RE: Verse 7 Ch. 24 How many folks here believe as a student of the 'Word' that this COVID 19 pandemic is a 'type' or 'foreshadow' of the coming of Jesus Christ. Most of the puzzle pieces are already appearing. The decadence of morality 'as in the day's of Noah' are in full view. Genesis 1:1 says "in beginning" in the original language. So He created TIME. He created it for us. He himself lives outside the boundary of time. He sees history from the alpha to the omega. It is recorded in His book. He knows the day of our birth and the day of our death. If we cry, the tears are saved. Not only did He create time; but He established force, action and matter. Four things all scientists seek to discover and explain. God is the most fascinating person I know. I can't wait to know more about Him. It was quite a long time since I did that study. I had a lot of questions about the genealogies; time periods and the ages of people. The evidence of incest was apparent. I continued reading and noted that incest was dealt with.
In Genesis when God was creating, He pronounced it good. That communicates to me that it was not imperfect or damaged. I accept that but as time passes, we can see breakdowns in the creation. I know God did not do that. The only other reason is sin. I'm not saying wild, wanton sin. It trickled down from Adam & Eve's sin. God gave us medicine & knowledge of its use to help people. God has recorded all our days. He will wipe away all our tears and our fears.

Back there in Genesis when God created Adam, God formed him from dirt. Dirt under a microscope, has ALL colors not just black and white.
When God was giving Adam his work assignments: Adam had DOMINION over animals, cultivating land, sea, and everything EXCEPT man. White people do not have dominion over black people. So we've been out of order since the beginning! All through time, people try to separate the dirt into little piles. God only decreed that believers not inter-marry with unbelievers. Problems arose for everyone who ignored that decree. It had nothing to do with color. So the idea that one color is better than others is racism and that idea came from satan.

Homosexuality is a modern day name for an ancient sin called sodomy. I always heard that things natural are of God. Things un-natural are of Satan. Un-natural living is sin and is a candidate for salvation, forgiveness, cleansing and restoration. We make choices every day to follow Jesus or to follow satan. Choose life.
This is a rabbit trail, but one time I was reading Deuteronomy and God said "I'm Pro Life". My eyes bugged out and I said you shouldn't say that! So I re-read the scripture: CHOOSE life so that you and your kids may live.
If you choose Life (Jesus) you're going to have to give up gayness and homosexuality. Give it to Jesus and receive His Life.

Faith thru works

Lying is a demon. One of Satans names is Father of Lies. Repent and cast those spirits away into outer darkness in Jesus name. As often as you need to. Ask God to forgive you. Ask Jesus to fill you with the HOLY SPIRIT. If you fill yourself with the Word of God, you will stop lying without conscience.

I think those of you who want to do some really deep study in Scripture would enjoy reading some of Dakes Commentary in the Dakes Bible. As always, Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to shine light and discernment on scripture and commentaries.

In the Old Testament people lived 900 years. For sure you can set yourself to read all the "begets" and see that God keeps a record on everyone. He divinely protected the bloodline of Jesus.
As you read you are aware that lifetimes are becoming shorter. I believe that sin started to thin down the gene pool of mankind. It has continued until this day. Many gene compromised people were taken to Jesus for divine healing. I have often thought that deformities and infirmities are a definite sign that this Age is winding down. God always meant for us to live with Him in heaven. Jesus came to put the New blood Covenant in place to make it available. Say yes!
