How To Be Blessed (Successful) In The Mist Of A Ball Of Confusion?
  • Rasheed on Ephesians 3 - 7 years ago
"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think" I believe that this comment here sets the premise for who god is. Someone who is able to do and go above and beyond and well beyond that to be exact for stuff that we ask or think. That shows genuine love just as parents today try and go above and beyond for their kids to make sure they are happy and safe. "according to the power that worketh in us" I believe this part of the verse means that when we give him the praise for going above and beyond for us that we get a bit of that and we can carry that amongst us which separates true god-fearing Christians versus those who claim to Christian but act the opposite. In total I would say this verse simply knows that god is going 1000000x harder then anyone can ever go for you, but on top of that give him thanks and praise and he will share more with you.

Did anybody stop to think that maybe God had the Catholics take out these books for a reason? God can use any person for His will. Maybe God had the Catholics put the KJV that we know now together the way it is for a reason. Nobody ever stops to think about that. Step out of your box.

"The dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of Yahuwah, and have the testimony of Yahushua, the Anointed." Revelation 12:17.
  • John Morris on James 2 - 7 years ago
Don't be too quick to abrogate Yehuwa's Law to the dustbin. We know the result of making void the law of Yahuwah? The experiment has been tried. Terrible were the scenes enacted in France when atheism became the controlling power. It was then demonstrated to the world that to throw off the restraints which Yahuwah has imposed is to accept the rule of the cruellest of tyrants.

Who is we not to forgive another who has wrong us, since Jesus came to forgive us all. No matter how many times people intentionally hurt us without a cause, God still ask us to forgive them because when we forgive them in prayer; we are bringing them to God, so that he can forgive them, and they can become his children. The enemy hates us even as sinners, he is filled with hate, evil, and envy.

My Bible, says, Our last breath here on Earth is Our First breath in Heaven, that tells Me when We die, Our Souls go immediately to Heaven. Our physical bodies stay in the grave until Jesus comes again at the Rapture, then the dead in Christ will rise first to reunite with our souls, We will go to the Judgement Seat of Christ to receive Our rewards/crowns, if We earned any, We are Heaven bound.
  • Bobby Hutchinson on Revelation 21 - 7 years ago
My Bible says there will only be one kind of people in Heaven, that will be the SAVED, the LOST will be in Hell. There will be people from all Nations there if they are SAVED. The 144,000 Jews will be the ones witnessing during the first 3 1/2yrs. of the tribulation period, when The LORD returns to earth. But remember the JEWS are God's Chosen People.

If We are saved and We sin, which We will, because We are human, We do not LOSE our Salvation. We lose Our relationship with the Lord, not Our Salvation.
  • Robert E Hutchinson on Ephesians 1 - 7 years ago
Where in the Bible does say that We must be born again and again and again. Does it not say Once saved always saved, and what about the verse where Jesus says, no Man can pluck You out of My hand. In Roman's it says Who so ever SHALL call upon the Name of Jesus SHALL be saved, not again and again and again, etc.
  • Kurt Chappell on Romans 15 - 7 years ago
Powerful words edifying us to live for others, less for ourselves. Jesus died tortured for our sin lives, never for himself did he live. We live for others, and for good works without the praises of this world. With joy, when we’re strong, we help the weak. Just like Jesus helps us with the Holy Spirit when we are down. We must help those, especially of the faith. So much Heavenly Joy, on earth!

Hebrew meaning of Moab is : of his father. When I read the description of Moab in verse 6: (pride, haughtiness, wrath, and lies) I come to the conclusion that Moab's spiritual father is satan. The prideful have a harder time seeking, and submitting to God. God loves humility and hates pride.

This is a powerful scripture, one of my very favorites! I believe every single word of it, because I have experienced his protection so many times. When I look back over my life, he has always been there for me, even though I didn t Always recognize it. I do recognize it now, and I am so very grateful! Praise his name!

Rev Autrey up there is wrong. They are not divided BY NAME. This is false doctrine.
They are NOT the same person. The FATHER is the FATHER. The Son is the Son.
There are PLENTY of scriptures that tell you this. Christ is not praying to HIMSELF.
The SON... does what the FATHER tells him to do. Challenge falsehoods people!!!
Don't NOT let falsehoods be told.

You're true Eva, vs 1 was the age where Lucifer was given to rule in his Eden of stones and dinosaurs, dragons etc lived until Lucifer sinned and fell with a third of the angels, murdering everything and God shut down that age. How many millions of years between vs 1 and vs 2, nobody knows until recreation started in vs 3. John1:1 should be placed before Gen1:1 then we could see the true sequence.

How do you receive the Holy Ghost?
  • Ellen Johns on Matthew 7 - 7 years ago
Lack of church discipline is a byproduct of false teaching in my humble experience. My estranged husband was sucked in deeply to false teaching and try as I did, he rejected my efforts to help him discern and to snatch him out. I wouldn't follow as he tried to lead me astray.I stood my ground whilst all manner of strange things were being taught and were going on at the new church he took me to and gosh I didn't go down well. Eventually he had an affair with a female member at the church and others there were actually trying to justify it calling me "difficult". In my bible it says "contend for the Truth"..I pray for him regularly and know that nothing is impossible with God but he's unteachable and won't behave..so I continue my walk alone. The ramifications of false teaching are alarming to say the least.Put on the full armour. The enemy has no new tricks and God has provided the instructions for what is needed to equip us in the battle. Test everything.Stand firm. Our Commander has already won the war. How reassuring is that. God bless.

I think sometimes people misenterpret verses in the Bible and what I believe the meaning is is Loving God is Loving one another and Doing your best to follow his commandments which is once again loving others without judgement and giving from your heart not cause you feel obligated. Also God created all things and loving All animals is also very important I believe. Loving God is being Kind to Others and not bearing false witness against each other. Give and pray in private not for show. Pray for understanding of God's Laws and strength to do the right things in his eyes not people eyes and judgments. In Jesus Name Amen.

Verse 12~Jesus spent the whole night in prayer to Jehovah God before he made a major decision. We too should pour out our hearts in prayer to God in order to get his thinking on matters and to have his guidance.
