Phil, we aren’t all from Israel, as I am a Gentile. Yet I feel that in accepting Jesus Christ as my Savior, then in an outward statement of faith, I was baptized into the Jewish bloodline bc He was the Son of God as Mary and Joseph were his respected Jewish parents. I also think The Bible reads difficult before saved that the Holy Spirit may interpret it to each of us as He feels we serve best.

It’s my belief that all of the KJV Bible is good and should be read in order, in prayer. These commands were given before Jesus came and said, it is not what goes into the mouth that defileth the man, but that which proceeds from...not exact quote but from memory of The Word, carried in my heart. I think in this verse "GOD!" wants us to be loose from the devil yep.I also think "GOD!"have us by the "HAND!" yep so we don't go loose or be frightened yep,cause out there in the world at times is dark yep,but "HE!" holds us "HE!"protects us from all evil or dark sides yep of the world yep.
