A prophecy for Israel: Hosea's life dipicted Israel's life with Yah. Israel committed whoredoms by going after the Baalims, and Yah said Lo Ammi (not my people) and He scattered them, but He says even though He scattered them their number will be as the sand of the sea ( Genesis 22:). But He will gather them again and take away baalim from their mouth and they shall call Him Ishi (My Husband).

and whereas He said of them Lo Ammi you are (Not my people) He will again say of them Ammi You are (My people) and he will garther them again. because he has not yet fulfilled his Covenant which He promised to Abraham. and He will keep that Covenant.

This is a Prophecy for the people of Israel, if we read the first chapter carefully we will see this.
the wife of whoredoms represents Israel and her whoredoms to Yah, and He Yah is telling what will happen to Israel. and He is saying that although He will do all this to Israel their number will be as the sand of the sea (for this He promised to Abraham in Genesis)

I am reminded of Eccl. 12:13 "The end of the matter, all has been heard. Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgement, with every thing whether good or evil". (ESV)

to me it mean that what I'm going through right now or what I'm getting ready to go through I need to continue to call on the name of the Lord He is my high place. He will lead me up higher than my storms so I will find rest and peace not will pass all my understanding, because right now it rough, but He that dwell in the rock which is Jesus He will hide you. There's safety in His arms.

Only God can lift us up when we were down Jesus is my Rock and my Salvation. I will trust you Lord and your words forever I will walk with you Lord by faith and hold your wings up high coz you are my shelter and my strong Tower when i am in storm. It's Dec. 12, 2016 2:35 a.m. I'm going through a period of hurt and pain right now. However these verses from chapter 1 and so on have truly blessed me. I know that God will deal with my enemies in his time and in his way. Thank you Lord for forgiving a sinner like me.

The unsaved don't know they're on a path to hell. These churches look and sound good. The Lord said these things will be in the end times! Read Matthew7:13, John6:44, ll Corinthians5:17

God really loves us that's why he sent his Son Jesus Christ to us so that we can have life in abundance. God is merciful and faithful to his words. Our job now is to accept Jesus as the Son of the living God and obey his words and praise and worship him only. Thanks to the blood of Jesus always. Think and talk about his blood. Proverbs 11 reassures me of Gods Holliness and his ways ; which cannot be compared to the way we think or act . We must learn to trust God and be obident to his word. These words in this chapter are a reflextion of what is pleasing to the almighty. Oh God I pray give us more insight to your ways.

God being so merciful as he is he can make whores into house wifed, bc Hosea had to trust the almighty God bc he took a whore as his wife. God can do anything bc he loves all hid people and he can use anybody and do all things. What a mighty God we serve.Amen
