    Daniel 6:21-22 "Daniel answered, May the king live forever! MY GOD sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty." IN SHORT: IF GOD BE FOR U WHO CAN BE AGAINST YOU! LIONS WILL COME TO TRY TO STOP YOUR PROGRESS BUT ALLOW GOD TO SHUT THEIR MOUTHS AND JUST PRAY AND BELIEVE!
  • Martin Luther Locklear on Exodus 34 - 9 years ago
    On the subject of Christ being tempted as we are , the difference is we are compelled by our sin nature i.e. inclined by that nature to follow it's lustful desire where as there was nothing in him for Satan to draw from. On one occasion Jesus warned his disciples, saying Satan cometh but he hath no thing in me.
  • Pastor Donnie on Romans 6 - 9 years ago
    Romans 6 is a "Powerful" scripture when kept in it's proper context. It's important to recognize that the transition into "All" things spiritual. So many people think the apostle is talking about a water baptism here.He is not ! Paul is describing the spiritual baptism that we see in 1 Cor. 12:13. The work of the Cross of Jesus Christ is a complete work ! Nothing needed but faith in what he did!

    To Jerry Parker,
    Romans 10:9-11, If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
    For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
    For the scripture says "Whoever believes on Him wil not be put to shame"
    Our God is not a liar. If HE said it HE meant it.
  • Adejoh on Psalms 91 - 9 years ago
    Indeed Psalm 91 is an encouraging piece for the troubled and a sigh of relief to the hopeless and God's assurance to the persecuted Christian world.
  • Germaine Goodman on Luke 19 - 9 years ago
    We have a Great Father in Heaven... He loves all of humanity and want us to be saved from our sins and to ask His SON Jesus Christ to forgive us and to come in our hearts and saved us.. We serve an Awesome God.. It is a shame that we are so ignorant when it comes TO THE THINGS OF GOD....I MEAN THE REAL GOD....Germaine

    Those that recieve the Holy Ghost can get cold and Luke warm in God by lack of prayer , faithfulness to God which covers all areas and back slide, therefore could fall into doing the unpardonable sin.
  • Bible Reader on Luke 12 - 9 years ago
    Mathew 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

    Those that recieve the Holy Ghost can get cold and Luke warm in God by lack of prayer , faithfulness to God and back slide therefore could fall into doing the unpardonable s

    Yes, V7, is a blessing, as we live here on the Navajo Reservation, "Skin Walkers" everywhere on this Rez. Putting the "spook" on people, and people so afraid! But His Promises enable us to keep on going for the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen. Excellent verse, tremendously "POWERFUL!" Thank God, that I am saved, and one day He is coming back for us...Keep believing, keep on trusting him, it's almost over.
  • Sampath on Proverbs 2 - 9 years ago
    My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;
    2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;
    3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;
    4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;
    5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of Go

    We can look to nature and in this instance the ravens to see how God cares well for them. Food is provided for them and they don't sow or reap. We are worth more than the ravens so we can be assured that God will take care of our needs.

  • Peter on Psalms 23 - 9 years ago

    Regina, I am so sorry that you lost your son; but I am also so glad/happy that he and you also have faith and read this psalm. I read it over and over and i think it is my favourite psalm. i look it up and listen to it often. You will always miss him. He will always be a big part of you. I hope you the best; and may God be with you and him always. I am so sorry for your loss. Have faith. Love.
  • Peter on Psalms 1 - 9 years ago
    Bee; not so. It all depends on how you read these things. I like verse 1 and especially ver 2; and I like to think that I am like a tree in my faith and beliefs; and I will bring forth fruit in my season , my leaf will not not wither; and whatsoever I do will proper.
    We do not know how we proper or bear fruit and simply by being an example; we can bear fruit. How we fit in is up to Him etc
  • Peter on Genesis 10 - 9 years ago
    I think that it is fantastic how it tells us about the generations of the sons of Noah and about these nations divided in the earth. I liked hearing the names of these nations. It is amazing how all of those nations came from the sons of Noah and yet how we fight each other today.

    The first beast can not Babylon. This vision was in the 1st year of its last king. "These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth." Probably in a broader sense England which like Persia let the Jews go home (see the coat of arms for the Lion standing on two feet), Russia the Bear (religion Greek Orthodox), America the Leopard (gov't like Rome),
  • Joyce Cardoza on Ephesians 1 - 9 years ago
    God said you must rightly devide the word, and we are also in the dispensation of Grace, the entire Bible is written for us, but not every verse is addressed to us, or written about us, if you read the red letters of Jesus Christ, then read what He taught after he paid our sin debt, and you really knew how to read and teach the truth, you would not teach the way you do, Ephesians 2:8 it was hidden
