That is not my definition of the Sabbath. That is from the bible. Colossians 2:16 was to provide hope for those who were observing the true Lunar Sabbath and the New Moon days.

They are spelled different because Joshua and Jesus are both transliterations of the name in Hebrew and Greek, not translations. Transliterations convey the sounding of the name in the original tongue, rather than the meaning.

I think "it" is appropriate, for it is not only speaking of Jesus THE Christ, but Christ, in which there is neither male nor female. I believe it reveals that the seed of the woman is also the seed of Abraham, that generation chosen of the Lord, the church in this world, declaring his righteousness unto a people yet to be born. We are many, but we are one, one seed, and we are both male and female

I thank God for all things. Those who seek God and wait on God, if it is in his will their prayers will be answer.

How do you reconcile your condemnation of people who don't observe your definition of sabbath with: Colossians 2:16 View whole chapter See verse in context Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

So, I have been in turmoil past my husband's transition 9months ago. I have been sorely broken hearted, and attacked by his family members. I became angry bitter and hurt. I did not trust totally in God the way I should have. Today I repent and forgive them. I never was unforgiving, but this situation took the cake. I am begging God's forgiveness and looking to Him totally.

I think Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego are a type of the tribulation and possibly the judgment. They were thrown into the fire, they walked with Jesus and they came out without even the smell of smoke.

Why is there so much lack of understanding concerning the gift of tongues, yes I have been Baptist in the spirit with the evidence of tongues. but let me tell you that you should ask THE MIGHTY ONE for the gift of love if He gives you the gift of love He will throw in the gift of tongues for free I have been near people with the gift of love and I will confess I am jealous

If God is one, where do place his seven spirits, his mind of knowledge, his body, or his heart? God cannot exist without love, because love rules power. God sacrificed and divided himself in the beginning and made his son. If God has 7 spirits,1 mind, and 1 body He must still prove sacrifice The bi-product is the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Ram substitute given to Abraham and us. A mature lamb.

Christ spoke to us in earthly terms, and we do not understand everything He said,if He had spoken to us in heavenly terms surely we would not have understudy Him at all. We are looking through a dark glass. Can anyone tell me how great God is.He has great things in store for us. God is love, the spirt of love is the strongest spirt if we could learn how to love one another He would open our eyes

You must take into thought that it is also written: A day with God is as a thousand years. It didn't say that it was, it just gave us a comparison.

Roman's 16:20 refers to Genesis 3:15 which is the first prophecy spoken by God and considered the first gospel. Paul had his own heel's physically bruised from his testimony. Jesus roots are with those God approves. The Jewish pronoun in Genesis has a masculine noun, yet the king James version places it. The Roman Catholic opinion places a woman, yet The Holy Spirit was called he by Christ.

Love will not fail, tongues will fail, knowledge will fail ,prophecies will fail THE MIGHTY ONE is so much greater than our self everything that we know about Him will fail, Salvation is free the law of God is the law we are little children set free of the penalties of the law run in the streets and act crazy if you want to,be slain in the spirt if you want to,or conduct your self with order

GOD is JEHOVAH, which is, being interpreted, Faithful and True. Seeing our Father's Name is Hallowed, Christ alone is worthy to reveal it. It is written, His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns: and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

I thought that was peculiar myself. After some thought, I took it as literally what it says. It's an old testament scripture, so perhaps that behavior was an expression of a sinner. That's my best guess, outside of that word meaning something different. Good luck on your studies, brother.

Rejoice in the lord always. Again I say rejoice. How different we are yet the same. What is to prophecy? The scriptures are a prophecy If we are in the word we are in the prophecy! The will of God is prophetic. Don't frustrate the spirit with questions or judging others. When we are in the spirit of Christ we will do his will, and influence and help others. Be ready to give and receive!

Some of the best teachers teach with desire. The kjv is this inspired will of God. The teacher of the love of Christ , and God the Father, with the holy spirit Our sanctification, our redemption, being justified by faith, we have peace. When you understand these things, you will love, you will have charity, you will be like Him! Let this mind be in you. Desire the sincere milk of the world.
