I agree that there's a world of difference in the concept called believing. Some people believed in Christ after seeing His miracles John2v23-25 but were not genuine believers. A general belief like the devils themselves James 2v19 , or an intellectual belief, like those just mentioned, is not the personal belief or conviction of placing one's confidence in another to be saved John 3v16 .

I do think it can mean that and trust me the last thing we need is a Christian judging another Christian for there short comings.

The judgment here resides in Darius being shown his evil servants caused him to sin against Jesus as he witnessed Daniel totally surviving the lions den. A fire was kindled in the lions with Daniels stay in the den hungering them further so much to the extent of causing the lions to consume the accusers with their families. Darius was against sending Daniel to the lions den.

Look at things in the spirit Job knows he is a spirit and the body doesn't last. He wants to be with God forever like all of us who know this truth.

Thomas, you replied to my comment which already answered your question. Did you not look up the first verse? Other examples are easily found through search, like John 14:6, John 3:16, etc. A Christian is a follower of Christ. If you do not follow Christ, you're not a Christian. If you're not a Christian you won't enter heaven, no matter how 'good' you claim to be. Matthew 7:21-23 is proof.

Hell is real! God is not playing with us,if we don't repeat truly from our hearts we will be just like the rich man. It will be to late and in hell we will no everything. The heart have to want to change.

I agree I AM THAT I AM but do we know what Day of the Week God started Creation? the Names used today were given much later so could Day1 have been a Tuesday or is the day Confirmed in Scripture? Rupthurn both responses that Ruben shared are True. The Sugarcane is good and Sugar and Honey are very Simular Nutritionally but God warns that too much Honey will make us sick Prov25:16 so although good both are to be eaten in Moderation. Will eating Sugar or any food Seperate us from God Rom14 but Sin will and we do not call Good what God calls Evil or Evil what He calls Good. Blessings- Anne.

All I can say is have a good trip. I pray that sometime, someway, your eyes and ears will open to the greatness of God. I can't tell you what to believe or what church to go to for learning more of God's teaching but I am betting you will someday go to your knees and ask God's forgivness for judging Him who created you. No church, No organization and No Temple makes a Christian. It is between God and man.

Perhaps one of the most underrated verses in the Bible, James 1:27 - Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To care for the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. In God's wisdom, power and love he puts caring FIRST. I plead for all to remember and do this. Imagine the despair and suffering this will cure. PRAISE GOD!

For Christ sake, all you speak of is material possessions when innocent servants, animals and all ten children were slaughtered by the premeditated acts of God working with Satan. Do we not morn for the loss of lives. Can we not question for what was to be gained other than a man still standing for his faith. Did you know Job didn't know God was behind this plot?

This is to answer the question whether there are animals in heaven. I believe there will be. Read Ecclesiastes 3:19-21. Both animals and humans go to the same place. And in many of the visions of heaven throughout the Bible the prophets always see animals. Jesus himself says that even the sparrows are important to God. So it seems to me that a just and loving God would remember all his creations.

Ruben, I don't know what I believe. I honestly envy those who can go through life thinking that God is watching over his children but it is so very hard to do when you see all of the crimes committed by man without any intervention for the life of the innocents. And you know, it wasn't just Job, what about his servants, children and the poor animals? Satan lost nothing, only a bet.

God is Total Love! He is so close when we ask for His Wisdom and Strength.. The Holy Spirit- Jesus and His Father surround us with Love and Compassion, because we live in this Fallen World. Unless your husband has broken his vows covenant to you through unfaithfulness or abuse I believe any and all means should be used to strengthen your marriage, through being loving giving him instead of focusing on what you're receiving. Vows and commitments are real and if you're the one initiating. What if the roles were reversed, would you divorce you? Read 1 Corinthians 7.

These 3 sentences are untrue. Romans 10:9, John 1:9 One must become a Christian follow Jesus to be saved. Matthew 7:13-14 - most WILL NOT be saved and will go to hell. One of satan's lies is to convince people he doesn't matter or doesn't exist 1 Peter 5:8, 1 John 3:8.
