Dear Hannah it's not God's Will your Marriage ends He Loves you both Our Husbands are to Love us as Jesus Loves The Church and we are their Helpmates to Love and Respect their Leadership Jesus said Divorce shows a hard heart the same as continued Seperation its lack of forgivness even with Adulty we are to forgive if there is genuine Repentance but if they walk away we are no longer bound - Anne

True Shane we can't Work for our Salvation it's by God's Grace and Mercy but we will Show we have Faith those who didn't said Lord Lord Lk6:46 but they had no Genuine Love and Commitment to God or Others their works were fleshy not of the Spirit and so their Lives showed their True Heart Focus. We see this in Matthew25:31-46 Yes how we Treat Others is how we are Treating Jesus God Bless you- Annie

Darlene, 2Esdres is not in the KJV--It is a book in the Apocrypha-A book from the original KJV that was omitted in the 1611 edition of the KJV. Go to the heading "1611" on this site and type in Esdres and it will direct you to the apocrypha then scroll down to the verses selected.

Verily I say unto you, Except YE BE CONVERTED, and become as little children, YE SHALL NOT enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall HUMBLE himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Amen

And this I say lest any Man should beguile you with enticing words. As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, SO walk ye in him: For IN HIM dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which IS THE HEAD of ALL principality and POWER: Let no Man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an Holy day, or of the new moon, or of the SABBATH DAYS:

you cannot inherit the kingdom by works, lest any man boast, neither by faith, and faith without works is dead,So only by Grace do we inherit,by keeping the faith and laboring in love for our fellow man,JW,Luke9:49-50 john said master we saw one casting out devils in thy name and we forbade him cause he fellow us not.HE said forbid not, for he who is not against us is for us,all will have to answer.

To Confused: Yes and no. God intended to stop them from building. It was not his intention to cause strife that is all man's doing.
  • Heather Smith on Genesis 8 - 6 years ago
Thanks for the explanation Stanjett. I was wondering that myself. My key takeaway is that God never demanded women to bear children. Many preachers teach that he commanded Noah to multiply. He left it to us to decide whether or not we want to have children.

  • I AM THAT I AM: on Hebrews 6 - 6 years ago
Jesus Christ IS come IN the flesh: but lives by his Spirit, not his flesh. For the flesh IS dead because of sin. But the Spirit IS life because of righteousness. For Christ IS high Priest for ever according to GOD. But if he were ON earth, he should not BE a Priest, seeing that THERE ARE priests that offer gifts according to the law: For the gifts of the priests of men on earth vary by carnal law.

in the Maccabee one chapter 4 vers 43, after the retaking of mount zion, during the cleansing of the sanctuary. Unclean stones are mentioned, the stone of the "holy of the holy" in the temple. They are tainted and hidden in an "unclean place" until the messia can decide what to do with them. this is Jewish tradition so the messia haset come yet . were might this unclean place be?

This is not just about falling into Sin or it contridics1John2:1 Falling away means rejecting Jesus the unforgivable Sin it's Blaseming The Holy Ghost by calling Him a liar and than continuing to SIn without Heart Repentance but how can anyone be brought back to Repentance if they reject Jesus our Advocate. When we are Born Again of God's Seed and we are Perfected in His Love we can't SIn 1John3:9

A thought came to me as I read this at how long Israel laid waste basically barren, now present time, Jews who were kicked out of countries traveled to Israel to start ag. Given a land and it started to blossom. Except most of the people are still in unbelief... and a final judgement is still coming. A stiff neck people . How sad.
  • Linda on Ezekiel 28 - 6 years ago
A Disciple, remember that among the heathen were also unbelieving Jews who took their side and denied Christ, their Messiah. They also will be judged with their neighbors and of them only a remnant will go into the Kingdom with Him. :

I disagree slightly with Betty Weaver. The first part 1-12 was it, God is speaking of the actual King, then He begins in 13. moreover to address the author of the kings heart, and thoughts character, Satan. He declares Satan s beauty and position at the first, then his evilness and great fall from Grace his desire to be like the Most High God and sit in His seat, no mercy will be found for him!

Praise God..At the ending of life you start to judge yourself by the wrong turns you took-- when you went the opposite way of God's way He had set up for you. Instead of a easy way out you chose the opposite. Now what do you do but suffer. Stop-- turn it around-- show the enemy of this world what you have now! GOD BY YOUR SIDE!! Now go for what God always wanted for you.... CHANGE FOR THE BETTER!!

19 And he made a covering for the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering of badgers' skins above that. Why was the top badgers skin? Because badgers skin shed water.

Hi Danielle, it's my personal belief that most of the laws from the old testament were fulfilled when Jesus died on the cross. I believe this instruction to not drink blood is for health reasons and I personally still abide by it. Romans 14:13-23 relates to this. Is this your real question, because I wonder how John 15:13 is related to Leviticus 17:14.
  • Danielle - 6 years ago
I've been raised my entire life under the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses, but cannot wrap my head around or bring myself to completely agree with the belief that my family and everyone else seem to be very strict about.....and that is what the Bible says in Leviticus 17:14....... I understand the scripture and it's context, but what about John 15:13. Can someone help me better understand these?

I felt intense guilt but did what Adam shared and than I had God's Peace Rom6:5-11 Christian Love- Annie.

Paul was well knowledgeable in all things jewry ..He was well taught by noted jew and scholar Gamaliel.. He of all the the apostles understood the work Jesus did on the earth, and what he is doing right now in the heavenly Tabernacle. Paul does not contradict himself he was given wisdom and knowledge by Jesus himself..through visions and dreams. He communed with Jesus many times.

What does God say about our Salvation Rexford does it include what Adam shared and Being Born Again of His Seed 1John3:9 and 5:18-20 We know He told us to be Perfected in His Love 1John4:16-19 Matt5:48 -Heb6:1 and to Work out our Salvation but not Meaning work for it Phil2:12 it's a Gift that we show we have fully after our Carnal Flesh has been put to death Rom8:12-15 Col3:4-6-Gal5:24-2 - Anne.
