Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 10: 9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and thy shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Verse 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. I pray the Lord will reveal Himself in a mighty way. Holy Spirit please bless. In Jesus name. Amen

    Dear Flossy,

Thanks so much for responding! I'll continue praying for you.

This may seem like a strange thing to ask, but can I challenge you to something? Can you help us pray and respond to others on Prayer Request page by writing a reply to others in this (by clicking the reply button underneath their comment)? There are many needs and people facing various challenges. Some of the challenges different people have different insight on as we each have different experience. Everyone has value and anyone who helps lift up others to encourage them is highly regarded and appreciated by the person. You're needed. They need you as much as you need others. If you help me with this I bet you will feel good doing it. You don't have to have all the answers by any means. Sometimes just someone listening and caring makes a world of difference to someone. I just ask you to try it. May God bless you!

Hi Chris, this is revealing what kind of person I am but is necessary for an answere to my question, realizing that you might not be qualified as a human and not God, to know, but your opinion could be helpful to me. Can a misanthropic type person achieve salvation? Thanks, warren

Pastor Chris, I am glad you got my message.

I really appreciate your kind words of confirmation, and receive them, and accept them as true and sing the victory of the Lord.

I thank the Lord for his mercy every minute that I have a chance to stop and pray.

I made a promise to tell the world about his miracle, and you can count on that.

It is going to be awesome and powerful. God has set me on fire.

My prayers are with your six-year-old for her anxiety. I have an adult friend and her child went through anxiety so did the mother and the doctor said if she could occupy her hands like folding clothes and do some repetitive things, it will take her mind off anxiety it helps relieve it. Prayer is also important, and this was a technique from a doctor that gave it to my friend.

I ask Our Father, and Our God to cleanse, and heal your body from the inside out, that by His Stripes (Jesus) I called you healed in His Name, and that no other weapons formed against you, or your family not prosper, I pray that God would embrace you in His Love, and bring you peace that will surpass your understanding, and that you will learn on His everlasting arm knowing, and trusting that He is perfectly capable of Holding you up no matter which way you lean. I pray the in Almighty Sacred Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen!

Kay, if you have trusted Christ as your Savior, then you already have the gift of Salvation ( Ephesians 2: 8 & 9 ). God will welcome you into Heaven. And Satan will do all he can to discourage you, like he has been doing so far. If you have favorite Bible verses, think about them when those times come. Do you need some?

Praying for you that God will guide you with His eye. Turn to His Holy Word. Read the Psalms at least 5 a day. Read Proverbs, there is one for every day of the month. Claim the victory in the Lord Jesus Christ. Nothing happens by accident. If God allows one door to close He will open a better one. Trust Jesus with your every need. Spend time in prayer. May God richly bless your family in Jesus' name. If your not in church regularly please find a King James Bible Church and attend. Jesus loves and cares for you so much.

Dear Heavenly Father: I humbly ask that you touch this persons life, heart and family right now. Pease meet every spiritual and physical need. Please send your peace in he midst of the storm. Help this person to trust you Lord completely and rest in your love, mercy and grace.

    In Jesus' name.

    Amen

I have tried to let Jesus into my heart but I can't. Its like I can't describe it. I feel like God's unconditional love is for everyone but me and Jesus can come into everyone else's heart but mine. It sounds silly to even say_ that I am the exception. I don't even want to believe that. But I can't open my heart for some reason. I don't know how. I really want Him to come in but I don't know how to open my heart. I'm not mad at God or anything. I'm afraid if I can't get it open I will never be able to be saved. I desperately want to believe that He died for me too and I can comprehend it in my mind but I don't know how to open my heart. Please pray that God can help me open my heart. With my will, I want my heart open. I don't know what else to do. Please pray that God will save me.

Dear one, my 1st instinct is to encourage you and also for you to encourage your daughter to know the same...God is on His throne. He is sovereign. NOTHING will happen to us, be it job loss, job gain, good health or sickness, anything, unless it is God's will. AND...if something is God's will, nothing will stop it from happening. I've grown to really understand that over the years and I tell you, knowing that has been such a huge weight lifted and such a tremendous source of comfort.

God wants us to have complete and unwavering faith & trust in Him. This is where we can find rest for our weary souls.

There is no rest to be found in the cares of this world, but take heart, for He has overcome the world. ( John 16:33 kjv)

We can also know that unlike what so many tv preachers keep trying to say, this life is filled with trials & tribulations. God's Word let's us know this life is filled with them, but it's from faith to faith that He makes us to stand.

In my own life, a constant reminder I also give myself is to know that things could always be worse. For example, the worst thing could be to be lost out there in this world without the knowledge of a loving & merciful God who has every awareness of all our troubles, for He has even numbered the hairs on our head ( Luke 12:7kjv)....and not even a sparrow falls to the ground without Him knowing ( Matthew 10:29 kjv).

What an incredible comfort that is! We face this world with God and His perfect plan...not for this life only, but for eternity!

As for the enemy of our souls...Jesus rebuked Satan, overcame the temptations while He was in the wilderness, by the Word of God.

(Matthew chapter 4 & Mark chapter 1 kjv)

    Hebrews 4:12 kjv

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

I can't beg you enough, please don't kill yourself. I love you, I know you're probably thinking, why would some random person love me? Because, I know what it's like to feel hopeless, and want to end it all. I promise you, killing yourself will only make it worse.

It doesn't matter what you believe, Jesus does love you. He died in your place on calvary, and rose again the third day. All to save you from hell. Please call on Jesus Christ outloud to save you. He will, I know from experience.

I love you Flossy Ann Archibeque, and am praying for you! If you need to talk, please can call me (704)230-8424

    Read Psalm 23

    Psalm 27:14

Wait for the Lord. Be strong and let your heat take courage, wait for the Lord.

    Isaiah 41:10

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Kay I'm praying sis. You know satan only attacks what is not his. God has a plan for you. Read Psalms 91 and trust the word of God. Read the book of James for peace, strength and focus(it is only a few chapters). Fill your heart with His word. Isaiah 26:3 should fill you with peace. Jeremiah 29:11 should fill you with peace.

Sometimes it's harder for us to give the smaller things to God that it is the larger things. Larger as knowing that we are a child of God and one day we will spend eternity in his presence. Smaller being the things on this earth, they may seem big to us but they are small compared to our salvation. I pray God's confidence in you have your Christianity, I pray God's strength and knowledge and you for what is going on in your life in the world today and what will go on tomorrow. I pray God's peace for you as you trust in him for all your needs. I pray God's peace in your child and what's going on in the world and all the chaos. Stay in gods word and he will lead the way and give you peace. God bless.

Dear Kay, just to tell you I'm praying for you, that you will know Gods presence and His peace at this time. Our sins, praise Him, have been paid for on the cross of Calvary. We are covered by His precious blood. He is our righteousness! So wonderful! God bless you and your daughter and family. With Christian love, Phyllis xo

I feel your pain, I was in the same spot you are in right now, but I was 30 years praying without answers. I hear satan in your pain, you have been listening to the wrong voice, I also know this from experience. I started REALLY searching for God, 7 years ago and I stand here today walking very close to God and Jesus, it has been a wonderful experience, God answers prayers of His children. Have you truly excepted Jesus into your life and heart? I thought I had for 30 years, I said the sinners prayer at least once a day for those years, all I can do for you is to pray God will soften your heart so the Holy Spirit can come into your heart. You need to preserve, if you kill yourself you are guaranteeing that you are going to hell, it makes me sad to think that is where you want to spend forever,

Heavenly Father, I am on my knees for this lost soul Father, I am asking you, Father to soften her heart, I cry out to You Lord, send your Holy Spirit to her heart. I also ask you Jesus to rebuke the devil that has control of her, in Your beautiful and Glorious name, Amen. So be it.
