Seems like the media pushes all the blame for racism on whites.

Why do they hate whites who printed Bibles and built churches? Europe and the USA did

Bible book Song of Solomon 5:10 - My beloved is WHITE white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand.

Bible book Lamentations 4:7 - Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were WHITER whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was of sapphire:

Revelation 1:14 - His [Jesus] HEAD head and his hairs were WHITE white like wool, as WHITE white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 15 And his feet like unto fine brass,

[Brass is made of copper which is REDDISH GOLDEN, not black] as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

I am curious if the Lord made a mistake when he put whites in Europe and blacks in Africa?

Deuteronomy 32:8 When the most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.

    Matthew 22:32

Let every multitude confess "Jesus Christ is God". He was crucified and was resurrected and went to Heaven. He is coming back as He promised.

This verse is seen to demonstrate that Jesus does not make the same mistake they did and accepts that God will ensure his safety. The phrase "man shall not live by bread alone" is today a common expression meaning that people need more than material things to truly live.

This Scripture addresses the heart of what racism is. Hatred for another human being period whether you are the same skin color or culture or a different culture and ideology combines hatred with murder and racism. This ALL started with the first racist murderer Cain who killed his brother Abel at the start. In history slavery started in the Middle East and Africa which carried on the legacy of Cain. The same thing occurred in the Americas with white slave owners who murdered black slaves. NOW today in the 21st there is the seed of Cain in ALL forms of racist hatred and murder between white, black, brown and tan as America is going into the 2020 meltdown. Systematic racism and murder is ONLY cured by Faith in Christ alone. This social engineering of Marxism and destroying history is a cover up for humanity's need of a savior to deliver us from the deadly systematic sin of racist hatred and murder in our hearts.

You don't have to commit to any of them. There may be another answer then the three I have posted. Those are the only three possibilities I can see with the history I do know, and with scripture and what I have heard others teach. I lean to the 2nd choice as it fits Daniel 9's two main things

messiah dying for sins and the 2nd temple being destroyed. And the war just happened to be 3 1/2 years long from fall of 66AD to spring of 70AD. It fits perfectly in my eyes.

The one thing I do know is we cannot derive a 7 year time period from Daniel 9 but we may be able to derive a future 31/2 years. 3 1/2 is an incomplete number. It is possible that it can be a double fulfillment 3 1/2 years- one for 70 AD and one for way in the future. I never thought about that till now. I know that would get the full preterists mad at me for doing that.

Re: those who are "taken away" ( Mt 24:39-41). If those who are 'taken away' are those who receive the beast's mark, then to where are they taken? Is it to their death, to some other location awaiting sentence or with mark removed, now comprising the 'nations' after the Tribulation? ( Rev 20:3,8; 21:24)? We understand that many will die during the Tribulation period & the Lord Himself will destroy the beast, the false prophet & the armies that come against Him ( Rev 19:19-21), but can we assume that all human life will perish at this time, or will there be some that remain to re-populate the Earth (& noted what you suggested in this regard)? So, I'm unsure whether I've adequately responded to your pages of comments, but wanted to condense it all to one page."

    Me:

I believe Hades is still around. Abraham's bosom is gone as the dead in Christ rose with Jesus as the first fruits 2,000 years ago. Hades has to be in existence still. Check this verse out.

Psa 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell (Hades), and all the nations that forget God.

Rev 20:14 And death and hell (Hades) were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

No one is in the lake of fire yet. Although the false prophet and antichrist get to be thrown in 1,000 years before everyone else.

Rev_19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Rev_20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet ARE (these two men were already in for 1,000 years), and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Rev_20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Rev_20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

And of course "generation" ( Mt 24:34) can't apply to only those living at that time, but to the 'Jewish people' who experienced the start of their troubles from AD 70 (v 2) & onwards. His disciples must have thought at the time, that Emperor Titus' invasion was about to fulfil Jesus' discourse, but of course, it was only the start of their troubles, with much worse to come, climaxing in the future.

    Me:

But you are forgetting that unsaved Jews do not read the New Testament. Very few even read the Old Testament and almost never without following the commentaries of the unsaved rabbis who didn't even know the 490 year timeline and rejected their own messiah. Matthew 24 was not going to do anyone who were not even going to read it any good. WHO was Jesus' answering? James, Peter, John and Andrew. Always take "How would have those the book was originally written to have taken or understood what was said". It was written to Christians, or I guess I should say those who were going to be born again within the next few months.

Re: the Fig Tree. I agree with you that in these portions ( Mt 24 & Lk 21) the Fig tree is not Israel but used as part of Jesus' illustration to reveal the signs pointing to His second coming, though I don't see those devastations happening 'all at the same time'. If one had to consider the rate of time between the two, I would think that a fig tree in its season, would bud & fruit far quicker than the fulfilling of all those occurrences prior to His Coming. So I just accept it as an illustration rather than to apply a time rate to it. So "Behold the fig tree, and all the trees": I understand the "all the trees" as Jesus' emphasis as to the abundance of evidence that 'summer is nigh' = His Coming.

Research what was going on then. Increase of earthquakes and all that were happening then too. What we would call the "birth pangs" or beginning of sorrows. This is why I take it as a double fulfillment prophecy.

Mishael and Jesse - Joseph was not Jesus biological father/parent. Jesus was conceived and born of the holy spirit as the son of God but through Mary being used by God as the biological mother for the birth of Jesus in the human flesh, such that through Him all the elect of God (Jews and non-Jews) could be saved, etc.. Indeed there are Christ believing Jews (and gentiles) and a great many antichrist Jews, out of whom may possibly ascend the Prince in Daniel 9:26 that makes a Covenant with many for one week..

Hi again Warren, I believe a misanthrope can be saved, indeed Christ's salvation is available to all. We realize that when one repents of specific sins or even of a nature given to a propensity to do evil, then the Lord forgives, gives new birth by His Spirit, & power to overcome & live this new life. There will times of failing, as we all do because of still having to live in sinful flesh with the old Enemy knocking at our door, but the overwhelming desire of the believer is to be an overcomer & please the Lord in every area of our lives.

1 John 4:20 gives a telling message: "If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?" I realize that this isn't specifically directed to a misanthrope rather to a person who claims to be a believer & loving God, yet holds anger & hatred for another. However, the spirit behind that hatred is evident & which boils down to: 'one cannot claim to love God & hate another: the two emotions can't dwell together'. I realize that a misanthrope has a much deeper mental issue for him to feel that way (& maybe it has come about because of the circumstances that prevailed upon him), but God is in the business of dealing with hard cases & He can give a full healing that always accompanies His full salvation.

  • To Flossie from Mishael - In Reply - 6 years ago
Flossie. I walked your path. Identical. You're going to survive it. First you must make the decision TO LIVE.

God peeled me just like an onion until all I had was pills and alcohol. I got invisible every day. I had no one but a little boy who I loved more than Death.

Every day I woke up to a Voice that said if you don't stop you'll leave him motherless.

I got dangerous mad one day and fought back. I decided I had to live!

I poured out all the booze, flushed all the drugs, cigs; and sat on the sofa to let detox kill my stupid life. I was gonna die or live!!!

I waited all day until dawn and went to bed exhausted. I waited the next day. Not one craving or sickness. The next day I realized thaT Jesus had delivered me from drugs!

I had a wild supernatural salvation experience a few days earlier, but I never even asked to be delivered. He did it for me and you can trust him to do it for you.

Just ask Him to deliver you. You pray this prayer every moment death whispers to you:

I am a blood bought child of the Most High God, Jesus Christ of Nazareth! In Jesus name I resist you, Death! Go into outer darkness. Lord God please send me angels to shield me from fiery darts

You're going have to rev up some most holy anger and keep saying it till the angels get there. You're being stalked by Death, Depression, Destroyer, Fears, more. They gang up on you because they think you'll do it. Even if your voice won't work...God can hear you screaming THE BLOOD OF JESUS in your mind.

Don't worry. God has angels that are BIG! You won't see them; but you may hear them in the yard throwing demons like lances.

I pray Jesus that you've already taken HIS HAND in yours and given your heart to Him forever. He is here to shield you and save your soul. No matter what, it will be worth it.

I receive you now as my Lord and Savior. I take myself off the throne of my heart and You are now in my Heart, my Lord Jesus.

I receive your HOLY SPIRIT now

Robert, I can't tell one way or the other about the 3 1/2 yrs. I find that there isn't enough historical information given to place some of these events exactly to how I think they should be. And when we need to refer to both OT & NT references, some of the timeline of events seems to get blurred or lost. So, I would rather not commit to this as I know, I would invariably be in error.

  • Adam - In Reply on Ecclesiastes 3 - 6 years ago
Jesus said to turn the other cheek Matthew 5:39, but in my opinion that means to not seek vengeance or to retaliate to participate in endless quarrels or conflicts. We are called to be an example of love and called to forgive. That doesn't mean we should forsake our personal safety or safety of our family or loved ones. We also should protect ourselves and loved ones as our bodies are valuable holy temples and we need to be good stewards of our gifts, talents, and our ability to serve others. The Bible also talks about being on our guard, prepared, with the armor of God. Ephesians 6:10-18.

So, it's my opinion that we should take care of ourselves, including physically, like what we eat, exercise, hygiene, security, and personal safety. For safety there are lots of ways to protect oneself and ones property, like door alarms, security light sensors, cameras, pepper spray, dazzler lights, loud sirens, decoys, surprises, extra secure doors, windows, layers. I personally would do 100% of that before buying firearms, but that is my personal opinion. Even though we should protect ourselves we should not fear, but trust God. Matthew 10:28. May God bless you!
