Who are the 10 kings? I assume they have already come and gone, because the one who "rises after them" is undoubtedly the antichrist.

in verse 9 ancient of days is this referring to the son of man. in verse 13 ancient of days is this referring to son of God the Father.

This beast is the 4th beast found in Daniel 7:19-21 who is a person inpowered by satin.

the word black in the bible is used as judgment, sin, and death.

The 10 horns of the 4th beast are the 7 heads of Revelation 13, and 17. The little horn is the 8th beast of Revelation 17, the final beast kingdom upon the earth, Antichrist. Hence why front Daniel's vision to John's vision, three of the horns are subdued by this time. Also a bonus point, these horns have advanced to heads Kings in Revelation.

The concept is that Jesus came to bring a kingdom and not a democracy. A democracy can never nor will never defeat a kingdom. A religious mindset fights this truth as if to say I have a point of view or I will give my opinion of this. The truth is The Lord is not looking for your point of view, He is looking for one thing, COMPLIANCE!

By the sacrifice and offering of His only begotten Son Jesus the Anointed we have mercy and reconciliation, and complete deliverance from sin and death. He alone is worthy of all our love and perseverance through these fearful and dangerous times: and Jesus will be with us all the days, even to the end and will not fail to do ALL that He has said concerning us.

Verse 15 shows that even though Daniel was a prophet used by Jehovah God, he still found things troubling. He received a great amount of God given knowledge and because he could not fully understand these things he found them troubling.

"As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time." Daniel 7:12 This is one of several Scriptures which alludes to the Lord NOT coming to destroy men's lives, but to SAVE them; and of a time to come when the world will be able to enjoy life under the glorious reign of the Lord Jesus Christ with all His Saints.

The earth will be divided into 10 divisions. In Rev.17:12 these 10 rulers will destroy Babylon the great which is a very strong spiritual force who alighted down off of the beast and took control of all of man's endeavors in the areas of economics ,politics, religion, and social media. The 11th king will appear when this is done and take control.

Because Ancient of days is capitalized, one might assume this to be referring to God. The saints of the most High must also be referring to the saints of God for the very same reason that High is also capitalized.

The word times in Daniel 7:25 MEANS H2166 זְמָן zmân from H2165; the same as H2165:—season, time. The root word H2165 זְמָן zmân zem-awn' From H2163; an appointed occasion:—season, time.So the third set of Kings desire to change occasions and laws. Occasions are entities set up in time for a purpose or celebration. Birthdays, CIA, FBI, EPA. These are occasions. This is being established today.

It seems to me, that the "Roman" system has never really been completely taken away, but rather splintered and dispersed throughout the world, and remains today as it were "mingled with the clay." As for those other "beasts;" it says that "their lives shall be preserved," but the dominion will be given to the Saints. The Antichrist and its followers shall be ashes under our feet; ( Malachi 4:1-3).

Daniel's vision here in chapter 7(particularly the 4th Beast, 10 horns and little horn, the thrones, books being opened,etc ) are a precursor to Revelation 20.
Unlike most commonly held views, this 4th beast is not Rome, but a resurrected Rome-like Endtime government during the Great Tribulation period. This government is ruled by the indwelt satan-Antichrist who receives power from 10 kingdom-nations

Bruce, thank you for your ans. I posted the scriptures Revelation 13:7 and Daniel 7:25 because these two scriptures would keep me from believing in the "rapture." If the beast is coming to make war with the saints Rev 13:7 or to wear out the saints of the Most High Dan 7:25 then explain how this can happen if we are not here? I am afraid God's people will not be prepared for what is to come.

4th beast takes the 1st 3 into itself and becomes a one-world power. This is why the political beast in Rev 13:1-3 has the characteristics of the 3: Lion, Bear, Leopard. It's the same beast, but in Daniel we get more insight into how it comes together. 1st 3 kings/kingdoms (horns) are plucked up (subdued) by roots by little horn. "Babylon" of end times is spiritual world system Jerusalem centered.

the first beast can not be England just because they use the lion as their coat of arms. If you look at the many ruins of Babylon you will see a lot of lions also. Also this was the first kingdom in Daniel 2. Also the Bible is revealing the line of Gods people, kingdoms that held them captive and oppressed them through history and into the future. Babylon to the Vatican Gods people are opressed.

The first beast can not Babylon. This vision was in the 1st year of its last king. "These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth."
