    Hello Lyn.

Read all of Psalm 91 and Jeremiah 29:11. These promises are to all those who put there faith and hope in God.

Also, the vaccine are not of God. On my local news station, a medical physician stated that there are particles of the corkna virus in the vaccine itself, just like the H1N1 shot for Influenza. The Johnson and Johnson shot had to put on pause due to multiple reports of patients developing blood clots.

Luke 8:43-44 quotes, "And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched."

Jesus is the Great Physician, not man!

There have been reports on the news that one dose of the vaccine is no guarantee an individual may still not contract the virus. There have been multiple reports that they may have administer three phrases of the covid-19 vaccine, meaning that one shot will not be enough, and even after the third trial of shots will still not promise any results from contracting covid. This is complete medical sorcery at it's highest form.

This verse below talks about the fall of Babulon.

Revelation 18:23 quotes, "And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived."

The word sorceress in the Greek comes from the Greek word pharmakea, far-mak-i'-ah; from G5332; medication ("pharmacy"), i.e. (by extension) magic (literally or figuratively):-sorcery, witchcraft.

Stongs concordance number G5332 comes from the Greek word pharmakes, far-mak-yoos'; from phrmakon (a drug, i.e. spell-giving potion); a druggist ("pharmacist") or poisoner, i.e. (by extension) a magician:-sorcerer.

The vaccines are medical sorcery! God's advice is not to take it!

    Hello Rita,

The answer to your question is no we are commanded in Exodus 20 verses 3-6 to not make any graven images.

Exodus 20:3-6 quotes, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

    Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."

We are commanded by Yahweh not to make any likeness of things that are in heaven where Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father God. Jesus is in heaven above, and no person should be creating any images of Jesus Christ, because we are commanded in His Holy Word not to. No one after His death, burial, and resurrection really knows what Jesus looks like anyway, so all of the pictures people have made of Him will never do Him justice. Also, when Jesus Christ Himself came on earth in human form, He never once commanded the Jews to make any images of Him. Jesus Christ will never contradict Himself by what He says, does, or thinks, never!

Matthew 5:17, "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil."

Jesus Christ came to fulfill the 10 commandments and other laws in the Old Testament. So the Thou shalt not's still are in place forever.

Luke 16:17, "And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail."

S Spenser ,hi ,if you read my original question you will see that it has nothing to do with any age of accountability but it is about wether or not some one has entered into a covenant relationship with God ,i have family and friends with all kinds of disabilities and health restrictions ,my husband and myself included ,many of them are total atheists , the question isnt about that .

Dear Richard, did you reply to the right person? It sounds like maybe you were trying to sent this to Bob and you used some strong words here.
  • Richard in Christ - In Reply on Psalms 2 - 5 years ago
Wow. You shall be in my prayers. You just stated the Father, the Son(Jesus Christ), and the Holy Ghost are confused? It is clear you do not believe the Scriptures and have your own carnal idea of God. Matthew 12:32, Matthew 12:36.

Also you do not believe, or understand, the words of Christ like John 10:30?

You know God says listen to His Son right? Matthew 17:5. Even further like the Angel of the LORD in the OT. Exodus 23:20-22.

Also to glorify the Son is to glorify the Father. As they are ONE. John 14:13-14. The only way to eternal life is through the Son of God. John 14:6. 1 John 5:11-13.

God is ONE. I pray the Lord leads you to leave your own beliefs behind and trust Him and His Word.

You seem to believe in the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Though you seem to doubt who the Lord is just like the Pharisees did. Bringing Him down to "just a man". Matthew 5:20.

    God Bless.

    Jane,

The entire chapter of Luke 21 is a section of scripture that deals with the preaching of Jesus in Jerusalem, which begins at Luke 19:28 and ends at Luke 21:38. Chapter 21 can be broken down into several parts as such:

Luke 21:1-4 gives us the proper understanding of giving.

Luke 21:5-9, the prophecy concerning the temple.

Luke 21:10-19, the persecution against believers.

Luke 21:20-28, the prophecies of judgment against Jerusalem.

Luke 21:29-33, the parable of the fig tree.

Luke 21:34-36, the precaution concerning the last days.

Luke 21:37-38, the Passover week schedule.

There is a lot of information in Luke Chapter 21. Is there a particular verse or verses you would like to have some clarification on?

Perhaps Great way to get to the Truth in a scripture when there is a debatable topic is to consider ALL the scripture, especially the ones directly associated with the topic.

If you don't believe a scripture is saying what your counterpart is saying, ( Explain what it do mean, Don't treat it like it don't exist.)

See what it's saying in the original language.

And see if it Line up with the 66 books.

    For example:

Revelation 1:8 (KJV) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, ""the Almighty."

Isaiah 9:6 (KJV) For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, ""The mighty God,""

""The everlasting Father,"" The Prince of Peace.

And these 2 out of Malachi:

Malachi 2:17 (KJV) Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?

Malachi 3:1 (KJV) Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

Don't just Argue your points, Give your interpretation to the other viewers point.

    Perhaps here?

Ephesians 6:1-3. Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Early morning 1:30am. God awoke me to read the Bible and His words. Our Lord knows what is coming to His people. He wants you to stop your hectic pace and fall back on His words. For in the ending of time, we will only survive from remembering what we once had and miss used, from turning to the evilness of our world. Wisdom in seeing what His word meant to us is what l have now. But long past, l was totally in this world of seeing. Many, many hard knocks came to me. But when the understanding came to me, many opportunities He gave me were forever lost. I ask every day for His chance to relive just one of them thru what He wanted of me. Then l will know how strong l am in His Light of strength, protection and wisdom, He had always given me. So if you see something you had asked God for form in front of you. Look into His word on the right way to act, before you turn to the evilness ways of this world. He Loves us so much, that He gave His Son to suffer on the cross for our sins. Why can't others see how evil this world really is- and turn to the One who created the start of it. He is waiting!!!

My memory is less than wonderful and I have never gone back more than a few pages on this discussion to remember better, past discussions perhaps with you. Hi Eric. You have observed correctly: these Books of the Chronicles repeat a lot from the Books of Samuel & Kings. 1 & 2 Chronicles were originally a single Book (until 180 BC, I'm told) & Chronicles means, "the affairs of the days", i.e. retracing the history from Adam to the Babylonian captivity & then to Cyrus' decree to allow the Jews to return to their homeland. So, it is like a 'miniature abridged Old Testament'.

Ezra is generally considered as the writer of these Books & no doubt uses the other books (& some other sources) to put these Chronicles together. Since it was Ezra who led a group of the exiles back to Palestine in 458 BC, he was concerned about building a true spiritual foundation for the people. So he compiled these books which emphasized the importance of racial & religious purity, the proper place of the Law, the Temple, & the priesthood. So, you'll notice that some detailed activities of the kings & prophets are missing (since you've already read through the Books of the Kings), but stresses instead the rich heritage & blessings that the people have in their covenant relationship to God.

You're doing great, Eric - keep up the good work, digesting as much as you can of God's Holy Word.

Hello Richard. Indeed, this is a great Website & very needful as the Lord might lead some here with questions, answers to which they cannot easily get elsewhere. I too happened on this Site a few years ago, primarily to have the App on my phone in case I suddenly needed to refer to the Scriptures & did not have my Bible, but in the last couple of years, was intrigued enough to search the Site further & come to this Discussion Page. And when Covid struck us & we were all confined to the house, I saw this Page as very useful to learn & share as a ministry.

My story is long & probably shouldn't be posted here but under 'Christian Testimonies', but to briefly answer your question: I'm 67 yrs of age of Indian (from India)/Armenian stock, retired & living in Perth, Western Australia. I came to know the Lord at a very early age through godly parents but after joining the Armed Services (RAAF), I soon departed the faith through the deceptions from fellow personnel. In hindsight, I don't see that my faith was real as I was under the influence of my parents & not by personal conviction. The Lord had to allow me to go through deep waters (of sin, drunkenness & debauchery), to the point of deep contrition of my many sins, before He could save me as I cried out to Him for mercy & salvation.

No Scriptures came to mind at that time as I already had knowledge of biblical Truth but it earlier failed to touch my heart. But when that moment came (in Oct, 1979), the Lord had seen to it that those in my living quarters were out so that I could have this encounter with Him. Almost all things that kept me from the Lord fell away, with some habits being dealt with. Because of that experience with His Spirit, the Books of Romans, Hebrews & 1 John are particularly precious to me. And after leaving the Service in 1980, I was involved in children's ministry, open-air preaching, Missions (in France, UK, Pakistan), Bible studies & witnessing, including some RC friends of ours. Every blessing.

    Hi Bob,

You never answered my question from the last post.

Though you seem to have your own idea and don't think God can do anything He wants?

Again we use Scripture. It is truth. If you don't believe the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are ONE. You are just not believing Scripture.

Try not to think your earthly mind can understand the ways of the Lord. Isaiah 40:28, Isaiah 55:8-9.

    God Bless.
  • William - In Reply on Psalms 2 - 5 years ago
    Dear Bob,

Im assuming you are serious so Ill ask you a question... Have you ever talked to yourself? Who is talking and who is listening?

"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Rom 1:20"

God is who he says HE IS, whether we understand it or not.

That is hard to accept because pride and human reasoning get in our way.

Read Pauls answer to another question that cannot be answered by our frame of reference.

" Rom 9:20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?"

It's actually a good question from our point of reference. God asks us to believe, "That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God 1Cor 2:5". and "without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him Heb 11:6"

Understanding will be given to us if we are believe first.

By the way God does, has and always will agree with Himself. John 5:7-8. You will one day as well if you are saved.

May God bless his word and thank you for your sincerity.

THE FIRST RESURRECTION: The seventh trumpet resurrection happens in the twinkling of an eye. ( 1 Corinthians 15:51-52) Judgment for these resurrected Christians takes place in the space between the seventh trumpet and before the twinkling, rather simultaneously.

The 144,000 out of great tribulation are judged ( Revelation 20:4) and made whole. These are the elect only, no others. Resurrection scriptures were tailored for the elect, of the great tribulation, who rise first.

The resurrection accounts of the 144,000 are on record, and their numbers add up: "10,000 x 10,000 = 100,000 + thousands and thousands" is another way of saying 144,000. ( Revelation 7:9 [that's them]) ...a great multitude...in white robes...out of the great tribulation. ( Revelation 11:12)

( Revelation 5:11) And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands.

( Revelation 7:13-14) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes (fifth seal brethren) and whence came they?....they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes...

It makes sense for the 144,000 to rule the world with Christ for the 1,000 years. Then bring up the balance for the new heaven and new earth.

For resurrection perspective, the current world population is 7.8 billion people.

Conservatively speaking, 25 billion Christians have lived since the first century AD.

If these 25 billion dead in Christ are resurrected at the last trumpet, where will they go?

25 billion (physically) are not sustainable, suggesting that the first fruits are a small body of the core church. Many will remain asleep.

THE SECOND RESURRECTION: God's balance of 108 billion souls will come to the table. ( Ecclesiastes 12:7) The new earth & new heaven will accommodate all.
  • Jesse - In Reply on John 1 - 5 years ago
    Immanuel,

The King James is correct. John says the word was God, not a God.

Interesting that some people take these phrases and try to make something out of it that actually twists it away from its original intent. It says "the word was God."

Some groups will say because the word God in the Greek text does not have the definite article, they say "and the word was a God," not God Himself, but a God, indefinite article. There is only one problem. In Greek there is no indefinite article!

Now in the Greek language when you have a noun, let's say God, if you put a definite article with it, "the" God, it is speaking about a definite person, a specific person, the God.

When you leave the definite article off, you are designating quality and nature, God in nature or in quality. And so what John is saying here is "and the Word was God in nature and quality." Not "a God." There is no such thing in the Greek language.
