epistle, the difference in this Gospel and the other Gospels, are clear. Jesus has always been here. He was here during the beginning of the world. He has always been here, and will always be here, along with God the Father, and the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah!

  • Loren on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
To Word: Yes, Isaiah 45:21 tells us that, "... there is no GOD else beside Me..." Here, in this passage, "GOD" is also, the Hebrew word, "Elohiym" - plural (more than one).
Look at this passage: "...I am He; I am the first and the last... the LORD GOD and His Spirit hath SENT ME." Isaiah 48:12,16. This is Jesus, who was sent to this world by His Father and the Spirit.

Jacob wanted the Esau birthright to gain power over him. Rebekah their mother should have said something when this was done but did not becausr she had her own agenda. Jacob knew his father favored Esau and wanted that same attention by getting his brother's birthright.

...he still followed a Jewish, Semitic, Messiah. It's unlikely, and contrary, that he would have been antisemitic.
  • Rev R L Taylor on Psalms 23 - 10 years ago
Though life situations just know that the is Lord is your shepherd.
  • Loren on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
Our God is a great God! Note: "In the beginning GOD created...." Gen. 1:1. "God" here, is the Hebrew word, "Elohiym" which is ....plural (more than one). This truth about "God" comes to light in verse 26, "And GOD (Elohiym) said, Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness.
Thus Moses says; "....the LORD our GOD (Elohiym) ....is ONE LORD." Deut. 6:4.

And finally stolen waters are certainly sweeter than honey but the end thereof just can't be measured neither. And not by my hands at all!
  • Jan - 10 years ago
Moses provided everyone good, sound, respectful, laws to always live by. Yes they encompassed entirely upon peaceful and too regulated thence removed all these Abominations, fornication, trespasses, oppression and wickedness too! Yet look everywhere today and rather note backwards, contrary, unfathomable and unto unconscionable leastwise! Thence thee is no peace at all neither!
  • Jan on Acts 28 - 10 years ago
WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY VIPERS IN THE FINAL SURMISE? And what happens to any ship of Adramyttium too? Shall it not sink in the tempest winds which shall certainly finally encompass it? And hasn't Moses proclaimed: fill them to the full thence utterly remove them from upon the planet itself? And is not the LORD God thee LORD God of the living and not the dead?
  • Susan on Genesis 6 - 10 years ago
God said he would only tolerate (strive with) man for 120 more years. That's plenty of long suffering and time for repentance. The ark was huge with 3 stories. Don't forget dinosaurs. Seems likely and more prudent to have baby animals on board. AlSo the climate different before the flood. Had never rained; earth watered from a mist. God took care of it though we don't understand it all.
  • Patricia on Esther 1 - 10 years ago
The book of Esther has many inter. ideas. I am encouraged when I read of her obedience to her uncle M. and trust in God - as she request prayer and fasting! Could this be a lesson for us to go boldly before our King? He loves us even more than King A. loved Esther - He extends the golden scepter as we seek Him. Also inter., this happened 5 years after Esther was queen.

Verse 7 shows that some people trust in material things like chariots or horses but David set an excellent example in trusting in his God. Material things can be destroyed or taken away but Almighty God has unfailing power so He is a sure guarantee of the only one who we should put absolute faith in.

  • Bonnie Groves on Proverbs 31 - 10 years ago
There is another element to this passage, the husband. His mother is not only teaching him what a good wife will do and be to him, but also he needs to be the kind of man that supports her in becoming this successful and strong woman. No woman could do and be this woman without the love and support of her husband.

Those that do know their God they shall wax and they shall do exploit.
David knew in him whom he believed and he was not ashamed.
Always know God and he will always prove himself as one in your life.
