A perfect example of manipulation of the scriptures to fit mans agenda. Im appalled at this since the topic is adding to or taking away books of the spriptures and the punishment therefore. The scripture quoted was not talking about whether or not the one the saducees quoted was a true part of the Word, it was reference to the fact that they err in thier INTERPRETATION of the quoted scripture.

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
  • Word on Revelation 15 - 9 years ago
Traditions of men teach Satan comes antichrist to kill and destroy. You also have preachers add on to that an easy salvation we rapture before all the destruction and then you have those who blame all of it on a religion because it's not their way of believing. Gods salvation is Satan comes to deceive the whole world as a false prophet antichrist meaning instead of Christ looks like Jesus.WAIT!

  • TERRY on Jeremiah 22 - 9 years ago
Jer 22:26,27 It touches my soul, in our earthly journey, knowing people leave their birthplace for another country where a great possibility we may not be able to return. But thank and glory to God for His people has a greater place prepared by Jesus where He can receive and bring us home and rejoice forever with Him.

  • Anne on Daniel 4 - 9 years ago
We are reminded in this chapter that we should be careful to give thanks and praise to God for all things because it is only through God that we have accomplished and obtained everything that we have. God owns everything and He gives to whomsoever and when He pleases.

God is ruler over all. Gods' way will prevail, no matter how hard we try to fight. We have temptations and we sin, but if we repent, we can prevail and live according to how Jehovah wants us to live. NO MATTER WHAT, GOD IS!!!!!!

  • Tom Marsal on Isaiah 43 - 9 years ago
since I can't get to your site 2 COR.9 talks of giving freely to the ministry I wholeheartedly agree we should a tithe is in the law it is not a freely given gift a requirement yes. the verse says nothing about tithe. Your comment that this supports tithe is wrong we give now out of love for the lord not a law commanding us. there is a new covenant; tithe is part of the old;give not pay
  • Ulu on John 4 - 9 years ago
Why do people assume the Samaritan woman was 5 times divorced? Maybe all her husbands died and they were all brothers, unable to give her children. Maybe the man she is in love with now is not allowed to marry her because of cultural differences. Jesus accepts her just as she is and she becomes a great evangelist.

Verse 16: Jesus says - "And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd". Now by the power of the Holy Spirit at work in our lives, for those of us who have received Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are commissioned to reach out to the lost all over the world for the salvation of their souls.
  • Bible Reader on Genesis 1 - 9 years ago
Adam and Eve were the first humans to walk this earth . The first couple chapters in Genesis discuss creation, the fall of man eating the forbidden fruit, etc.

  • Tom on 1 Samuel 15 - 9 years ago
When a leader disobeys God, he hurts his own people. If Saul had obeyed God's command, we probably wouldn't have the book of Estar. Haman was a descendant of Agag. God shows us his love by repeatedly showing mercy when we disobey him. However, that doesn't mean that we don't cause suffering to others when we do.
  • Chrissy on Revelation 1 - 9 years ago
Even when everything is in total chaos, Jesus says, ''I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.'' No matter what happens, He will NEVER leave those who are His. Just be sure He knows you. Accept Him as Lord and Saviour through faith today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. When you are truly His, He will never leave you, not even for a second. :)
