Read ( John 17 ) and you will understand Matthew 23 through 25. We are taken out of the ways of this World but we are still on the earth doing the will of God and feeding the true words of Jesus Christ to those who are his. Earth is the footstool of Jesus Christ and he defeated Satan when he poured out his soul unto death for all those who our Heavenly Father gave unto him forever to love.

This could be a defeating verse and line....obviously,people and animals can t can t change themselves without really messing up the rest of their genetics, so in that parallel the answer would be NO. Must be read in context.Except If manuscripts truly render verbiage as can be changed the answer is Yes....but only by the Almighty,through Christ Jesus, in both physical and spiritual changes.

Carol: I have never posted on here but your message touched my heart. We can slide so far back that the devil makes us question our salvation. I heard this said long ago and I have never forgotten this...you cannot unknow God. We may forget a lot in this life and fall short but we can never lose our salvation. That's our promise from him!

God will keep His promise, He said He will keep us in perfect peace if we keep our minds on Him. He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him, He will reward us with peace unspoken of. I am a witness.

How come the LETTERS EPISTLE OF JEREMIAH is not in all of the published versions of the KJV bibles? Its not in mine. So I assume it's not in a lot of the bibles. I just have Jeremiah and it don't say the same as the Epistle version.

Using this for a sermon

When God provides for us we should not murmur and be discontented. He knows our needs and we must learn to trust Him in all things.

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm a student of the Bible and still learning. I suggest that Psalm 137 may be referring to those that were called (drawn by God), but, ultimately, not chosen (i.e., not saved). Jesus said (in summary) many will be called, but only a few chosen. Is Psalm 137 what Jesus was referring to?

I pray that the Lord will take care of me and my family from the ones that want to do us harm. I believe that he will and I will trust him every day .he is the only one I can depend on .We need to pray every day and keep our mind on him at all times because God Our Father is all we have to hold on to please add me in your prayers. thanks

I agree w/you about staying in the Bible first. There's nothing wrong w/other books per se, but only after being grounded in truth. For example, there are some wonderful books on how to have a God pleasing marriage that I have read, but, as w/anything else, it needs to be filtered through the Scriptures first. As well, I have met folks who read other books solely to argue against the Bible.

it teaches of what Christ had to go through .. he had to suffer it also teaches us to have charity which is love and we should treat one another with hospitality an that we also have to endure hardship and having things say about us but we should rejoice once it is deemed falsely cause Christ himself was accused but he had to fulfil purpose so take courage.
