No they can not be saved. Only people that are at an unaccountable age can be saved with out asking Jesus to forgive them of the sins and to ask him to be there savior.

Romans 9 might be the inception of Christianity. But simply uttering the words is not sufficient. In the name of Christ do people murder. God is a Heart knower. The entire person is required by God and not just the mouth. How do live your life? Is it to God. Are you aware of The commandments and that they apply to Christians as well as Jews.

How wonderful of Paul, to inform the roman believers and remind the jews of God saying a people who did not know him as God and a foolish nation would reconize him as God. This not only ingrafts all nations to salvation but envokes the jews to examine themselves. Praise God

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Meditating God's words are more important than sacrifice. If we are a BELIEVER IN CHRIST WE MUST ALSO BE A DOER. Jesus himself is the word of God without him we are nothing. This great salvation, this genuine salvation is nothing but the Gospel (Good News) of Christ. The death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior.
