We must all understand now i think, we are in this time. But there is no consolation: for it is getting worse.
Here I ask you all to be careful. Ever since my 1st day as an adult Jesus saved. Have i thought that this promotion has rubbed something terrible in my heart and ears. Something that is clear and should be for everyone is the following:
When Jesus comes, He will not kill us first. He wants to take us home to Him, right? Then those who live will be promoted! When Jesus tells as Matthew 24:12 writes, it becomes an explanation of what will happen when He returns. If we read this in its entirety, we will see the passage of the Son of Man Matthew 24:29-31
Then Jesus tells afterwards that one is taken away and one is let back. See this dear friends. Do not be fooled by anyone who has received great revelations about this. Someone has changed these sections. We chosen righteous will be with the end. But in the end, He comes as we wait. Then someone joins up to heaven. Only those who have Oil on their lamps.
We live in that time for the mark of the beast and have done so for a long time see Revelation 13:15 to give breath to the mark of the beast.
When we talk about TV and internet pc also further. I just have to say from my place: Have we not become quite strangely addicted to this vivid picture? I know of fine Christian Believers who sit in front of the TV screen every hour of the day! It's a shame, but they calm it down it's innocent. That's it not! They sit at home in their own living rooms and get scared, fearing all sorts of strange things. Agree with this: Does not such a thing take us away from the Lord?
Another key thing: Why did Jesus say it was accomplished when He had to give up His Spirit on the cross? Stay blessed in Jesus Name.
2Thessalonians 2, Matthew 24:3-51, Mark 13:5-37,
Revelation 16,
I believe that comes from a guy named Bob Jones that said that. A few other people have said that would happen. I watched a few videos about what they call "the perfect storm".
I personally witnessed, during a hurricane years ago a tree was uprooted & floated down stream in flooding water until it was stuck up under a bridge; caused the flooding creek, to flood in reverse: because of debris that was caught by tree, limbs, roots etc. blocked the flow. Other Hurricanes have recorded winds & other causes doing that to The Mississippi River & other rivers, during past decade. These events they speak of are supposed to be major events. It however doesn't seem to be necessarily noted in scripture except for miracles that GOD used for Israelites to pass through. Exodus 14:26-29, Joshua 3:13-16, Joshua 4:7,18,23, Joshua 5:1, & Prophets: 2Kings 2:8,14,

Thank you Happy Resurrection Day to you :)
"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." - Revelation 3:10
The hour of temptation are the events preceding the rapture which include the rising of the anti-christ and the mark of the beast. Many will misinterpret the above verse to mean something else. But it's clear God never intended for His church to suffer through the tribulation.
You'll see many comments after my post by those who've accepted modern preaching of replacement theology. Don't let your heart be troubled or confused. I'll leave God's Word to conclude...
Mark 13:32-37, "But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch."

Psalms 46:9,
Psalms 37,
Mark 13:22 "For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect."
2 Corinthians 11:13-15, "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."
Mark 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
I agree there is not any scripture that states at any time anyone goes to heaven. And Jesus is the only one who has gone to heaven from where He came John 3:13. Scriptures have been used to create a beautiful picture with the premise of not having to go through the tribulation that is coming but will be taken to heaven, adding a return of Jesus before His second coming.
There are several names Morgan Edwards, Edward Irving, a teenage girl in the lowlands of Scotland named Margaret MacDonald, and more, but spread by John Darby, and C.I. Scofield with the study bible with footnotes helped promote the doctrine. This is a deception I feel that Satan is behind, for those who are still living at the end (my opinion).
Where is in the air? Is it heaven? In Strong's 109 air (The air, lower air we breathe). In Strong's 3772 air Heavens, the visible heavens, the atmosphere, the sky, the starry heavens, the spiritual heavens. The word air 109 was used in 1Thessalonians 4:17 and seems as it says, it's no higher than the clouds. Now, this is a gathering in the air-breathing sky. Jesus will reign on this earth and also the elect, Revelation 11:15 2 Thimothy 2:12 Revelation 5:10 on earth not in heaven and on the new earth Revelation 21:1 Revelation 22:1-5.
No scripture says we are taken up to heaven after we meet Jesus but there is the scripture that says where Jesus goes when He returns. On that day His feet will stand Zechariah 14:4, He will send His angels to gather the elect, after the tribulation, Matthew 24:29-31 Mark 13:24-27. The earth is round, and the elect will be global when gathered will be in the air going to meet Jesus.
I could say more but it is up to us individually to pray and study for the understanding what is the truth led by the Holy Spirit. Consider the context when you study.
God bless,

My understanding is, this is the deception of deceptions and will cause the great falling away, 2 Thessalonians 2:3. Part of this deception is that the great tribulation and the wrath of God are taught as being the same thing. We must understand the wrath of God comes after the second coming of Jesus not before. Matthew 24:29-31 Mark 13:24-27.
It developed in the 17th Century, and it quickly led to an understanding that the rapture of the church would be an event separate from and before the second coming of Christ. It was made popular by John Darby, and he is thought by many to be the originator but not. C.I. Scofield, with the study bible with footnotes, helped promote this doctrine of man. It started as pre-tribulation and still mostly believed in.
We as humans sometimes look for the easy way out, and many preachers oblige to fill the money plate that makes merchandise of people, 2 Peter 2:3. Scripture does not say we will be spared tribulation it says the opposite, Acts 14:22 John 16:33. It is debated that although all Christians go through some tribulation, there is yet a great tribulation to come those true believers will not have to undergo. So, who are these, Revelation 7:13-14 Revelation 20:4
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
The mark and saving our physical life is the temptation, that so many don't believe they will be here to face, that is the great deception. Keep from does not mean we will be spared from being killed it means to spiritually guard (watch), keep intact, Hebrews 3:6. The believers in Jesus in the past were not spared being beheaded, burnt on a stake, fed to the lions, why should we.
God bless,

You ever notice after a wedding difference people will focus details on certain aspects of things? Sometimes it's things that you yourself didn't notice or didn't seem as significant as something else. Some talk about the cake, another about the people that attended, another can't get over how white the dress was, others saw the doves released.
There's also differences in personalities It may be one of reasons that Jesus chose the varying difference in people that wrote the Gospels. Knowing each would have a unique perspective & emphasis on different details.
Matthew speaks much about angels, major significant events pertaining angels. Matthew 4:6,11, Matthew 13:39,41,49, Matthew 18:10, Matthew 22:30, Matthew 24:31,36, Matthew 25:31-46, Matthew 26:53, in context: Matthew 26,
Mark 1:13, Mark 8:38, these following 3 Matthew & Mark both discuss: Mark 12:25, Mark 13:27,32,
Luke has emphasise on several events others do not mention: Luke 1, Luke 2, but, like Matthew & Mark mention Luke 4:10,
Luke 9:26, mentioned by atleast 1 other. Luke 12:8,9,
You asked also if the others were present or witnessed the angels, it looks like Luke 24:23, testifies to that question. & John 20:12, testifies to angels being present.
John also notes John 20:30-31, John 21:25,
Hopefully this is helpful
Acts 10, 1John 3:1-24,
1John 4:1-21,
Hopefully these are helpful in your study.
I noticed you posted Mark 13:24 Please allow me to show you where that scripture fits in. It describes the sixth trumpet, day of the Lord strike. Mark 13:24 kicks off the day of the Lord with smoke. Compare it with these other scriptures describing the same event: Revelation 6:12, Joel 2:1-11, and we see 2 lands (America/Israel) are militarily covered like a cloud: Ezekiel 38:9, Ezekiel 38:16
Everything ties in and quite a bit of it reads backwards in time.
Recently I was studying the words Jesus said "Moses wrote of ME'' John 5:46, & I've been amazed how many times I've found references for sure understanding now, clearly there I hadn't seen beforehand.
Agree, we must pray constantly to be accounted worthy, to have the strength to escape every sin, not caught up in the worldly cares, drunkenness, and temptations especially the big one, the hour of temptation that's coming.
Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
God bless,

Satan is permitted, for a time, to rule over the majority in this world as we see when he tempted Jesus, Luke 4:6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
We see again Satan who deceived the whole world when he is cast down to earth permanently, Revelation 12:7-9. He then gives his power, his seat, and authority to the beast over the world, Revelation 13:2. But Satan is limited in accordance with God's will and he dwells in darkness and that is the boundary of his territory. Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
That is why we must do as in Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
If we walk in the Spirit and the true light is in us, darkness will have nothing to do with us, we have victory in Christ. The time is coming when Satan is cast down and gives his authority to the beast, those of us who are still living will see the darkest time and go through it, Jesus does not return until after the tribulations of those days, Matthew 24:29-31 Mark 13:24-27.
So, walk in the light and not in the manners of the world where there is darkness.
God bless,
RLW
Hopefully this is helpful.
Like Mishael said there are many opinions on this and your question is there any scriptural support for pre-tribulation I would have to say no. God has not promised us to be spared tribulation, it is pretty much the opposite, John 16:33 Acts 14:22 2 Thessalonians 1:4. The Great tribulation and the wrath of God is two different things. God will spare us his wrath, 1 Thessalonians 5:9 His wrath will be on the unrighteous, Romans 1:18.
People looking to be raptured and taken to heaven before the beast shows up and the persecution worldwide starts will not be prepared and this may cause the great falling away. Some have taken the seventh week from Daniel and other scriptures to paint a beautiful picture that is not scriptural. Millions of dollars from movies, books, tv preachers have been made on this theory that started in the 1700s
Jesus told us in Matthew 24:29-31 Mark 13:24-27 it will be after the tribulation. There is more but this should answer your question, if we are living when it starts, we will go through it, Matthew 10:22. We must do what Jesus told the disciples when they asked him about the end. The first thing He said was Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
There will be a great temptation coming, and we must be strong in our faith in His word, even unto death, because we have this promise. Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
God bless,
RLW
You will get differing opinions on this, so I suggest studying Scriptures carefully that people give to support their view.
Me, personally, I think Jesus is coming back one more time. I believe his because Jesus did not say He'd come two more times. Mark 13:24-27 speaks of His return after the tribulation. See also:
Matthew 25:31-33, Matthew 24:23-31
So, for me, I want to live with going through the tribulation in mind, having the faith, strength of character, resolve , and love of Christ that the early Christian martyrs had.
If Jesus comes back before that, then - I will be ready, too.
