  • Jacqueline Belk on Psalms 18 - 10 years ago
God is a God of second chance. He is full of Grace and Mercy. There is no one beyound his saving power. I love this song that his " Mercy reaches to the highest mountain and flows to the lowest valley". John 1:9 says "If we confess our sins he is faithful and just and will forgive us of all of our sin and purify us from all unrighteousness". Thats the Type of God I serve!!!
  • Judith on Romans 9 - 10 years ago
God is not interesting in traditions and ceremonial laws God looketh at the heart that wants to do what is right, walk in the way of the lord and strife every moment to be like jesus .
  • Christine Awah on Ruth 1 - 10 years ago
Ruth could be considered as one with unconditional love. Following a mother in law after the death of your husband is not common. She might have also heard about the greatness of the God of her late husband and would prefer to belong to that God instead of those in Moab.
  • Ruth Macharia on Isaiah 2:22 - 10 years ago
This verse is trying to tell us as Christians no man has value in helping us because he she will one day die, only God can help us because He will do It forever.
  • Irene123 - 10 years ago
Sandy; everybody, but everybody gets onto Paul's case. Many do not believe he was a true apostle of Jesus - because of what he says about how Christians are to conduct themselves. Remember - the 'whole' Bible is the word of God (not Paul or the others). if you don't believe this, then ...........
  • Irene123 on Matthew 3 - 10 years ago
Tilda; 'we' don't 'accept' Christ; if you'll read the Gospels as Jesus gathered His disciples - he 'called' everyone of them; as He passed by them, they didn't say, "Hey, lets follow Jesus." John 15:16; Matt. 20:16. Jesus knows who will obey Him. Judas Iscariot was chosen to fulfill phrophecy - John 13:18, "......... I know whom i have chosen.............."
  • Irene123 on Genesis 22 - 10 years ago
You know what, Lilianne? as Abraham and Isaac were walking up that mountain - God was walking up the other side to "provide the lamb." He was right there with them.
  • Irene123 - 10 years ago
Lenetra - you don't 'pray' for forgiveness; you 'do' acts 2:38 - just as Peter said. then you can pray for the infilling of the Holy Ghost - which is evidenced by God taking over your tongue and speaking through you. Romans 10:13 was to an already established church of saints that had already done Acts 2:38. be sure to read Rom. 10:14 - "....without a preacher"? Heb. 10:25.
  • Irene123 on Genesis 3 - 10 years ago
AMEN! Phebe; nail on the head!!
  • God's Child on Psalms 18 - 10 years ago
This morning I woke up, singing Gospel Hymns. One, my favorite, This Little Light of Mines. With that being said. God is, the light. When I call his name he lights up my life, etc. He makes the good better and the bad good. Psalms 18:28, definitely the Truth. With God all things must come to light. In God and with God, there is no darkness or anything hidden.

How Spirit-filled was the psalmist, King David, to have penned this magnificent Psalm, which is actually God's resume a.k.a. his curriculum vitae , that continues to speak to believers' hearts hundreds of centuries later. No wonder he King David was a man after God's own heart . Everything that God is has done can do will do is stated clearly and lovingly in this beautiful song. All glory and honor to my Almighty Father!!!!

No, women should not be in a position to usurp the authority of a man.

Titus 2:3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; 2:4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 2:5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their
