In the Book of Resurrection Jesus is called GOD. But is he GOD the Father? The Creator of all things? Od did the Father create the worlds thru Jesus?
  • Lisa Boothe on Romans 6 - 7 years ago
The Romans 6:14 really gave me a boost to have stronger faith and trust in god, just knowing that I'm cover under the Grace of God.
  • Sonja Williamson on Acts 9 - 7 years ago
When we live right and follow GOD'S commandments. We can do exploit like He told us we will do. We will have power to heal the sick, to deliver, and to help set the captive free. We will have power after being endued with the Holy ghost. Although, we sometimes commit sin and allow the devil to use us God knows our heart and He has a purpose for us. He is just to forgive and make us clean to be use
  • Chuck Koontz on Genesis 1 - 7 years ago
When considering Genesis 1 I am so very impressed by many things: God's infinite POWER, God's PLAN, and God's DELIGHT in His Creation. Then I remember John 1:3 "All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." Jesus Christ, God's Son made it all. He is the Creator of all things! Oh, what a Savior, the Creator of the Universe loved me enough to die for me!
  • Nohn D. Zarwolo on Romans 6 - 7 years ago
Roman 16:14 thought me a lesson that whatever you sow is what reap. when you deceive someone you will also be deceive. You don't have to lie or take what belong to another person. Just pray for what you want and trust God He give it to you.

chapter 6-7 ... every body wants to go to HEAVEN yet we refuse to give ourselves one of JESUS's self-examination tests (7:24-27) which lets us know where we are standing as it relates to being SAVED.
  • Obbie Beal on Matthew 7 - 7 years ago
chapter 6-7, Jesus teaches us many very-important 'Heavenly-Things' and 'earthly-things'; The Heavenly is for the SAVED (eternity with GOD) and the 'earthly-things' is for living life /birth-death on earth with men /women. Jesus mention several times of the HIS PLACE men call HEAVEN; also HE put 'great' inferences on entering HEAVEN. Every body wants to go to HEAVEN...

  • Cheryl on Proverbs 31 - 7 years ago
This is one of my favorite passages. This is always the passage I cite when people say women should only be mothers and housewives. This passages demonstrates that women are capable of working, engaging in commerce independently and can make wise decisions that bring prosperity to the household (buying the vineyard, selling garments and so forth).
  • Lauren on Genesis 22 - 7 years ago
DBL: Child-sacrifice is not being promoted here, nor is the promise threatened. God already planned out that Isaac wasn't going to actually die and the promise given to Abraham would still be fulfilled. Regardless of the seemingly contradictory command, Abraham still trusted that God wouldn't break his promise, which was what truly demonstrated his faith. ( Hebrews 11:17-19)
  • Andrew on Esther 1 - 7 years ago
I want to embrace this book of the Bible , I really do I used to think was illegitimate for reasons of not even mentioning ‘God’ Have realized that the Sacred Name may be in acrostic, whether in King James English or the Hebrew manuscripts or both, I know not. Only would love to find His Name ‘hidden’ in the text.

  • Mo on Psalms 119 - 7 years ago
    how come
  • Andrew Hummel on Genesis 2 - 7 years ago
Glad I didn’t start reading this and asking questions of God’s Word until well into my 40’s. If I’d listened to most Sunday school teachers as youngster I would’ve assumed that the 7th Or unspecified day creation of God Breathed spirit into Adam was something the Almighty did after the fact with the 6th day creation.2 different kinds of two legged, upright ‘man’ We can thank God for diversity
  • I Am that Michael Isaac Dale on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
But ye wicked (being many antichrists,) preaching what ye know not, loving death and threatening death by crafting your graven images into every vain thing: and fabricating all manner of falsehood and deceit, were prophesied of privately (in the Spirit;) when the disciples came to me saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
  • Betty Hillsman on Psalms 63 - 7 years ago

JAKE: MATTHEW 6:9 AND LUKE 11:2 SAYS THAT THE NAME OF GOD IS "HALLOWED"
  • J.J. Simms on Romans 12 - 7 years ago
It is our job as Christians to be dutiful, like-minded and business focused on the Life of Christ. we know and accept that this world is wicked but we are not to be a part of the wickedness. in every darkness even the smallest light shines bright, it is our job to be as bright as we can.
  • W Rose on 1 Peter 2 - 7 years ago
1 Peter 2:21 We copy the example of Jesus Christ, his walk with God. (Giving, prayer, study of God's Word, speaking God's Word and fellowship with other believers.)
  • DAkeith on 1 Kings 19 - 7 years ago
We all have situations rise up . Without my daily devotion I would miss Gods word to me
  • Kathy on Romans 5 - 7 years ago
To me this means that Jesus died for our sins for one or millions. Because of who he is we have Grace through his blood.
  • Steve on John 3 - 7 years ago
Ah, 3/16, the genesis of the born-again movement. But Jesus clarifies saying that being born again means born from above. Above is qualified as the Spirit, whereas below is the earthly flesh organism. At birth, the flesh is born. The Spirit does animate and permeates the body. But, psychology and self awareness, and Ego convinces us of something else, that humans are self-generating the life

What comes out of the mouth comes from the heart Lord let all the word of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight o Lord my God of my salvation
  • Davis Petit on Ezekiel 13 - 7 years ago
Ya'll can keep looking for Asparagus Christ. If I see sum'n flyin' in the sky I'm gonna mistake it for a turkey. Look at the Hebrew for pillows (Concealment) Concealing What? Truth Of Course! His Torah/Word! "Is Rex Lex? or Is Lex Rex?" Is The King Law? or Is The Law King?" The Answer? Both! He Is King of Kings And Lord Of Lords! Make your Calling And Election Sure! Shalom Elechem!
  • Kingsley on Psalms 118 - 7 years ago
God is my power and strength
  • Gary Olsen on Isaiah 25 - 7 years ago
This chapter is huge for those who see. "Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength."
  • I Am that Michael Isaac Dale on 2 Peter 1 - 7 years ago
No prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation; for it required the coming of Jesus Christ with the Holy Ghost. But now do ye all prophesy, confessing not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh, shewing ye are false Christs and false prophets. So it is written, For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
  • Gary Olsen on Isaiah 28 - 7 years ago
Continuing with verse 1, "glorious beauty" or what it is that fills you with pride is called a "fading flower" which means that it's all going to go away or be taken away. "The head of the fat valleys" means those with great wealth who wield power. "To be overcome with wine" means your eyes are filled with the material stuff of this world and you have no room for God in your heart of mind.
