What does it verse 12 mean, there is violence in heaven, the violent take it by force???

Study to show yourself approved to whom? God, not man. Arguing the scriptures is futile and foolish, for we don't rate an opinion on the uncompromised Word of God. It says it all, perfectly. I have known and heard this story ever since I was young and it affected me in many actions I have done. I always kept in mind to be honest for God knows everything, and it is better to be condemned for doing nothing than to be praised for wrongdoings. The stumblingblock from verses 30-33, is not Jesus. Jesus cannot be the stumblingblock because he is our salvation. He did everything in his power as God's own Son, to help us believe in him. If we don't take him at his word, that is the stumblingblock. God bless.

Seeingtruth, Jesus is referring to God's favor to his people by blessing them in every way in this world. Especially with material things the people of this world will envy us and seek to abuse or persecute us which will always remind us that although we are materially favored we are still not with Jesus in his kingdom. 2 Cor. 4:4 Glory be to God!

I know tribulations will come... Sometimes when we don't heat from GOD in the Time frame we desire, we can get impatient and sometimes rebellious. We must learn to understand that in our waiting there is cleansing. There is always deaper circumstances in our trials than those that are seen by the naked eye.. Amen

In all humbleness and humility , I am all proud to proclaim before the whole world that the BIBLE is the only truth available in the world. Faith is: Loving and honouring YHWH BEFORE all others, including self and our own selfishness. Faith is: Believing YHWH, and believing in all YHWH'S promises. Faith is: Trusting YHWH. Faith is: Obeying YHWH'S Ten Commandments. The Commandment "Honour thy father and thy mother" is not referring to earthly parents. We are to HONOUR thy Heavenly FATHER and thy Spiritual MOTHER who is the HOLY SPIRIT.
