David knew exactly that he had sinned against the Lord, but God provided an enviroment in which David would be able to repent. This is how God still works, he is looking for our repetance, not our destruction

the greatest commandment is Love thy Lord thy God with all your heart all, all your soul and all your might, if you do this he will always be with you,he will never leave you. You must love him first for he sent us his only son to pay the price of our sin, he committed no sin, he took all the pain, suffering and shame for us all, how could you know what true love is without the Love of God Amen!

There are beautiful things God wants us to create only for His benefit. There is nothing against smelling good but there was a stipulation for the certain perfume to be used only to anoint the priest. Today we all share a priesthood yet many requirements can still be placed on us for our good. Lord help us give YOU what YOU desire.

Humble ourselves before the mighty hand of God, Oh how we should be brought so low, knowing the Eternal Son of God humbled Himself in obedience to the Fathers will in taking our nature, willingly He made Himself of no reputation and was obedient even to the death of the cross. For the Joy that was set before Him He endured. Now in Glory, our Mediator, interceding for us feeble souls that we May we cast our cares on Him, the One whom loved us from Eternity past and knows every hair upon our head, our thought, intention and heart. Fear not, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. Every Blessing.

  • Marie on Susanna 1 - 8 years ago
It's easy to see the reason this book was not added. They did not want to show that the spirit of the God could cause one to impugn authority. We are more often taught as Christians to cater to authority and suffer for Christ's sake. But no man is above scrutiny in the eyes of God and we should challenge our leaders for righteousness sake as well as have faith as Susanna.

This scripture teaches me that God will supply all your needs according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus and it also means trust in the Lord and he will direct our path and lean not on your own understanding for greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world....
  • Inez on 1 Peter 5 - 8 years ago
As a born again believer in our Lord I see this picture as child abuse. I can expect this in the carnal world but on this site that prints out Gods word this is so offensive. Would you offer this picture of this helpless infant in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ?
  • Brittany Green on 2 Peter 2 - 8 years ago
2 Peter 2:14 makes a lot of sense, in regards to false religion. It also convicts me, and shows to beware. It seems like the "an heart they have exercised with covetous practices" is multiteired. In context, he is speaking of a routine pattern of sin, specifically, with adultery, idolatry, and gainsaying. Yet, there are also theological practices that lead to seared consciences.

Just a theory, Babylon referred to as a 'she' meaning one who gives birth to another. The actual land of the Chaldeans present day Iraq is included in the judgment. Could the image in Daniel be the entire structure of what constitutes Babylon. As we see, the head of gold representing the 1st king actually identified with Nebuchadnnezzar. From the head of gold, to the toes of iron clay Babylon

I heard a great Voice out of The Temple saying to The Seven Angels, Go your ways and pour out the Vials of The Wrath of God upon The Earth. Revelation 16:1. The Tribulation, Trouble and Persecution ( The Time of Jacobs Trouble, The Tribulation) has ended for God's People. Then The Seven Trumpets. Then The Wrath of God is Poured out on The unbelievers
  • Woodrow e. nichols on Revelation 1 - 8 years ago
What's the name of the revealing angel? why did jesus need an angel to reveal his revelation when he could have done it directly through the Holy Spirit? You are naive if you think this book comes from God.
  • Bruce on Matthew 19 - 8 years ago
It easier for a Camel to go through The Eye of a Needle, than for a Rich man to Enter The Kingdom of God. When His Disciples Heard it they were exceedingly Amazed, saying, Who then can be Saved? Matthew 19:24-25. They Knew The Lord is Telling Them it's Impossible for a Rich man to Enter The Kingdom. / There's no Door Call Eye of a Needle, never has been. Only by The Blood of The Lamb do we Enter

Paul: Elias truly shall First come and Restore All Things. But I say unto you, That Elias is come already and they Knew Him not but have done unto Him whatsoever they Listed. Likewise Shall also The Son of man Suffer of them. Then The Disciples understood that He Spake unto them of John The Baptist. Matthew 17: 11-13 / True Believers know Elijah was here about 2000yrs ago as John The Baptist.
