Hello again Deason. It looks like we have a different understanding of the salvation process. Scripture tells me that the Holy Spirit/Holy Ghost/Spirit of God/and Spirit of Christ are all the same Spirit. You say that when we are saved, the Spirit of God quickens in us, gives us life, teaches us the truth, seals us, etc. To that, I say amen!

You then say without the Holy Ghost you cannot receive Christ. How does that work? If you have the Holy Ghost, who has sealed you, wouldn't you have Christ also? It's His Spirit. Are you saying that receiving Christ comes after salvation?

When we receive Christ, He gives us His Spirit/Holy Ghost. Would you say that a man can believe the truth of the everlasting gospel, but still refuse to surrender their life to Christ? I would say yes. The person who refuses to surrender their life to Christ will never be saved, no matter what truth they believe. Belief is important, but if it doesn't cause us to surrender to Christ, there is no salvation.

The body of Christ is the church, many who confess Christ think that the church is the place where they go a worship. The church is in the person heart, for the believer are the bodies of Christ. That is why it is important that we study the word of God each day and ask the Lord for understanding of His word.

i agreed with the example that was giving concerning the physical heart, if the doctor let the physical heart goes lacking without taking care of it, death with come about. If we don't taking care of the spiritual heart death will also come about. So it very important that we nurture the physical heart as well the spiritual heart.

Aloha Adam, first, the devils don't believe in Jesus, they believe that there is one God. Believing that there is one God won't save anyone. Believing the gospel of Jesus Christ will save you. To obey Jesus Christ is to believe His words and His promise. He said, "He who believes has everlasting life". Every word that He teaches on salvation is based on faith. James talks about works because he is not God, James cannot look into a mans heart and see faith but God can. For a man to prove to another man that he is saved he must show works. But before God his works is filthy. You don't need to believe the whole bible to be saved, you don't need to repent of all your sins either. Aloha

I'm just wondering people try to assume many things about people who do some hard spiritual thing that may let him feel like he's on top of the world or even have the euphoria of a king. That is why I'm wondering if these dreams not like in Genesis or any place else but in Daniel these dreams of king in chapter two are his emotions and Daniel looking into his face after long conversations about the day and others that sit with the king after all there may be princes and I wonder if this book of Daniel was supposed to support in scripture that every word shall be established in two or three witnesses. And Daniel was ready for it because though a king is not a bull they have that phrase bull in a china shop and remember I do not speak evil of dignities as Daniel had friends so do I. When you start to refer even to any person as an associate i'ts like your trying to hurt that person when he is secure right beside you. I'm not saying every dream but in the head of gold dream.

Being saved by grace means God did for us (sinners) what we could not do for ourselves. He died for our sins, was buried & rose agian from the dead. That is the grace message. It's not of works lest any should boast.

The question is where did God place his division? It all starts with Acts Chapter 9 Sauls Salvation and his Gospel of Grace. Who we know today as the Apsotle Paul. His letters are written for us today and his letters expalin what God is doing today, we are not in the old testament or in the gospels that is all for the Jews and his promise of the kingdom and we Gentiles were never part of the Jewish Covenant that God made to them, it was through there fall salvation is come unto us. Hi Deason, the reason I think that believing in Jesus isn't enough is that the Bible already says that believing isn't enough. Even satan and demons know the truth and believe in Jesus, so do you think they're saved? James 2:19, if obedience wasn't important, then why did Jesus say it was? He said you don't love Jesus if you don't obey Him. So, for those who disobey Jesus, do you think it's likely that you go to heaven and be rewarded as much as those who spent their life in service and obedience to Him? Romans 2:6 Satan wants to deceive Christians into believing you don't have to be obedient because he's trying to get more people to go to hell. James 2:26. And what about the many verses saying to repent and confess of your sin? Matthew 4:17 If it wasn't necessary then why did Jesus say it was? If obedience wasn't necessary, why would Jesus say it was? The real question is does someone fully believe the Bible and do they truly believe Jesus? Matthew 7:22

I believe that the WORLDS refusal to believe in the Covenants (Specifically the one ratified by Jesus on the Cross) God has with The nation of Israel; are the engine driving the end times. The 2 State solution must be scrapped. All the dispersed (Jews) in foreign countries are returning to Israel. The prophesies say they will return; they will rebuild and plant. Israel will bloom and prosper. The Jews will again love their Land. They will fight for it. Through the process of extreme pressure, they will accept their Messiah.

If you think God's not watching that process; you need to study those prophetic scriptures.

Stay focused and get into the (2nd) Ark, which is Jesus Christ, and hold on to your FAITH. Don't be shaken by what you see or hear. Fear not.

It seems we're missing a RELLY IMPOTANT POINT- SinceGod gave man dominion over the Earth- - it therefore means it is our destiny that we are supposed to protect and flourish the Awesome gift gave Man! In Mark 16-18, the Lord completed his work, life, here on earth, and is now sending his disciples to teach the Gospel to all human beings. Those that receive Christ the Lord, as their savior will receive the comforter and through him they will perform miracles here on earth. They are the chosen ones, whereby are inheritors with him of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The chosen, live their lives pleasing to God, they know what awaits them after this earthly life. Therefore, they want others to know about this heavenly kingdom which, surpasses all imagination according to the holy scriptures. In order to enter into the kingdom, it's like a spiritual passport given, in it there is faith, repentance, baptism, love and obedience to the word of God.

It is written, "If you love me, keep my commandments." In this spiritual passport, there is a connection of our spirit with the Lord's spirit, this is an overwhelming blessing. There's also, knowledge and virtue added to this wonderful gift. Amen.

The Bible tells us that when Jesus comes, everything will be destroyed ( 2 Peter 3:10) and lay desolate for 1000 years ( Jer. 25:33). According to Revelation 20, when that 1000 years are finished there will be a third coming of Christ with the saints. During this descent from heaven the wicked who have lain dead for 1000 years will be resurrected ( Rev 20:5) and Satan will gather together a great army and try to attack the city of GOD ( Rev 20:7-9)...but to no avail... the wicked who have come together, will be destroyed by GOD. Then GOD will set up HIS kingdom on the earth... The heavens and the earth will be made new... Rev 21:1-5..

Remember...Revelation is mostly symbolic... So, the verse is not saying Jesus was Crucified in Sodom, nor Egypt. However, during this time in history, when the word of GOD, was rejected, like during the French Revolution, the word of GOD was thrown out. The people rejected the WORD, the church and anything connected to it.

Many believers were killed or suffered at the hands of those that rejected GOD'S word. Since the devil cannot get to CHRIST, he attacks Christ through attacking CHRIST'S people. What was the state of France at that time?

1) They had the mindset of Pharoah: "Who is the Lord that I should obey him?"

2) The nation was in a state of COMPLETE licentiousness and sexual immorality

The enemy birthed All sorts of "isms" during this time: Atheism, Darwinism, Communism, Socalism... Bottomless Pit Ideologies. People rejected GOD and this was the result..but 3 1/2 years later they recanted.

John Greetings, When I was in public school in the 1st grade we had bible reading and prayer in Jesus name. Almost no crime and people respected each other. the USA was like leave it to beaver and the andy griffin show of mayberry.

Look into the Noahide laws as they are on the books and they are just not being enforced yet. These laws were first signed by Reagan as president. They call it "education day" godless education without Christ more like it.

This was to honor Rabbi Schneerson who practiced kabbalah. look up chabad Lubavitch Kabbalah and get an education of what they really believe. The penalty for violating the Noahide laws is beheading.

We are saved by faith not of works. Yes, if we believe the truth then the good fruit will be good works. I just want to make it clear that any mans work for salvation is worthless because Christ came to do the works of God. He did it perfectly and He finished it. Now, all men who believe the gospel of Jesus Christ are counted righteous not by the deeds of the law but by faith. God is looking down on this planet with 7 billion souls living here, He is looking in the heart of men and will He find faith? Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
