  • Lorrie Bensky Smith on Proverbs 8 - 10 years ago
The commentary is helpful, but God and Christ in the "he's, his etc., should be capitalized, as He is ALWAYS a proper noun.
  • Paul on Matthew 3 - 10 years ago
That verse may have just become my favorite too!
  • Beverly Jimmerson on Psalms 122 - 10 years ago

Food for Thoucht . I ran out of space add to my first posting. so here is the food.
as you read about the punishment of Adam and Eve. we see Adam was judged by his
own words, he was cast out of the garden, So he did have to leave his father ther is more if you will open your eyes to see the TRUTH
  • Dexter Martin on Exodus 40 - 10 years ago
Exodus to me shows that the people of God were stubborn, they were living in bondage and they wanted to continue living that way, as slaves. They did not believe that God would have brought them out.
  • David on Genesis 2 - 10 years ago
Many have over looked several things. 1. judgement. God was judging Adam when its said (God) watched Adam to see what he would say/call them.
2: When you read where Adam says a man can leave his mother and Father and cleave to his wife. I don't see where God told Adam he had to leave Garden or his Father /God.
    3. when he cleaved to eve/flesh we do the same and not God
  • Kenneth G Redden on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
The apostle Paul is demonstrating, in few words [ Eph 3:3], how to use ideas and patterns to get more information from the KJV text. For example, 2Peter 3:3 uses Knowing this first as a reference to the everlasting in Genesis 1:1, and days to represent the many times the first day has appeared, from everlasting to everlasting [ Psa 90:2].

  • Terry on Psalms 23 - 10 years ago
I find it especially vs5 because I had a very serious problems getting my qualifications at tertiary but I prayed with this book of Psalms and God proved that His word and His promise does not change. Now I work as an educator through Him
  • Lionese on Matthew 27 - 10 years ago
Some folk love to see you suffer, they sat and watched him suffer, like the world does us...the elders the writers/Scribes, the prophets that knew what the prophesy said, the Jews and gentiles all sat and watched him suffer even to the mocking and scurging to death! But early that 3rd day morning!
  • Lionese on Matthew 27 - 10 years ago
Matthew, a tax collector, who Jesus met one day as he passed his tax table during tax season and simply said follow me! Stop writing prescription refund and start writing prescriptions for sin sick souls!
  • Bernard on Hebrews 10 - 10 years ago
loving God is only tha way of salvation
  • Patty on Matthew 1 - 10 years ago
This scripture reveals the truth that Jesus is indeed God. Mathew 1:23, contrary to what Jehovah Witness people thinks that Jesus is not God. Here is the true people read the regular bible, not the New World. Even Jewish people who are converting themselves to Jesus and that know the original Greek and Hebrew languages, are saying that Jehovah Witnesses are wrong on this belief. Jesus is Lord.
  • Pamela Thomas-Jones on Psalms 1 - 10 years ago
Gives you order for your life! Love it!
  • Norm on 1 Thessalonians 4 - 10 years ago
Holy Father, thank You for letting us hear Your voice that we may know that in CHRIST JESUS we are saved! Amen Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Ephesians 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Colossians 3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
  • Tilda on Matthew 3 - 10 years ago
Wow glory to God,who expresses great love to everyone, because of the fact that God was well pleased in Jesus Christ it means He also is pleased with those who follow His son in truth and in Spirit,His word says for those whoaccepted Him were given power to be Children of GodGod meaning accepting Jesus Christ into our lives is accepting God's pleasure upon our lives.Glory to Jesus for channelling us to the blessings of God,Hallelujah.
  • Steven on Genesis 1 - 10 years ago
You were able to understand the creation with reference to the soul and then it seems as if you lost track and started to think naturally. I would have liked to have seen you carry that through for the whole chapter. Keep up the good work. You are welcome to contact me in this regard if you so wish.
  • Keith Harris on 1 Thessalonians 3 - 10 years ago
Question 4 about where this was written from is wrong. the correct answer is Athens not Corinth. Read the last verse of chapter 5 it say written from Athens.
  • Gloria Pray on Ephesians 1 - 10 years ago
Ephesians teaches us how to love and to continue in love" and not to be a part taker of evilness. This book is powerful Jesus Christ and our Father has given us the way to live through his word. Every word that is written in the bible comes from GOD: through man. As he gave his only begotten son to come and lead us. That was GOD: working and speaking through his son. AMEN.
  • Anthony agoba on Psalms 2 - 10 years ago
    Thanks
  • Phaye on Isaiah 57 - 10 years ago
His mercy endures the foever. If you believe. We have to go through somethings. If we are not tested how would you now you are saved. Through Christ we are conquerors.
  • Omondi duncan on Jonah 3 - 10 years ago
jonah is agood servant of who at time went astray.....
  • Doris - 10 years ago

Recognize is the key word here.
Some people don"t have eyes to see in a spiritual sense. They have eyes to see but don't understand.
They have ears to hear but can't recognize in the hearing. But Solomon recognized all is vanity. He understood the sun rose and went back to it's place whence it rose. Also to know wisdom is travail. Nothing comes easy. U have to put time in studying.
  • Butch on 2 Corinthians 8 - 10 years ago
An important point, I feel. (V. 5) "...but first gave their own selves to the Lord..."

  • Insight 777 on Revelation 6 - 10 years ago
The Lamb is the one Jesus came to earth to save from causing death and destruction. Jesus is the Shepherd not the sheep. The thief comes not by the door and Jesus is the door. The Mosaic law of sacrifice is done away with as new and old wine (testaments) can not be mixed. Moses brought the law but Jesus brought the TRUTH. Jesus does not break his Fathers law, do not kill! WAR is inequity!
  • Insight 777 on Revelation 5 - 10 years ago
V4, John had no knowledge of what was written so he had hope of divine law of justice in the scroll that would be a release of his troubles. John was imprisoned wanting freedom and protection. What the scrolls delivered is world war and destruction of all life on earth. Jesus said those that deny he is the Son of God is Antichrist. Jesus is a shepherd not a sacrificed lamb as Baptism removes sin
  • Marcus on Hebrews 5 - 10 years ago
I really didn't know what to think of the chapter. However, that's why am still consuming milk and not strong meat. Lord help me to grow in your word. For I am blind.
