To Live in God's World is what He always wanted us to do. But instead for many others-- they choose the evilness of this world. There is such a difference between the two. In God we put our trust in Him to lead us. In the world's way of Satan'- he is close by trying to destroy. Well, you become one of God's warrior's fighting for others rights too-- as you do for yourself. For God is the Glory!!!

Jesus Christ is our righteousness, peace, sacrifice and offering not eat not and touch not Leviticus7. Therfore it is good that the heart be established with grace of God as stated in Hebrews 13:9 "Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein."
  • I AM THAT I AM: on Psalms 125 - 6 years ago
Now hear, and understand: Not that which goes into the mouth defileth a man: But those things which proceed out of THE mouth come forth from the heart: and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: Therefore HELL has enlarged herself, and opened HER mouth without measure: For I AM with thee, to save thee:

When in heaven's name did amy of us ever become perfect or will become perfect on this earth. The point is we are forgiven. We cannot on our own power get it right before judgment day. We have to solely depend on God. That is what getting it right means..relying on God. We cannot be perfect or get anything right before judgment day. Jesus is our perfector.

To Love God is to turn to Him each morning and Thank Him for another day not yet promised. To ask for forgiveness of any sin you had committed against Him. To set out the door knowing He is close by. To always be aware of Him talking to you-- showing you-- testing you- about your Love for Him. How you handle any situation He puts you in. Or how you handle the enemy when he closes in on you. PRAY!!

This verse simply says that if we trust in the Lord we will become as a mountain that cant be moved and we will abide in the Lord forever. And that the Lord will surround us like mountains, so that wickedness can't live within us, unless we invite wickedness in.

I guess my biggest sorrow in Samuel are the killings of people. Kill them, take their animals, land, whatever is wanted. Bothers me that there was no compassion for people and their families. Just kill them. What made this okay?

Reminds me of a story of a greedy man who gambled, spent money like no tomorrow and had women surround him. He died and was surprised to see he had it all women, gambling, money as much as he could ever want he thought he was in heaven it was wonderful but soon he grew bored of winning all the time and tired of women fawning over him, tired of no let downs he had it all -in hell.

Verse 17 --Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 -- A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Not saying there is no second chance but we better get it right before we go to judgement day.

Paul is not only talking to the Church at Rome but is also describing perfectly the last days were living in today. Compare the sins with those he wrote about in 2 Tim. ch.3 matches perfectly. Jesus could come today.

It has been over 10 years Ruben since I started reading the KJV and I Thank God that His Truth was not changed in it But haveing read other Translations I do realise why some Christians become confused but not all Translation error was meant to deceive but some was and still is in Cult Translations even though one of their founders used the KJV but False Teachers changed it. God Bless You -Annie.

Some believe that if you're following God that He'll make you wealthy and healthy. You'll see people on TV making such claims along with Joel Osteen, etc. The problem is the Bible doesn't promise that and when people get ill they may start doubting their faith. The devil is the father of lies and deceives Christians with falsehoods. John 16:33, Romans 5:3-5, 2 Corinthians 6:3-5

  • Patty Tozi on Luke 12 - 6 years ago
So many hurting people around. Am worn sometimes by the hurting spirits they carry. I try to picture them younger--Carefree and happy. It makes me smile when l do. Then l open up my thoughts to reality, and see how they have become. In these days it seems everything is being exposed for what it is. God wants a decision on what side you will walk in the ending of your life. So- get on your knees!!!

A lot of vs connect the heart to the tongue. What goes into the heart comes out of the mouth. Even thinking on things, plants a seed in the heart. That seed will grow and eventually be spoken. If it becomes a word in season, WONDERFUL. If it becomes something hurtful then you have to ask, what thoughts did I give room to grow in my heart? It is troubled times which prove what is in our hearts.

I agree with your comment about hidden works. Too often the world wants credit for good deeds so they appear Christian or Godly, but in truth those works are rewarded immediately with the recognition. Doing inner work with God, allowing Him to guide and direct our lives by keeping an open heart and mind to His will, sends us down the right path. Have a Godly day!
  • David - In Reply on Proverbs 6 - 6 years ago
Proverbs are not commandments, or prophecies or promises of God. Proverbs are generally true, but may not be the case all the time. So not co-signing a loan for anyone is more of common sense than following a "commandment" in the book of Proverbs. Also we need to remember that this is Old Testament, we have something better - the NT, which says give to everyone who asks...
