    Ah, ok.

But checking online to see why its divided as such seems peculiar, why doesnt it tell us?

And its easy to blame Satan for everything and take the responsibility off those who added and subtracted to a book that says Israel is chosen by God while the examples of their repetitive failure with God in front of them is never mentioned.

That required no faith, the red sea parting.......

Im not trying to discredit but I am pointing out some valid points.

Hi Alex, As you mentioned James wrote to the 12 tribes of Israel, """( That are scattered) """" and 5:14 he referred them to the elders of the church if any were sick, During that time the early Church was nearly ALL Jews, So James may have validated what we said before, the Israel of God is the Messianic Jew. Thank you.

Leslie this is my understanding Christ will appear for His Church the Body of Christ and gather it together thessalonians then the book of revelation where at the end all will be raised from the dead and face Gods Judgement, now remember I said thats what I understand but trust me there are a lot of different ideas on this. But remember we who believed and have been made righteous in Gods eyes are spiritually perfect, no judgement day, I.E. terminator Smiles.

I use to think like many of the people in these comments with their opinion of what the Most High means by separate form unbelievers. For a long time I only heard others say you are not to keep the company of none believers when living a righteous life. Today I read it over and over and it never changed and, was not confusing. What brought me to this unforeseeable situation I found my self in due to the pandemic. I had to move in with my son and roommate it was to be for a short time immediately while there I notice everything the Elohim wouldn't want me around, I had no piece or rest, complete torture while there. they were very unclean and extreme none believers. No matter how I tried to separate my self from them the Most High showed me in every way he didn't want me there. I had to leave Complete Separation you become unclean with the unclean. There is nothing bitten about what this scripture says.

What do you mean by don't get the holy spirit?
  • Dianne - In Reply on Numbers 5:27 - 5 years ago
Jacklyn maybe this will help when God gave Moses the law he knew man wouldn't keep them so he showed the consequences of actions committed by sin, even in the new testament apostle paul had to correct the corinthian church on acts of incest. It was still up to people whether to obey or not. When it came to noah God said He was the only righteous man on the planet i. e. the only person that loved God. So all other humans were absolutely lawless which is why God closed the arch not noah.

    Mt 24.27 (1-27) Joseph Anstice (1808-1836). Hymn

Matthew 24:27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible ... ... The Son of Man will come again just as lightning flashes from east to west. .... ...

27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

When comes the Savior at the last,

From east to west shall shine

The awful pomp, and earth aghast

    Shall tremble at the sign

Deniva that is dependent a lot on what an individual is instructed or taught to believe, Gods Guarantee is Romans 10:9+10 from the heart and that is between you and God because only God knows whats in a persons heart.
  • Adam - In Reply on Additions to Esther 10 - 5 years ago
Hi Patrick, the answer to your question is that Esther ends at chapter 10 verse 3, so naturally the 'additions' picks up in verse 4 and continues. You can probably find info online about why the book was divided into 2 parts to begin with. I would not be so quick to assume bad motives and satan is behind everything you don't yet understand. God bless.

James 1 KJV. My comments about the Church being the Israel of God. James 1 written to the 12 tribes scattered abroad, But in Chapter 5 : 14 James writes is there any sick among you let him call on the elders of the Church . Here we see that the Church was the Israel of God. As James says them that are of faith . Which are the Israel of God.
  • Patrick Boone on Additions to Esther 10 - 5 years ago
Why does it start on verse 4?

Why isnt anyone asking these questions?

Im sure you'll say satan had something to do with it?
  • Patrick Boone on Esther 10 - 5 years ago
Why does Esther end at chapter 10 but the Additions to Esther starts at chapter 10? And it is different.

I believe in God but we are given so little and they put this book together, by the writers admission it was a collection of writings gathered and listed as the inspired word of God.

But then we see they have changed the spelling from the 1560 Great Bible.

And now there are even fewer books in todays Bible.

And now Bible college graduates use 5 different Bibles to relay one verse. Ya'll blew it by blindly following whatever "they" said was good or bad. And then you claim righteous judgement is Godly?
  • Adam - In Reply on Numbers 5:27 - 5 years ago
Hello, there's a lot of assumptions being made here and I don't believe this is talking about abortion.

And it would take even greater mental gymnastics to twist it in attempt to justify mass murdering babies. That would be pure evil. Innocent precious fetuses are made in God's image as it says in scripture, God knitted them together in the womb. Jeremiah 1:5. This verse says this baby lept for joy in the womb. Luke 1:44 Would you have tried to kill Him? Many more verses: Link What about their rights to life? Satan is behind all these attempts to dehumanize innocent cute babies, just like Nazis did to dehumanize the Jews. As Christians we will not tolerate such hate and will stand against this vile evil with all of our power. I will call out this lie every time I hear it and will never back down. There is no reason for abortion- a horrible mom can still get out of parental responsibility by letting a loving family adopt and love the child. Problem solved. But then you have totally evil moms who are deceived into these lies thinking murder is ok. Nice try.

The other logical fallacy is in claiming 'it says it in the Bible so it's ok'. The Bible talks about the many evils they have done through history, like murder, so according to that logic it justifies murder and committing all other sins? That's crazy to conclude that. There's an obvious difference between history and instruction. Luke 1:44

Finally, it's awful convenient how none of the people trying to justify murdering babies wants to be murdered themselves. They just want to kill others and not be subject to the same 'rights' they claim their own mom should have had over them. Total double standard. Basically, it's pure evil and wickedness to kill people. If it's illegal and wrong to kill unborn animals then obviously it's wrong to destroy God's creation of people. I don't believe a true Christian could support such evil.

Also once you get married you should try to stay that way. Divorce can be only done if one of you commits adultery.

Matthew 19:9 And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery
  • Cyrylkrotev - In Reply on Exodus 13 - 5 years ago
I dont see anything wrong with kissing, hugging, cuddling if you're trying to get married. The bible doesn't say they are wrong ( Romans 14 Paul also states that all things are premissable for us yet not helpful, in the proper context, which is things that are not stated as sins) Sex before marriage is fornication which is the sin.

The bible doesn't say that you gotta have papers done to get married, unless its 100% mandatory in your country. Its one man one woman that just decide to get married or become "one flesh" as Jesus said. Adam didnt have to sign papers as far as i know or other people in the bible, nor a ceremony.

If its that hard just pray to God that he allows you to get married as fast as he wills. If you need to you can just get married by law and after a while have a ceremony. It can be done in a few hours i think.

    Hope this helps.

Romans 10:9-10 is how you get saved.

If you dont have the Holy Spirit seal you're not a Christian in the literal sense.
  • Cyryl krotev - In Reply on Romans 14 - 5 years ago
    Romans 10:9-10 should help.

You are saved by grace through faith in Christ through the gospel and not of your own works, otherwise Christ would be dead in vain. Check out galatians as well.

    Romans 4:4-5 too
  • Cyryl Krotev - In Reply on Deuteronomy 18 - 5 years ago
Romans 10:9-10 is how you get saved. After that you're sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. You wont go to hell if you believed in the Gospel.

Ephesians 2 states that we are saved by grace through faith.

Not your works but what the Son of God, Christ did on the cross at Calvary. You cant lose your salvation n my opinion.

Romans 14 can help you tremendously. Also, if you do something thats not of faith it it sin according tonthat book.

So do you believe that you're doing smt wrong? Paul states that we are called unto liberty and that all things are premissable yet all things aren't helpful. Now this should be taken in the proper context.

Pray that God gives you the faith to believe that all things in the proper context are premissable for you and you're good to go. Yet we are not to indulge in the flesh but to help eachother.

    Excuse me?

I continue to see the topic of abortion continue.

    The text says the following:

"And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed." This line alone suggests that there was in fact a "seed" to conceive. The seed being a fetus of course. In my bible (New American Bible), the alternative line is "If, however, the woman has not defiled herself, but is still pure, she will be immune and will still be fertile." the single word "still" implies that she was fertile before the offering and that by consuming the offering after sleeping with another man, she would no longer be fertile (a forced miscarriage). I think it is also safe to say that protection (condoms at the least) were not an option back in the day and women who had intercourse (sex if we may) would presumably conceive.

This is merely the selective phrasing of the King James Bible. In other texts, I have found that the word "miscarry" is used directly.

Also if we were to look at the effects of a miscarriage, they are excessive bleeding from the uterus and discolored/odored discharge which would mean that the phrase "rotting of the thigh" would be a somewhat accurate description of the bodily response to a miscarriage. The smell and look of the thighs after a miscarriage would resemble rotting. This text was written based on the observation of man, who must have seen the effects of a miscarriage. And since this miscarriage was forced by drinking an offering, it would technically be an abortion.

Of course, I am looking into science and literature. Not just one. So I am welcome to more explanations. Now I am not justifying abortion in my text (my social views are private) but I would like to base my beliefs on the bible. And if the bible justifies abortions, well... no further comment needed.
  • Ms Veronica Dessesseau on Proverbs 1 - 5 years ago
I want to comment on Proverbs Chapter 1. I just would like to say, I'am a person who believes in the one and only true and Living God, Jesus his mighty son and the powerful Holy Spirit. I've seen them work in my life, so Holily and extravagantly, and they continue to do so. I give them all the glory, praise and the honor!. Godly wisdom is so VERY important to live in, especially in these last days, by the power of the Lord in us, because this world is sick! and is constantly trying to tell the Body of Christ, and the unsaved who believe in God, to live a life(or have lifestyles) VOID of Godly wisdom! AND reverence for him. It's sickening to see, how many of this fallen world, reject, Christian Values, and don't want to follow the Lord's instructions in the Bible, specifically, the Book of Proverbs, to live honorable lives! They want and like to follow the kardashians and the jenner's, but not to reverence the Lord, and obey his instructions, for daily living! It's sad seeing the times we are living in, and how the words of fools of sinning, of the world, in general and especially the entertainment industry (e.g. talk shows & t.v. shows, that make mockery of sin, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, & living RIGHT), are considered the "norm" & "cool." But if a UNSAVED wise person, along with the Body of Christ, comes along and tells another unsaved person to follow the BIBLES' Godly wisdoms, and live by them, they're laughed at, talked about and scorned! Unsaved elderly people, that ARE truly honorable, and truly believe in God, and their lives/lifestyles show it!, are always telling young people to live and do right! and not give into the worlds', and it's stupid satanic pop culture peer pressures. Me personally, I'm glad that I can't & don't want ANYTHING to do with ANYONE, who doesn't want to live in Godly wisdom permanently!. Christianity and it's values is the only way to live! The Lord makes it easy to live in his Godly wisdoms for daily living, and I'm glad!
