In your response to conditional promises, you wrote about the kingdom of God, as though all Christians already have this in them, I should clarify this statement therefore to you, the first dispensation of the kingdom of heaven is inwardly, it lasts for 2,000 years, from the time the Lord Jesus died until he returns, according to the Lord Jesus in Luke 17:20-21 all Christians have the kingdom of God in their heart, this is also taught in John 3:5, all Christians enter the kingdom of God when they are born again, The Apostle Paul affirms this truth in Colossians 1:13, however, this is not what I was speaking about in conditional promises, I spoke about the millennial kingdom of God, which has not happened yet, no Christian has entered this yet, all scriptures place conditions upon entering that kingdom of God. I will say this, we made it into the first dispensation of the kingdom by faith without works, but to make it into the millennial kingdom, it is by faith with works. Please read Matthew 7:21 only if a Christian does the will of God can he make it in, this is a condition attached to making it in the kingdom. Read Matthew 25:14-30 unless you used your talents you cannot make it into the joy of the Lord, being the millennial kingdom, again a conditional promise to get it, or read Acts 14:22 as we must suffer much tribulation in order to make it into the kingdom, another conditional attached to making it into the millennial kingdom of heaven. Again read the warnings of why Christians will not make it into that millennial kingdom in 1 Cor. 6:9-10 & Galatians 5:19-21 & Ephesians 5:3-5 as a result of living a godless lifestyle, you lose your inheritance of entering into the millennial kingdom of God, in order to rule and reign for a thousand years. As concerning your topic of the man child teaching us all things, that prophecy is for the coming of Elijah in Malachi 4:5-6 it is not the ministry of the man child. The Scripture you quoted is Acts 2:17 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams," the Apostle Peter is quoting Joal 2:28, Joal having prophesized the Pentecost when Jesus would send the Holy Spirit. If you are born again, the Holy Spirit is given at the moment of salvation ( Ephesians 1:13). Galatians 3:2. This is in contrast to the filling of the Spirit referred to in Ephesians 5:18. We should be so completely yielded to the Holy Spirit that He can possess us fully and, in that sense, fill us. Romans 8:9. God bless you!

I will speak of versus 19-21;

Here the apostle Paul gives warning unto all Christians concerning the millennial kingdom, he warns if Christians live an ungodly lifestyle of immorality in these seventeen sins or the like, they cannot inherit the kingdom of God. This warning is specifically speaking about not inheriting a kingdom, it is not speaking of Christians who live immoral lifestyles cannot go to heaven. The Kingdom of God is based upon conditional promises, Christians must qualify in order for them to make it into the millennial kingdom of God, otherwise they will remain in heaven until the thousand year kingdom has expired before being resurrected. The Apostle Paul gives this same warning in 1 Cor. 6:9-10 and Ephesians 5:3-5 Even the Lord Jesus taught conditional promises must be met before a Christian is counted worthy to enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 7:21 The Lord Jesus taught if we bury our pounds we are denied entrance into the Millennial kingdom of Christ, as we must meet the conditions to qualify us. Luke 19:12-27 Again, the Apostle Paul taught conditional promises are required to make it into the millennial kingdom, as we must through much tribulation enter that kingdom of God. Acts 14:22

You shared quite a bit. I agree that we're in a spiritual battle, rather than the battle is already won and we can just chillax mindset.

As far as the apostacy, I probably have a different opinion. I believe in accountability among brothers and sisters, but based on scripture I think this has a limit at some point if someone has turned away from Jesus and is embracing a sinful life. If we are no longer the one encouraging and influencing, but are at risk of being tempted and adversely affected ourselves, that might be one indicator to back off and draw closer to Jesus followers. The reason I believe that is verses like 2 Timothy 3:1-5 it says 'from such turn away'. Also Ephesians 5:11, Revelation 3:16.

You mentioned only 20% of church goers tithe. I'm not sure how you'd know that, because each person can give anonymously sometimes, and may give to a variety of other people and organizations in need. I personally believe that its just as much of an act of giving to give of ones own time directly helping someone rather than paying $ to an organization to do the same thing. I personally prefer helping someone in person directly. And I think ones time and efforts have great value. Maybe some consider that a tithe, maybe some don't. But I do, and I don't know how someone could possibly calculate what others are or are not giving. Also, we have seasons of famine and properity and sometimes people simply aren't able to give much and I think that's ok. I don't think that broke college students should feel guilt or inferior or that they're not Christians for not being able to give a tithe. Its more likely satan who wants them to feel that way.

That's awesome you experienced a spirit filled service. One more thought worth sharing is you mentioned 12 people who didn't respond to a message were 'hypocrites'. As a brother in Christ I interpret that as sounding judgmental. We have no idea what thoughts are occuring in someone's mind and I wouldn't assume its bad.

Kimberlee 2 Corinthians 9 The biggest reason I understand scripturally is originally God gave women to

be a helpmeet or walk with her man so they both would operate to there full potential. If it would be done

according to Gods standards Ephesians 5:21-31 then everything works to Gods glory. That being said I

see great women of God that took a stand or ministered in a temple which is different then a Gift Ministry.

So Gods best standard is whats stated in the Timothy epistles for ordination not saying a women can't

teach or instruct the gospel message but that's different than ordination.

You should worship, Thank him, Speak and Sing Praises to him, by songs and hymns.

I.E. to help pray teach instruct and preach within the structure that God set up. There are instances in he

old testament where women so to speak took a stand. In the church of God in Timothy the order is men ordained are

encouraged to lead as pastors and bishops the statement with women in subjection strictly depends on the

men walking according to Ephesians 5:25-29. So keep this in mind the conditions are always it is written.

Hi Terri Queen The things you've shared are very understandably challenging and from what I gather

your either angry or disgusted. When I have focused on a problem I've never solved it because I didn't go to

God's word first get peaceful Col. 3:15 and ask for the solution. In dealing with others we speak the truth in Love, not

judging but I personally have never told someone their going to hell if they don't believe, but I said your not

headed in the right direction if you keep going in the one your in. I have a few relatives that are very religious

but in a high minded self righteous pharrisitic way. Not saying you are but don't become what you dislike,

remember wise as serpents and harmless. The world is geared to take away our peace hope joy and most our Love

which from what I'm seeing is being worked on in an excellerated way. Which by the way 2 Timothy 3:13 evil will

wax words and worse which is a gradual advance to hardening. The only solution for us to stay tenderhearted and

loving and forgiving is being cemented mentally in Christ. Ephesians 5:1+2, by Gods Grace I pray you will be comforted

in your mental pressure. It's challenging not to be overcome by the unbelief in our current society.

I agree GiGi, these matters are very difficult to properly judge & sort out. I'm glad that all this is in the Lord's Hands, He Who will judge righteously, Who sees the whole situation & the hearts involved. Nevertheless, I do get quite sad when a marriage breaks down with no solution in sight & that spouses are consigned to singleness for their remaining days. It would be like losing a loved one to death, & then carrying that pain for a long time. Like many other issues in the Christian walk, each person must do according to the Word, trusting God for the strength to bear up & stay true to Him. There is always some discipline & suffering when we knowingly entertain sin, & though God may be all-forgiving, we still have to face the ramifications of whatever sin we commit, especially that which damages or destroys other lives. To live with that might sometimes be harder than falling under God's Hand.

If the ministry from the Word is strong & consistent, whatever sins that might be hidden from the Pastor, will be manifest to the disobedient from the Word - they might even leave that Fellowship of their own accord & seek one that speaks sympathetically to them, welcoming them in. I believe that when we put the Lord & His Word first in our lives & in the life of the Church, Jesus will deal with us for the singular purpose of, "sanctifying and cleansing it with the washing of water by the word, that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish." ( Ephesians 5:26,27). And this deep Love of Christ for us illustrates the love that husbands & wives ought to have for each other (vv 24,25) - bathed with understanding, forgiveness, & humility, esteeming each other.

Ephesians 5:25-29 says "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;"

What is he saying? Christ sacrificed Himself for the spiritual wellbeing of the church. As a Christian man, if you're going to get married, your life is a sacrifice to make sure your wife and your children get to the word and the things of Christ. The comparison is that even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.

There are two things listed. First, in verse 26, it says "That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word." That's what Jesus did so that's what I'm to do. And secondly in Verse 27, "That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

How much of a spiritual concern do we men have for our families and for our wives, that one day she'll stand before the Lord? Will she be complete? And then the conclusion in verse 28, "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself." Uh Oh! He that loves his wife loves himself.

Verse 29 says "For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:" In case you haven't noticed that about men, we like to be men, you know? But no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourishes it and cherishes it, even as the Lord does the church:

In 1 Peter chapter 3, it speaks about wives being in submission to their husbands. But husbands are also to submit to their wives as we see in 1 Peter 3:7. The reason I say this is because the first word in verse 7 says "likewise." So as the wife is to be in submission to her husband, likewise, the husband also is to be with the wife. For the believer, submission is never between two people. There's always three. We are to submit to one another in the Lord! If the other person is out of line, the we are to remain in submission to Christ!

Hi Martha Ephesians 5:25-29 fits much better, also just the term minister itself means their supposed to Love respect cherish have self control, patience, and honor others before Himself I.E. example to others. My point

has always been I'd rather see a sermon then hear one also respect is earned not just given. I don't know your whole situation I'd get advice from others who know of the situation and bring it before two or three believers.

No matter who the individual is if there not committed to the doctrine that is unbelief. Let the Word do the Work

we are not held accountable for someone else's unbelief no matter who they may be.

The bible states that drunkenness is sin, but it does not really say that a glass of white wine occasionally is sin.; so my question is why do so many pastor want to preach that it is sin.

Just a few scriptures here about drinking wine. 1 Timothy 5:23; Ephesians 5:18, and Ecclesiastes 9:7; I am saved, but months into the pandemic I started drinking a glass of wine;

I used to not even go in a restaurant that served alcohol, but since the pandemic I have had white wine to drink.

Please clarify this for me.

Paul touches on this in 1 Corinthians 14:15. He says "What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also:

He puts himself out there hypothetically as saying "If I did what you did, if I prayed in the spirit, but not with my mind, and I prayed in an unknown tongue, then my understanding is unfruitful. I don't even understand what I'm praying!"

So he says "I will pray with the Spirit." He didn't say anything about tongues. He says I will pray with the Spirit, and pray with the understanding also. So when I pray, it will be from my spirit where Christ dwells, but I'm also going to pray thoughts. There are things that I want to pray about and I'm literally involved with Jesus Christ. I'm not bypassing my brain to try and reach some type of spiritual euphoria. This is a relationship!

Paul then says I will sing with the spirit, and with understanding also. You see, to those people in Corinth, it's like "That's unspiritual!" But once you start understanding the songs you sing, and this is what we are guilty of today, is that we have a lot of songs that we just repeat the same phrases over and over again. And it's like hypnotic stuff. People try to reach a spiritual high. And then you sing other songs, and people will say "Well, I don't feel the spirit there," but the song might have some good doctrine to it.

Once a person is saved, the battle is for the mind. It's no wonder that Satan brings some of the pagan mystic religions into the church to try and reach a spiritual high! As far as singing in the Spirit, Paul says in Ephesians 5:18-20 "Don't be drunk with wine, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to yourselves in psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord."

One of the things of being filled with the Spirit is singing with melody in your heart. It doesn't necessarily mean with your mouth. Paul says I'm going to sing with my understanding also!

Gigi I heard a statement made years ago that really clicked, to be God inside minded Ephesians 5:1 to be followers of

God as dear children, so without the spirit and the word as our guide this would be impossible. When someone tells me

I would like to add to what has been shared. I intended to respond earlier but got side tracked.

What drugs do other than being harmful for your health is influence the flesh as well as drunkenness from alcohol.

Ephesians 5:13-18. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

( AND BE NOT DRUNK WITH WINE, WHEREIN IS EXCESS; BUT BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT; ) I believe to be Awake, walk circumspectly, and to understand the will of God is when the Holyspirit is present in you. Alcohol and drugs voids us of the Spirit working in our lives.

Another verse that may go with that is Matthew 12:43-45.

Here the Lord is using the actions of an unclean spirit to draw a picture that parallels with Israel for the Pharisees.

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. ( The unclean Spirit. )

Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. ( Void of the Holyspirit. )

Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

I believe this goes for any thing that may have us in bondage/Darkness. You turn from Darkness to Him who provides the light. "Christ in you"

Sis That gets back to rightly divided doctrine, and No private interpretation which has been handed down through the ages. I do what I do because it works not because its a nice head trip, Jesus Christ walked and talked in the realm of the miraculous, we can too which I KNOW most people don't believe but that's not my problem, that's what my God through his Son paid for in full. Because of His Sacrifice and resurrection we can Hebrews 4:16, Romans 12:2, Ephesians 5:1+2,

Ephesians 1:19, John 10:10, 2 Timothy 1:7, 1 John 3:22, there are over 400 of these called promises to us who believe.

I've learned by walking out and doing that is believing, I never received nothing until I read listened and Acted which by the way is why its called the book of Acts, they believed and moved.

This could be useful. "You (us) shall know the truth, and the truth sets us free." I'm thinking that: Not people, but spirits are on assignment in a room dedicated to Gods Word: the King James Bible.

you have spoken well in this posy, Mishael. Everyone receives the indwelling and filling of the Holy Spirit at conversion. Some people have a later experience similar to what happened in the book of Acts. This is the Holy Spirit readying someone for a definite calling or to equip someone to exercise a specific spiritual gift. Ephesians 5:18 speaks of being filled with the Holy Spirit, which I have been taught is to be continually filled and refilled. There have been times in my life where I just tootle along living for God, and other times when I feel the Spirit pressing hard on me to do or say certain things or just have a troubling in my heart and I pray without knowing specifically what I am to pray for, but knowing that the Spirit prays with us. In each of these situations, the result of me following these leads have helped and blessed others or I find out within a day or so that someone had a major trauma or diagnosis, (one person had a life-threatening stroke) or that someone died (this has happened to me twice). In all of these situations I felt that i should fast and pray before doing or saying anything. I don't think it is always wise to be quick to share a prompting or urge. Taking it to the Lord first and waiting on Him is always wise.

Ask God to help you make a comprehensive list of your sins.

Confess every sin that the Holy Spirit calls to your remembrance and accept God's forgiveness ( 1 John 1:9).

Seek forgiveness from all whom you have offended, and forgive all who have hurt you ( Mark 11:25; Luke 11:4; 17:3,4).

Make restitution as the Holy Spirit leads you.

Ask God to fill you with His Holy Spirit according to His command in Ephesians 5:18 and His promise in 1 John 5:14,15.

Surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Master; refuse to obey your worldly nature ( Romans 12:1,2).

Meditate on the attributes of God, His love, sovereignty, power, wisdom, faithfulness, grace, compassion, and others ( Psalm 48:9,10; 103:1-8, 11-13).

Begin your time of fasting and prayer with an expectant heart ( Hebrews 11:6).

Do not underestimate spiritual opposition. Satan sometimes intensifies the natural battle between body and spirit ( Galatians 5:16,17).

If you're married with kids, you'll still need to care for them. Attend to your duties, then excuse yourself back to your "closet".

I fast from food and ALL MEDIA. The idea is fast from food, AND feast on the Word of God. Ask the Holy Spirit to shield you from interruptions, like phone calls, people who drop in unannounced or uninvited.

Have on hand, bouillon, fruit juice, lots of water. Jesus hungered after his fast. (he drank water.)

If you are diabetic or on serious meds, check your blood sugar if you feel bad. Dehydration will stop a fast.

Read the Gospels. Spend time in praise and worship. You can do this at work with headphones on. Whatever you do; no long faces. Bathe and dress normal.

Write Eph. 6 on a piece of paper and keep it before you. Don't tell anyone you're on fast. Just your husband. Satan will try to make you mad, feel unspiritual. Jesus used SCRIPTURE to counter attack satans attacks.

It's good to read aloud. We have gates: ears, eyes, mouth, a heart of joy. The Word goes in through all gates.

According to Acts 2 man and woman fulfilled the prophecy at Joel 2:28

Paul was maybe trying to explain that the congregation is not that event.( 1 Corinthians 12:27-31)

that they must speak or prophecy one at a time. to keep the congregation in order. 1Corinthians 14:33.

However, because a man is the head of his wife. a wife remains silent in the congregation ( 1Tim. 2:12).

if she wants to ask a question about something. she should not become authoritative within
