One of the most controversial scriptures in the New Testament. As a volunteer media person working for Hal Lindsey this verse was the most quoted to support the "Rapture". I have learned since the rapture is a false teaching. This verse clearly stating the Jesus's second coming and nothing else. If you do a word study of the Latin word of rapture, you find it's true meaning is synonymous with "Levitate". Protestants are praying for levitation?? Another Pastor asked me before I repented about buying into the rapture logic, "You believe in the 2.5 returns of Jesus?" ... uh no. ... "As in the Noah, shall be the second of man." Life on earth before "God sealed the Ark" was pretty horrific. Do we really think we will be conveniently raptured levitated out. False teaching.

The reason why the dead in Christ rise first, is because they have to come from 6 feet under. Their bodies are meeting-up with their spirit in the air.Those alive and remain are on the earth. They do not have far to go. That is why the dead in Christ has to rise first. Both those who are dead, and those alive will receive their Glorified Bodies. Just like Our Lords. A Bloodless Body! Jesus Christ won and was seated at the right hand of God. 4. Mordecai continue speaking peace to all his seed. Jesus Christ is the prince of peace. 5.No record about Mordecai's death. Whoever is on the Lord side cannot be overcome in any battle of life. Esther and Mordecai were fighting the cause of God's people not for themselves and that was why Haman's wife told him that if Mordecai be of the seed of the Jews before whom he had started fallen,he cannot prevail against him but shall surely fall. There was no record that she was killed. It is save to be on the LORD's side.

Esther was a purposeful and focused woman. She was privileged by divine favor to become a queen during her time and she did not disappoint God even at the expense of her own life. Thus,she was honored having a portion in the Bible we are reading today. We are where we are in order to fulfill God's purpose. Maryanne. This is a parable which is a earthly story with a heavenly meaning. Jesus is saying everyone is given one life. What are we doing with it? Are we keeping it to ourselves - in which case we gain nothing- or are we living for God and gaining spiritual rewards. It has nothing to do with men killing men
