    Amen Brother Jesse.

    That should cause caution!

One can have desires and praise and yet be deceived!

As you stated, "It's possible to do. It's possible to look, act, talk, and believe like a Christian, and not be a Christian"

I believe that is why Matthew 7:15-16 reads, "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. YE SHALL KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUITS. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?"

You notice it didn't say, "you should know them by their works?

There are people who believe the things they do Authenticate their position in Christ.

It's not what you do! It's what Christ does WITH you!

    Blessings.

    Revelation 2:1-5

    1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith He that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for My name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Remember when we first came to God, how we were in sin and the love we felt in those saved.

In your presentation Woe, you mentioned, "The Whore and the Harlot daughters are false churches. They take the name of Christ, but they don't follow the Commandments of God. Specifically, they reject the 4th Commandment and in doing so they break all of the others too."

The Ten Commandments, and most certainly the 4th, has nothing to do with the Church of Christ Jesus. Please consider Exodus 31:12-18. In that passage, there are three distinct occasions where the children of Israel are spoken of & that they alone were to keep the Sabbath Day holy. It was never given to the Gentiles, & certainly not to Christ's Church. True, there were imposter Churches around then as also today, but the marks of their falsehood are not seen in the keeping of the Ten Commandments, rather in the preaching of a defective Gospel and their incorrect understanding and handling of the Word of God.

Where the Decalogue was given to Israel to obey, or where even our Lord told the people to "keep the commandments" (e.g. Matthew 19:17), all was done because the Law was still in force & the New Covenant in Christ's Blood was not ushered in as yet. Once the price for sin was paid & accepted by the Father, only those believing in Jesus to save them from the awful penalty for their sin, could be redeemed, saved, given new birth by the Holy Spirit, and come under the New Covenant administered by the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:6-11. The Old has been abolished, which is the Law (contained) in ordinances (Gk. dogmasim) ( Ephesians 2:14-16).

    (2 Corinthians Part 25):

2 Corinthians 12:7 - And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

The purpose for suffering is to keep the human from being exalted. That tells us, along with the rest of the teaching of scripture, that the flesh loves to be exalted. The flesh likes to be proud and arrogant. We all have that sense inside of us that we want to be accepted, and that we want to be thought of as successful in the outward appearance by people. We don't like to be rejected. We don't like to feel like we are accomplishing nothing and that we are nobody.

Paul says, "There was given to me a thorn in the flesh." The word thorn comes from a word that means a stick or pole with a pointed end on it. It's used for spears. A thorn in the flesh was given to Paul. In the Greek, this is what is called an Apposition. Thorn in the flesh and messenger of Satan are equal in the Greek text.

The thorn in the flesh was a messenger of Satan. Messenger is the word angel. It's translated messenger so we would know that this particular angelic demonic force was sent as a messenger with a purpose. Buffet means to strike someone with your fist. The purpose: lest I should be exalted above measure.

It sounds pretty harsh, and many Christians don't believe that a God of love would ever allow that to happen. It's because we have never taken the time to learn the difference between the flesh and the spirit.

The flesh, Paul says in Romans Chapter 8, is hostile against God. And that in the flesh is the law of sin and death. And it is impossible for the flesh to keep the laws of God. It is hostile towards God. In Romans 7:18, Paul said that in my flesh dwells no good thing (AGATHOS), a reference to spiritual things. Our flesh only produces human work, fleshly expression. There isn't anything spiritual about our human at all!

    (2 Corinthians Part 24):

2 Corinthians 12:2 - I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

He says, I knew a man in Christ above, or a little more than fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows;)

So, whether this happened while this man was still inside of his body and he was just unconscious, or in a coma, or whether this man's spirit actually left his body, like he died and had this experience and came back in his body.

He says I can't tell whether it's an in the body or out of the body experience. Only God knows. He says such a one was caught up to the third heaven. The term caught up is the same word from 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 about the rapture. It means to be snatched away or caught away. Such a one was caught up to the third heaven.

    (2 Corinthians Part 23):

2 Corinthians 11:13 - For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

That's very interesting. I'll share an English breakdown of the two Greek words in the bible that are important as far as transformation goes. One is METASKEMA. MATA in both words means change. Whenever you're denoting a change, you put META in front of the word. SKEMA is where we get our word schematic from, and it means an outward sketch. It is something without substance. It's just a sketch like an architectural drawing or a schematic drawing. And that is the word that is found here.

METASKEMATIDZO is the verb form, and this has to do with changing the outside, changing the human, the outside. METAMORPHOSIS is the other word. It means a transformation and change from within. It's a different nature, a different character.

And what is interesting is that Paul is saying here that these are false apostles, deceitful workers, and they are transforming themselves through discipline and human effort, changing the human to preach, and believe, and look and act like a Christian. That's scary. The reason why it's scary is because it's possible to do. It's possible to look, act, talk, and believe like a Christian, and not be a Christian. That's scary!

2 Corinthians 11:28 - Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.

Can you imagine if you had a father's heart for all the converts in all the churches as a father does his child, and he keeps hearing, and he keeps praying, and he keeps visiting all the various churches. Now the word care is the word MERIMNAO. It means the occupation of the attention of your mind. Not only do I have all of these circumstances that I have to deal with, but I also am occupied, concerned, with all the churches.

    (2 Corinthians Part 22):

2 Corinthians 11:4 - For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

For if he that cometh preaches another Jesus, and here the word another is the word ALLOS which means another of the same kind. For if he that comes preaches another Jesus of the same kind, whom we have not preached, or you receive another spirit, and this is the word HETEROS, of a different kind.

If you receive another spirit of a different kind, which you have not received, or received another gospel, and again the word is HETEROS, meaning a different gospel, which you have not accepted, you might well bear up with him.

2 Corinthians 11:6 - But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.

The word rude means untrained, not a professional speaker. And he's again quoting their criticism of him. Though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.

2 Corinthians 11:8 - I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.

He says I robbed other churches, taking wages of them to do you service. The word wages is the word rations, the rations of a soldier. They weren't given money; they were just given their food and clothing. So, he says I took money from other churches. Paul says I robbed other churches, that is, he received the necessities.

    (2 Corinthians Part 21):

2 Corinthians 10:13 - But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

The word "rule" in this verse means canon. The scriptures are canonized. They've been made official. He says the rule, the measuring rod of our ministry is as far as God has taken us. Look what he says: Which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

So, in each one of these standards, he's giving a hint to us as to what he measures ministry by. He measures ministry by what God does. Isn't that brilliant! Who came up with that one? And why didn't we think of that before? Whatever ministry I have in the body of Christ is what God is doing. That's it! I can't tell you what I am. But whatever my function is in the body of Christ is what God does through me. The measuring rod that measures my life as to who I am, and my function in the body of Christ, is what God does.

2 Corinthians 11:1 - Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me.

He says, would to God. The word would is an interjection that expresses a wish. I wish you could bear with, that is, tolerate me, a little in my foolishness: and indeed you are bearing with me.

Now that's a very sarcastic remark. That's not my judgment of his literary style, because pretty soon he's going to tell them look at what all the false teachers do to you, and you tolerate them. Can't you tolerate me in my foolishness? You're already tolerating them in theirs.

There is a difference between saying something without providing evidence to support it and saying something with evidence that does. I gave supporting evidence based upon the established, accepted, historical record to support what I shared, while you didn't. Were I able to provide linked material for further support, I could demonstrate in better detail even more to establish what I share. So then, there is separation between fabricated claims as opposed to those that are recorded as accurate and true in the historical records, that are accepted as valid by such reason. Laws, courts and governing authorities rely on strict rules for admissible things to be included in the established record. They rely on witness testimony, valid documentation, official records and experts in the field of study or field of research to establish fact. You have provided none of that. If you were to state what you did before a judge in a court of law, it would be thrown out as hearsay. You have simply shared an opinion, without showing it to have any basis for being factual or true. Nor have you given any evidence or documentation in support of that opinion.

    Leviticus 19:29

"Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness."

The entire book of Hosea is about the Whoredom of Israel. The 10 lost tribes went into Assyria and played the harlot and are scattered among the nations, even today. Jesus established a New Covenant with all men. Jesus says He has two flocks. One is redeemed already. They came out of the graves. Jesus returns to collect from among the Gentiles the second flock. 2 Esdras 13 speaks about Hosea, calling him Osea. Verse 40 shows the lost 10 tribes Christ returns for. Verse 48, shows the other two. Christianity, like Old Covenant Israel also has whoredom and harlots under the New Covenant. God's Ten Commandment apply to both the Old and the New. Only the Saints are God's Children.

    Dear Richard,

I am sorry for your loss of your Mom. It is not an easy time, for sure.

I am glad that the chaplain came and sang over her and sharing with her the gospel message. I sang the same song over my Mom while in this state of morphine and end of life hours.

I am also glad that she called you and you had the chance to speak together one last time. That is a blessing because may people do not have such an opportunity for closure in a relationship when someone is dying.

I will continue to keep you and your Dad in prayer and that God will guide you in the decisions you must make in the weeks ahead.

It's quite clear from this table that Greek Cadmus is the

same person as biblical Gad, whereas Greek Illyrius (Serb.

Ilirije) is the same person as biblical Arile (Serb. Arilije).

Afterall, the very name Cadmus is essentially the same as

the Hebrew name Gad, especially if it's written in Hebrew

plural - Gadim, which means Gadites or Gad's tribe (letter

g becomes k or c in Indo-European language). Even the

mainstream historians confirm the fact that the name

Cadmus is of Semitic (Hebrew) origin. Besides, it is said

that Cadmus was a leader of 'aliens' (i.e. Hebrews) from

Egypt, together with Danaus (Dan) and Moses. Everything

is clear here. This would mean that Illyrians got that name

after Arile, son of Gad. And this means that the Israelite

tribe of Gad was among Serbs. To be more precise, Gad's

tribe inhabited Israel after escaping from Egypt, after

which they moved to Greece (Cadmus and Thebes), and

finally colonized the lands of Serbs in the North, to whom

they gave their name Illyrians (Arilians).9 This is a proof

that Israelite tribes were famous in the ancient times, and

that their leaders were revered among foreigners.

2 Esdras 15:46-49 and Revelation 17: 5 are identical descriptions of Rome.

Asia in this Context is Asian Minor which at the time of writing was held by Rome and is also identified as Asia in Revelation 1:4

Mystery Babylon is the Roman Empire, 2 Esdras above is speaking about Constantinople which the Ottoman Turks vanquished. The Roman Empire at the time contained the cities of the 7 churches in Revelation 1 and 2. Those 7 churches were cities within the Roman Empire at the time of writing.

Just as the Bride of Christ as a woman is a church, so too is the Whore and the Harlot daughters. The Bride of Christ is the true Church. The Whore and the Harlot daughters are false churches. They take the name of Christ, but they don't follow the Commandments of God. Specifically, they reject the 4th Commandment and in doing so they break all of the others too.

    Luke 6:46

"And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"

    Matthew 15:9

"But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

    Mark 7:8

"For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do."

    Isaiah 4:1

And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach.

These Harlots and the Whore wear polluted Spiritual clothing. They eat Spiritually polluted bread. (They taint and serve polluted teaching as if it were the word of God) They claim to be Christian, but are Christian in name only, because they reject God's Commandments and teach doctrine of men in it's place. Those 7 women are the churches in Revelation 1 and 2. That man is Jesus Christ. The Whore is the Roman Catholic Church and the Harlot daughters are the churches that broke away, IE. Protestant, Baptist, etc... All keep Sunday rather than Saturday as Commanded and practice pagan rites/idolatry.

What had started at Babel under Nimrod, began to take shape again under Nebuchadnezzar.

Just as Babel was confounded, Babylon was conquered by Cyrus the great, but the roots of Babylon and what it stood for and represented, persisted.

Then came Mystery Babylon after the same spirit of wickedness as (Babel and Ancient Babylon).

This was the founding of the Roman City of Constantinople.

2 Esdras 15 (Which corresponds to; Revelation 17:5)

46 And thou, Asia, that art partaker of the hope of Babylon, and art the glory of her person:

47 Woe be unto thee, thou wretch, because thou hast made thyself like unto her; and hast decked thy daughters in whoredom, that they might please and glory in thy lovers, which have always desired to commit whoredom with thee.

48 Thou hast followed her that is hated in all her works and inventions:

The above happened when the Ottoman Turks overthrew Constantinople. The name of the city was then changed to Istanbul (Modern day Turkey). This was the advent of gunpowder and modern weapons.

Prior to verse 46 above is the conquest of Babylon by Cyrus the Great.

Starting at verse 46, it speaks about the Ottoman conquest of the Roman city of Constantinople.

2 Esdras 16 goes on to talk about the 4th end-time Kingdom, spoken of in Daniel, which is Rome (Holy SEE; see wickepedia.) overseeing the United Nations today and it's spiritual wickedness in doing so. Rome went through 3 initial transitional phases, before coming to what it is today. Starting; First, as a Monarchy, Next, to a Republic, Then to an Empire. Under the third phase, Rome as an Empire, was split into East and West. The Western region was eventually overthrown by conflicts and waring tribes, leaving only the Eastern portion intact. The fall of Constantinople ended the Empire. (Deadly head wound) Which was healed when Papel Rome sprang back up in Italy as it is now today and now uses it's position to exert influence over the entire world via the United Nations Agenda.

No Sir please don't misunderstand me , I was not ever questioning the validity of the Bible ! It is the Word of the Living God for sure I know this . My point was that I have not yet found in it concrete proof of an eternal afterlife in a hellish environment . That is not yet a conclusion that I have come to but , I am a committed Christian and diligent Bible student who will read my Bible every day in the hope of broadening my understanding . I apologise if my post was misleading .

Hello Redray12. That's a great question that we all have probably given some serious thought. Unfortunately, there isn't a specific verse or teaching to answer that question completely. However, my sense is that there will be recognition of loved ones & others in Heaven.

And a couple of Scriptures to support this could be Matthew 17:1-3: the account of Moses & Elijah, now long dead, appeared with Jesus on the mount. Clearly, these men of old were recognizable & no doubt the whole scene of a transfigured Jesus & the faces & voices of these venerable men, would have held the disciples there in great awe & wonder.

And then we have Luke 16:19-31, where Jesus gives this account of Lazarus at Abraham's side & the rich man in great pain in Hades. The point being, that Jesus states that each of these men were able to see each other in the after-life, recognizing who they were, & also plead for help. Yet, there certainly is much mystery surrounding these revelations; for which we are not given any further information.

Good evening Fuji- I saw your post about the Bible proof. Maybe these four thoughts will be helpful in your quest.

First, its not just one book but 66 books written by multiple authors over 1500 years so most authors didn't know each other. Why that is significant is the oldest books give prophesies that later came true. How did they possibly know these very specific future events would happen? Isaiah 7:14 talks about a coming Messiah through a miraculous virgin birth which later happened as documented in Matthew. Isaiah 9:6 gives names Jesus would later be called. Some say 2000 prophesies from the old testament were fulfilled and Jesus fulfilled 300 of them. Who else could know these things would happen other than God himself inspiring the authors.

Second- there are scientific facts revealed in the Bible that scientists didn't even discover until a couple thousand years later. Like paths in the sea, the earth is round, blood having special life properties- remember they used to do blood letting for many years.

Third- just look around at the Bible's profound impacts on civilization and culture, and individuals you meet who choose to follow its teachings. Many have turned their lives around and have been transformed once they start their journey. Some even do it very publicly, like Russell Brand, and you can see the fruit.

Fourth- Dead sea scrolls validate the accuracy of the translation- more accurate than any other ancient text in world history. Countless copies everywhere to compare against. Fiction writings if trying to pass off as true would avoid details that can be easily fact checked, like people, names, places, events, times, but the Bible has all of it. It's scrutinized more than any other writing in history and is accurate to each time period. For example, when Jesus came there was a Roman occupation with Caesar ruling and gives specific names, events and all. Most of its critics today are from people who haven't even read it.
