Your comment is true, however when the apostles forbade the man from teaching Jesus said" Forbid him not for he who is not against us is for us".

  • Zakhar on Luke 14 - 6 years ago
Verse 28 is obviously Jesus mocking the tower of Babylon pointing to it whose king was transformed into a beast eating the flowers and pastures of the earth but modern theives contemplate this to be a monetary issue taking peoples money from them.

Woman are Precious to God and not inferior to Men we are One in Christ Jesus and are to be Loved as He Loves The Church which means Sacrificialy putting us first after God. Both Men and Woman were Created for their Roles Men are to be in Leadership and we are to submit and be their Helpmates they need us and we need them We also need Protection and God has boundries for us this is why Woman are not to Preach or be in Authority over Men we can share Gods Truth with Men and correct error using Scripture We can be in Authority over other Woman and Children. In Greek one of the words for Speak is Preach and in all Churches that Honor God Woman are not to be in Authority 1Cor14:34-40-1Tim2:11-15.

JESUS quoted verse 1-14 above, and we see JESUS mind is on SALVATION for each of us thereby being in the KINGDOM OF GOD. Notice the one who failed to meet the standard for being in the KINGDOM therefore that person who is bind hand and foot and taken away, and cast into outer darkness where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Is aligning oneself w/God's will compatible w/free will? Are we responsible for our actions, worthy of praise and blame? Not my will, but Thine be done, Jesus says at Gesthemane. I believe we have free will, unlike e. g. Sam Harris. He is a determinist, denies free will. I need an answer to this.

Psalm 23 is a classic and very comforting. Read Psalm 125 also.

You are right, but even so, the sword would have been too heavy for the lad David. Remember Goliah was a
giant, every one of his weapons was H U G E !! I maintain my view, regardless. God gave David the strength
to use any of Goliah's weapon. Also God's power...in the sling and the rock to knock out a giant!!

I'm sold out on the KJV bible , it's only a translation, but a God blessed and proven one .
No book in the world rivals it !
The most published book ever , nothing even close to it ! Amazing fact . England became a world empire after publishing it ! And even was given the holy land after WW1 , know the story about that one ? Ottoman Empire went on jihad against the British Allies at the end of WW1 and British won and a treaty was signed giving British rule over you guessed it the Holy land . English became the international language , another result of the KJV , America was evangelized by British by Whitfield and Wesley no doubt KJV was instrumental.
KJV has the best track record !

Viola, The gospel is the good news of what Christ has done for mankind on the cross! You are reading the revelation of the Spirit of God to the apostle John ,the beloved. The holy spirit desires for you to know the truth. Being educated is not a prerequisite. Do you recall when Christ healed the deaf and dumb, Or the person blind and their confession afterwards. These are revelations drawing us to Himself,Likewise with this same power to wash away your sins. These churches are an example of the failure of not teaching this message. Christ is clothed in his judgment to the church, and His word is a warning to all churches to repentance.Judgment will begin at the house of the lord!
  • Seeking Gods Truth on Matthew 5 - 6 years ago
Very True Seeking Revenge and Holding onto Bitterness and Resentment destroys all the Goodness in us. God does not agree with evil and deception and we dont accept what He calls evil as good or let it continue including allowing people to teach their own Carnal and Worldly interpretation of Scripture which leads to others being Deceived Confused and Hurt. We Share God's Truth with them showing they are in error and so giving True Hope and Peace to others. Jesus said in Matthew12:30 He that is not with Me is against Me and he that gathereth not with Me Scattereth Abroad This is also confirmed in Ephesians 5:8-17 which will be shown in our Words and Actions Rom8:1 Lets Shine in the Darkness.

Chapter 12 Verse 9 future event Michael kicks Satan to earth when the order is given and 2 Thess 2 Satan stands up in Jerusalem claiming to be God and that's what people should know about so they don't get caught up in the deception. We have been told in Revelation 9 that his time here is 5 months and then the 7 th trump blows. Think and read Gods word and don't fall for deceptions. Listen to God.

What do shall mean in the bible, what do Deuteronomy 28:53-63 mean?
  • Bob Hilt - In Reply on 1 John 2 - 6 years ago
The Bible defines what is an antichrist or who.
The King James Bible definition of an antichrist fits a group of people very well.
1 John 2:22 - Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
(ALL Jews deny Jesus and that makes them antichrist, if they believed in Jesus then they would be CHRISTIANS. IF you do not believe me call any Synagogue and ask them if Jesus is the Messiah.)
1 John 2:23 - Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
If Jews do not accept Jesus as messiah, then who is their messiah?

Matthew 19:5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain (2) shall be one (1) flesh?
  • Stan - In Reply on 1 Corinthians 13 - 6 years ago
In 1John 4 where it says "perfect love casts out fear. He that feareth is not made perfect in Love." It's not talking about how much Love you are able to give to others as if you could attain to a "perfect love" by being perfectly loving. It's talking about God's perfect love for you. When you know that God loves you and will make all things work together for your good and will take care of you no matter what then you won't fear any problems or catastrophes or anything that might come your way. Your faith in God's perfect Love and care for you is what casts out all fear.

Acts 9:16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake. (PAUL)
