  • Rev Autrey on Hosea 13 - 8 years ago
Again, let's understand what Jehovah God is saying in Hos. 13:4 when he says, "for there is no savior beside me." He is revealing to us his NT name of Jesus. See Jesus means the God who saves, or God save me. That is, when God came to the earth as a man he called himself Jesus, and it was by this name that he went to the cross to save us from our sins. Amen
  • Karen abbott on John 9 - 8 years ago
I love to read john, he was very close to jesus and how wonderful for that man to see for the first time. so many people can see and still be blind. stubborn or foolish or both.
  • Rev Autrey on Isaiah 26 - 8 years ago
In Isaiah 26:1 Jehovah God promised to bring salvation to Jerusalem. But in Luke 13:34 Jesus applies this to himself by saying, "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which kills the prophets and stones them that are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together ... and ye would not!" This means that Jesus is none other than Jehovah himself coming to save us from our sins. Amen

Regarding CMS's question, I didn't quite clarify. When we learn from Jesus we learn through his word and the Spirit.
  • Audra Seay - 8 years ago
Great question Gazz. Rev. 21:27 says nothing shall defile heaven. It is made ONLY for God's children. The violence that the scripture talks about is the battle of Armageddon which is a spiritual battle of right and wrong, or truth and error. We are violent because by God's grace we win the battle. This battle is in our hearts and minds. Hope this helps.
  • Audra Seay on Matthew 11 - 8 years ago
I like your questions CMS. We are supposed to learn about Jesus and from Jesus however and whomever he uses to teach us.
  • Katherine on Matthew 16 - 8 years ago
Simple question. Just ask yourself and answer it. Greed is poisonous. I would rather have Jesus. He is our spiritual wealth.
  • Morgan on Revelation 21 - 8 years ago
Revelation very interesting, Is all nations allowed into the kingdom of heaven? well according to Chapter 21:12 only the twelve tribes of Israel is going into heaven. Is this confusion, I don't think so, from the beginning of the bible to the end it talks about on set of people who salvation is for. And these people has been downtrodden until this day, and I am not talking about the Jewish.
  • Moragn on Deuteronomy 7 - 8 years ago
Deut 7:6-8, These verses shows how God don't change and he has a favourite people unto himself. King James 1611, not many has made a comment I wonder why. Is it because it has the hidden books which no one wants to read, but outline the truth to the entire bible.
  • Morgan on Obadiah 1 - 8 years ago
I believe its the end of the nations of Esau's during the end times. The wickedness of Esau's has reached our heavenly Father and Obadiah has made it clear. The bible says the earth is given in the hands of the wicked, who's the ruler of the earth? Obadiah talks about Jacob being the flame, meaning the ruler of the next kingdom. Israel is my first born!! Esau's are not Arabs

"And Moses spake in the ears of all the congregation of Israel the words of this song, until they were ended".
Moses gave many ways to the Israel. the Commandments and the Songs. these indicates that the Israels were of similar character like us. As Moses labored for them, connecting God, every single day speaking of GOOD behavior, yet when they landed in Canaan, they lost sight of ways of God. we

I am so happy to know that if I am in the will of God, even my enemines will be destroyed. God will
keep my feet from the traps laid up by my enemies. One is hated because he/she follows God, but
even my enemies will recognize that God is my protector. I will forever praise and be thankful for
    Grace and Mercy.

Matthew 27:46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
  • Audra Seay on Galatians 1 - 8 years ago
Once we give our lives totally to Christ and vow to turn away from sin and mean it, then comes Salvation which is Gods gift to mankind. It's not ourselves that can save us from sinning but Jesus living in our hearts as we gave him control. We obey and he gives us His POWER to be obedient. People think or live as the Devil is stronger and you can't help but sin, but the truth is God is stronger.

Verse 12- there is no salvation in anyone else but Jesus and their is no other true path to follow.

The end of verse 30 brings out that we should love Jehovah God with our whole strength. We should evaluate what we are spending our time and energy on.

Verse 22-there is no true peace from Jehovah God for the wicked.
  • BSP on Joshua 6 - 8 years ago
Verse 25-Rahab and her family were able to survive because she had faith in Jehovah God and she backed up her faith by works. Our conduct can have a powerful effect on our family members. If they don’t see that we practice what we preach this could effect them negatively and could end up costing them their lives.

Jim Nickles, Paul dictated the epistle as given to him by the Holy Spirit. He was in prison suffering from what some believe to have been opthalmalgia. This would have made writing (and most anything) difficult.

  • Joape Golea. on Ephesians 1 - 8 years ago
Nikita,'You are being born of the Word, not of corruptible but of the incorruptible seed which lives and abides forever'. 1Pet 1:23. Your spiritual growth to perfection, to the stature of the perfect man,Jesus Christ, depends on which you are going to be feeding the most, your flesh or your spirit. 'As new born babes, desire the sincere milk of the Word that you may grow thereby,' 1Pet 2:3.
  • Pat on Psalms 1 - 8 years ago
Our Lord tells us to stay away from evil, meditate on His words, then be rewarded and blessed beyond your imagination, informs believers that evil won't be accepted, because He knows rightousness, and finally, all evil shall perish. Hallelujah!
  • Dee on Matthew 23 - 8 years ago
In Matthew 23rd chapter, Jesus begins by issuing a warning to the crowd, or to the common people, regarding the pharisees and the other religious leaders. This was clearly an indication of Jesus's final rejection of the religious leadership's influence and security on the people,[ref. Mark 12:38 also Luke 20:45-47]. Moses's seat indicates most high authority. Be watchful of falsities and wolves.
  • Tami Parks on Deuteronomy 28 - 8 years ago
Deuteronomy 28 was spoken to Moses By the Most High to tell the people of Israel. The 12 tribes that have been scattered world wide and are still suffering under the curses until the Messiah returns for the remnant that are keeping the commandments, laws statues and judgments.
All other people are referred to as Gentiles and were grafted in.
  • Munya on Genesis 3 - 8 years ago
    1. Is GOD actually in three - a TRINITY? I think God is ONE - a UNITY? The fact that He manifests as Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit or His Written Word does not break Him into parts. I think defining God is limiting Him.
    2. Did we really inherit Adam's sin or we sin by our own choice or freewill? If we inherited sin, it's not our problem, just as we cannot be judged for a hereditary disease.

  • Rev Mike on Exodus 18 - 8 years ago
It has always been more important to God that they build an assembly"Body of Christ" than for one man to be judge.:"That the Word Would Know That I am God and That There is no Other" So he gives His direction for a more excellent way. Unlike our own...
