But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
    Meekness, temperance:
The fruit of the spirit: although it consists of nine different words,
it is counted as one, and not many.
    Why is it that way?
When we begin to read what the fruit of the Spirit is,
Paul is not naming different kinds of Fruits, that the Spirit gives.
Instead he is describing the different characteristics of the grace that
    is working in us.
    Amen!

ccarter, Sorry for your loss but God has special treatments for mental & disabled children of God. They are not held accountable for things that they can't control. Your nephew had many problems including mental. We don't really know what was on his mind when he took his life. He may even have asked God to forgive him before he died. God does know the WHOLE story and He will deal with it according to His law. Your nephew is now in Paradise and suffers no more about his condition. God is fully in control so be happy your nephew is in the GREATEST care facility ever. God bless you.

Spiritual life. I heard from I think Kenneth E Hagin that we let reasoning rob us. Jesus words made religious people mad. I heard people ask why bad things happen in this world. If we answer them according to the word they might get mad or think we re crazy but Jesus used the written word so it s right to use the written word to anyone who asks and it s right to believe it. Verse 31 God made everything every good. In Genesis 3 the devil lied to Eve. God said they would die. God can not lie.
The word became flesh. Those that have ears let him hear.Faith comes by hearing so let s act on faith. My son attain to my words they are life to those that find them and health to all their flesh.

What happens to children who die before receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and to those aborted babies do the go to heaven or to hell?

ccarter, I see many good descriptions for your question already. When we who are still in the flesh are brought up before the anti-Christ at the 6th trump we are not to speak but let the Holy Spirit speak through us. To refuse the Holy Spirit is blasphemy and that is unforgivable, unpardonable. To speak yourself is to tell the Holy Spirit you can do a better job than He can. You place yourself ABOVE God & this is punishable by causing your soul to perish. However this also must be judgement by God as to your second death or not. God is still on the throne and in control of all he created. NEVER feel that you are smarter than our Father.

Act 17:11 is a lesson in Scripture for us all. By discerning this truth you will keep yourself safe from false teachings.
Romans Ch 1:1-2 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans Ch 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Romans Ch 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

That is a very sad story. God is a fair judge and knows our hearts.

Life can go on in this world. But the called ones will be going thru uneasiness. Knowing God wants to lead them to a stronger level in these days. But the common person will only see the problems and stress of this world. If you are called-- search the answers from our mighty Father. Be alone and talk with Him. Ask-- What can l do to climb your mountain on a higher level. Stay Focus on knowing God will Strengthen you before the climbing starts. Remember- you will have to battle first before you climb. But never give in to the enemy when God is calling!!!

What does it mean when you are in an altar call service and you feel like your whole body is on fire? The tears cannot stop running and you can hardly breath?

If we are not blinded we will learn from them the results of boldly not obeying JEHOVAH....well they did not learn though they knew their history with GOD very good.
2020 is a repeat of the above because we know their history very well. Nevertheless any day sooner or later a ORDER will be issued from HEAVEN and one of them SEALS found in the book REVELATION will result in the whole earth feeling the POWER of ALMIGHTY GOD but most will not hearken... Through John 3:16-21 my eyes are on THE MARRIAGE SUPPER OF THE LAMB because TIME is clearly seen and we are 8-months 3-weeks 6-days...it shall come to pass.

Jesus the good Olive, the Olive branch, the Holy Spirit, and the oil, grace that flows to us all in Christ, and we strive daily to become spiritually
closer and closer to him, die to our fleshly ways, so we may be worthy of redemption. God Bless

God commanded us to love others as we love ourselves and we are indeed to love ourselves. If we don't take care of ourselves we have little left to give to and help others. Sadly some mistake self love with pride or a sin. Pride isn't the same as self esteem; self-esteem is positive and we should hold ourselves in high regard as well as others. Being proud of ones country and their church and groups is also a positive thing. There's a sect of culture currently attempting to shame and punish people for feeling good about themselves, their heritage, where they live, and this deceit isn't from God. "Proud look" is more likely pretentiousness in how someone dresses instead of modesty.

    Matthew 12:31-32,

"Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come."

We are walking on land that has been blessed (Consecrated) but we are not following the words of GOD. How many acres of Land are Consecrated there in Columbia? We need to learned and teach the Commandments starting before first kindergarten. If you look around this Country you should be a shame every day; this is not even good as a pig pen. We all should take some time to find out why so many of our people are acting as there are not enough time in a day; and as if we need more and stuff; i came here with nothing and will leave earth all wilted and old; and my hands will be empty. The earth are consuming many things now soon it will be all gone, no more fighting and stealing friends, thanks.

Having inordinate self-esteem; possessing a high or unreasonable conceit of one's own excellence, either of body or mind. A man may be proud of his person, of his talents, of his accomplishments or of his achievements. He may be proud of any thing to which he bears some relation. He may be proud of his country, his government, his equipage, or of whatever may, by association, gratify his esteem of himself. He may even be proud of his religion or of his church. He conceives that any thing excellent or valuable, in which he has a share, or to which he stands related, contributes to his own importance, and this conception exalts his opinion of himself. proud is followed by of, before the object

To irratated, I humbly say that you have a misunderstanding about what happens at salvation. It is a circumcisem made without hands, a cutting away of the flesh. Our spirit does not sin but still dwells within our bodies which still has the sin nature. That's why the spirit wareth against the flesh. My body will one day return to dust for it is still condemned. But my spirit will go to God without any condemnation, praise God. One day I will have a new body that is perfect to go with my perfect spirit. Now don't get me wrong , God is working in us to bring our body into subjection because we still sin against God in the flesh. Even Paul struggled with sin.

My nephew committed suicide several years ago. He was an albino, he struggled with why God made him that way. Kids teased him and when he got to college the situation did not end. Kids did not want to touch him, as if it was going to "get on them." The family kept him in church ALOT, loved him immensely. We did not know just how depressed he was. Apparently, he did not want to live this life as "different." It breaks my heart all over again, just writing this. He kept his feelings to himself. We just didn't know it was this bad for him. I guess he thought he was ending the hurt.
  • Adam - In Reply - 6 years ago
Hello, blasphemy against the holy spirit is unforgivable: Link - Also, one must question if someone who commits suicide is truly a Christian following Christ who loves Jesus? Because suicide would be like slapping Jesus in the face: JOHN 14:15

Heaven is the place for souls perfected by the blood of Jesus, the kingdom of God. Hell is a place of torment for unrepentant souls.
  • Fred scanlan - In Reply on 1 Thessalonians 5 - 6 years ago
My kingdom is not of this world. In my house are many mansions if it were not so I would tell you. Be not deceived many will come and say look here or their. A generation shall not pass till all things be fulfilled. They shall say peace, and suddenly destruction will befall them. Remember He has created all things and all exist because of Him. Principalities and powers. There is no power than that which comes through Jesus Christ! We look not on things that are seen, but heavenly things.

Yeah, that wasn't very smart on Adam and Eve's part. They had everything- absolute paradise, unlimited anything/everything except for 1 rule. And... they broke it.
