V.1 - has got to be almost the STRONGEST scripture of highlighting God's love in the whole Bible; but no, His crucifixtion in His body as Jesus was the strongest (I'm tired, can't think of the word I need, sorry).

Jesus Christ left His Holy Spirit with us after His ascension into heaven so that we may receive the power and authority to continue His work of delivering people from the hands of Satan through the Jesus' Good News of Salvation. The teaching I've received about "leaven," is close to what you're talking about. Yeast added to the dough makes it rise and swell, and fills up the whole loaf.
